Feel free to quote the IPA and criticize their statements and views, since they are published. However, don't make the mistake of thinking that they actually speak for all preterists, or that all preterists agree with their views.
It is surprising the venom with which the pre-tribs and post-tribs fight. You’d think Jesus’ coming depends upon them personally having the right view. I know those have made very foolish decisions from the rapture theology. If they’d known the truth It’d have been much better.

You love your doom and gloom eschatology. It does not produce good fruit. Even the title is one of deep intolerance and jeering at fellow believers, No good fruit. Dispensationalism has stripped the church of its power to change the world for christ.

You guys should look at how abusive you become defending it. That alone makes one suspicious.
No, I don't love doom and gloom, but speak the truth of what God's word has to say regarding end-time events, which are 180 degrees from you are believing and teaching.

At least no one had heard of the rapture business until the 19th century. And it’s dying out.
Regarding the gathering of the church, your claim is ridiculous because it is found in the new testament, which is 1900 years old. This information didn't come from men, but is listed right there in John 14:1-3, I Thess.4:13-18 and I Cor.15:51-53. Jesus is coming back to gather His church/bride and take us to those places that He went to prepare for us in the Father's house. After the church has been removed, then the time of God's wrath will begin.

So regarding gloom and doom, it is not my word, but God's word. And He is going to punish those on the earth who have rejected His Son and continue living according to the sinful nature. Those who receive the mark of the beast, their place will be the lake of fire.

By the way, we have not become abusive, but are contending for the truth of God's word, which you are distorting.

Your personal theology is not God’s word. And yes, your side is abusive. The title is abusive. And you don’t know the history and introduction of the eschatology you believe. Do you want to know?

Do you know we are still waiting to hear your commitment. Preterist or premillennial which is it?

I have no need to fetter myself within your ideological pigeonholes.

Still waiting to hear your reply in the posts I made about Rahab and Joshua and the Wars of the Lord in the conquest of Canaan, His bloodstained garments while He makes war, and His inevitable rescue and redemption of Israel. Also waiting to hear your reply of why in 70 A.D. the Lord himself did not destroy the armies surrounding Jerusalem as the Scripture clearly states.

I would throw every creed in the trashcan that doesn't support premillennialism. Without the slightest hesitation.
You need to understand the issues. Premillennialism is a fatal heresy. It sides with the Pharisees and rejects Jesus and the Kingdom he preached. In favor of their carnal expectations for a physical kingdom that results in a return to temple worship and animal sacrifice. Hebrews 6 says this sin cannot be forgiven. So you've crossed the line by thinking that will take place and you will do it.

Thank you for reminding me of Matthew 7:14. For not only is the Way narrow the ideological reality is extremely narrow as well. Not every view is equally correct this is impossible.

"But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and only a few find it."

The world is getting better everywhere but in the west it at least the Anglo-American culture. It’s a strange heart that delights in hearing that evil in increasing and hates to hear the gospel is going forth.
Looks like you're a shoe in for the kingdom of the antichrist. Because this world is absolutely steeped in the occult, unbelief and doctrines of demons. And the church in Europe has been absolutely decimated they are a mere shadow of the former self. Furthermore Jesus never promised peace for the believer he promised tribulation and trials.....for the truly saved believer.

Believe me, it is not my personal theology but the word of God and that is what you are not understanding.

As I said, it is contending for the truth, because what you are teaching is false and leads people astray.

Yes... Christians have found it; non-Christians haven't. :)

I would say that premillennialism constitutes by far the largest bulk of the content of the Bible itself. It is one of the most substantially supported doctrines of Scripture, and it is absolutely ironclad boilerplate.

And the true Christians today just as in Pauls day understand very well the critical nature of the soon return of the Lord Jesus Christ. They also take very seriously the exhortations to be ready and prepared and wait for Him. The foolish virgins? Well there in a lot of trouble aren't they?

Just wait until the 2nd seal rider on the red horse is opened, which takes peace from the earth so that men kill one another.

The world is not going to get better, but worse and that because God's wrath is coming.

It is Phariseeism and God blinded them so they could not understand.

You love your doom and gloom eschatology, I guess. It does not produce good fruit. Even the title is one of deep intolerance and jeering at fellow believers, No good fruit.
And as far as the doom and gloom that you mentioned, that is exactly what is coming according to scripture, as can be seen from the following:

See, the day of the Lord is coming —a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger—to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.

The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light.

The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light.

I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins.

I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.

I will make people scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir.

Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the Lord Almighty, in the day of his burning anger.

====================================================================

The above are God's words, not mine. And the Day of the Lord is coming, a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger. Not my words, but God's.

From this I conclude:

- you think that people who think differently than you are "foolish";
- you think that "true Christians" are those who think like you;
- you think that people who don't think like you don't take seriously the exhortations to prepare and wait;

None of this reflects well on you.

This may come as a shock but every single time you have stepped up to the plate you have struck out. You are literally batting zero. 100% wrong 100% of the time.

And I'm still waiting for a cogent rebuttal to my very pertinent posts!
Weepy and emotional one-liners will not be accepted.
