@Magenta , I say worrisome because LDS presents as lovely light. Family, community , beautiful temple. They have as a Bible the BoM , the deep teachings are ugly men are not going to be gods. Christ and satan are not brothers . Dallas somewhat down played his importance , ( importance in not the best word ) maybe he ability to reach folks is a better choice. " New lambs" hearing him say things like they love the same Jesus it must be so Dallas said so.
As said before this is not about OSAS, tongues, baptism, music in the church building, which songs to sing, and all the other silliness we can argue about . His words go straight to the heart of Christianity the deity of Christ.

AS far as the show I have only watched a couple. Could be the ones i happened to watch were the only ones wiht the dark filming the people all looked pretty much the same my old eyes dont see very good. I have heard some complaints about some of the content , to me after that many hours of tape some one will find something to complain about. Again, Dallas says he loves the same Jesus as people he has known for years with whom he has had
extensive, in-depth conversations on Who Jesus is. "We love the same Jesus" is a statement he makes
about people he knows personally. He is not talking about the Jesus of LDS doctrine and beliefs, and
says as much, knowing that broad brushing people is wrong. Nor was there a quote from the Book of
Mormon in the series... not that you have directly addressed that in your post above, but I see some
(at least one who made the claim) are still clinging to that lie even after being shown what the
differences are between what was said in the series, and what their book says.

I understand. I find it worrisome (to use your word) that people are ignoring the context of that
statement, and who it was referencing. I have clarified this again and again, but people aren't
interested. It seems click bait is so much more fun and exciting than the truth of the matter.

PS~ my chocolate cherry loaf turned out quite well! Thankfully the power outage happened after it was baked .:D

He is speaking of the LDS people he knows . Agree ignoring that fact he said more then once something down the lines of we love the same Jesus,, as LDS is very worrisome. You heard him say what you heard I heard him say what i heard. Between you and me on this topic enough... :)

It's funny, the drug junkies and ex prostitutes, and others during their Testimonies are just saying, I did not know about Jesus, here in USA, and don't know about Jesus, but this Series introduced them to Jesus, and they have asked Jesus to come into their hearts.

At this point, their religion is just Jesus. They ain't Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, Mormon, JW, or Anything but Followers of Jesus.

If they die, they are absolutely without any doubt Going to Heaven, and probably way before many on this Forum.

I will be taking it to work with me today. Hopefully a few of my co-workers will help me demolish it .:D

I had a piece while it was still warm. Oh my goodness! The yum factor was incredible .:giggle:

(I added dried cranberries to it as well as cocoa powder, chocolate chips,
cinnamon, almond flavoring, and real vanilla. I substitute apple sauce for oil.)

Hospitals in Canada have the right to throw Parents into jail for trying to stop children from being gender changed.

And this same Bill is in the USA Senate. Whose Majority is DEMOCRAT, will be passed into Law by end of this year.

Parents will have their children removed and them tossed into jail because a 6 year old boy said, I like playing with dolls, and Gender Therapist will assess that the boy is expressing itself as female and should be changed to one.

Bias huh, over 20k procedures already done on children 13 and under.

I support the fact that Heaven is Rejoicing over prostitutes and drug junkies being Saved and you are opposed to it because how it happened.

Today, is a Blessed day, seeing just how opposite between the examples of Heaven and You are.

Never said I agreed to it in the first place. But we own 2 business in America and have employees that my State and Nation provide Rights for that either I close shop or abide to But must be given to them.

This series would be sued and they have No Profit right now paying staff, actors, budgets, and trying to create 7 seasons.

He made best decision because keeping series going is actually bringing the Lost to Jesus.

The real problem is not allowing individuals to exercise their right to utilize their god given critical thinking skills when navigating through this world. "You'd do better to let me think for you," most 'teachers' would say, which is counterproductive to a student's learning. Instructing individuals that yes, they do have thinking skills and are smart enough to think for themselve and guidance on 'how' to think in lieu of telling them 'what' to think, which has become the msm's primary objective, would actually produce an end result of raising up children in the way they should go.

Yeah, if you actually could read English, it's speaking about that is the people who found Jesus because of the Series not that is what chosen the Series believes.

Learn comprehension, that means, grow a clue.
