What spirit did Paul cast out? Did it say that? Can't you read? Never mind.

I'm done with this fool.

But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire. Matthew 5:22

Funny how a man trying to convince another...ABOUT HELL FIRE...totally ignores warning.

Most will indeed enter in the broad way, but they will ENTER IN nonetheless. Why feel the need to earn it?

So what does this Broad road lead to Israel?

So what does this Broad road lead to Israel?

To understand this verse, put it in context of the whole message of the chapter. It starts with Jesus saying judge not, that you be not judged. He said to treat all men as you would want all men to treat you. For THIS is the law and the prophets. This is how you enter the narrow gate to life. The broad way leads to destruction but what does that mean?

1 Corinthians 5:5 speaks of delivering a person to Satan for the destruction of the FLESH that the spirit may be saved in the day of our Lord. Again, putting it in context of the whole of the chapter, Paul points out the specifics of spiritual fornication. For such is delivered to Satan indeed. This is the broad way that most choose to enter in by. It leads to the destruction of the flesh.

What is the purpose of handing the world over to Satan?

1 Timothy 1:20

18This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;

19Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

20Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

By Satan and the destruction of the flesh we learn not to break the law.

What is the law and the prophets fulfilled in? Treating everyone how you would want everyone to treat you
Period. Without the law (as described above) is lawlessness!

James 2:8-13

8If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

9But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.

10For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

11For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.

12So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

13For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.

I do not see me in the lake of fire so I see no one else there as well. I desire mercy, so I desire it for everyone else also.

Christianity at its finest.....
please don't blame his words on my Lord and Savior for that is not an example of true Christianity.

Words spoken in anger bear the fruits of the flesh not of the Spirit...

Galatians 5

16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery,[c] fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders,[d] drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

no to read what in the world you guys are debating about now....

Not all will be saved, and the broad path leads to destruction.
ok I get it. yeah its frustrating but you have to remember what Jesus told us Dominion.

Remember the parable about the sower and the birds? Or the goats and the sheep?

anyway not all will be saved. God tells us He will judge people and He does not lead people into temptation but their flesh does. the only difference is those with the Holy Spirit are able to resist the temptation of the flesh to sin because they have a new heart and new Spirit.

here are the Bible verse that comes to mind first....

Matthew 13:41-43
New King James Version (NKJV)
41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

Some do not have the ears, or the heart to hear and understand.
Warning: to say that all men will be saved is a lie and promotes lawlessness.

James 1:12-14
New King James Version (NKJV)

12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. 13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. 14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.

If you wish to discuss the Bible and learn about God then speak, but if you speak to cause contention then you are sinning and placing stumbling blocks on God's straight and narrow path.

I do not see me in the lake of fire so I see no one else there as well. I desire mercy, so I desire it for everyone else also.
why would you not be in the lake of Fire? because of you good works? because of your faith that God is all about love and not about justice?

Or because Jesus Christ died for your sins and was nailed on the cross for your Transgressions and you have been convicted of you many sins, repented of your rebellion and accepted Him as LORD and Savior of your life and thus been washed clean in the Blood of the Lamb for the sacrifice made for YOU so you might be worthy through His imputed righteousness to receive a new heart and new Spirit to teach and guide you in the ways of GOD and not the world. So that you might read again God's Holy Words with eyes of the Spirit and not the flesh and understand God's message of salvation and redemption through His son as the ONLY Narrow Way.

People are not judged by how well they keep the Law but their acceptance and rejection of the Son. This is the true doctrine of salvation through Grace and Faith in Jesus Christ.

John 3:18
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

We are not told NEVER to judge but to judge righteously and to not be hyprocrites and condemn another for a sin we have harbored in our hearts and in our eye. we are to deal with our own sin and through the fullness of our obedience punish disobedience.

2 Corinthians 10
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

A believer is protected from the Satan as long as they are obedient but sometimes to cleanse them of their sins God allows them to be tempted and it is THEIR choice to follow GOD and His commandments or give into their flesh. IF they repent God forgives them not because of their actions but because of His love for Jesus and Jesus love for His disciples. However those who do not follow Jesus has no Mediator and can be punished for their sins in this life and will be punished upon Judgement day to spend eternity in Hell.

It does not matter if you "imagine" it or not. God does not judge based on how you judge others or how you judge yourself but upon how you keep His commandments to worship ONLY God and to love others.

IF you say that it is ok to sin and do things that are lawless then that is wrong and are like the false prophets that proclaim "peace, peace" when Jesus says "there will be no peace for the wicked"

i could give you more Bible verses but I'll just leave it in God's hands.

Dear Heavenly Father please forgive us our trespass and forgive us when we speak in anger instead of love as You have commanded us to. Lord You know our hearts and sometimes we get frustrated with the world and its blindness. Jesus help us not to be lead into temptation but deliver us from evil. Teach us to be compassionate for the lost as You were compassionate with us when we were sinners still. Lord teach us to love as You love the world. Allow us to see with Your eyes the suffering and the hurt people around us. Give us Your Heart Oh God for those wandering down paths far away from you Lord. Help us be Your hands and feet to reach out to those people and draw them back to you and a right and personal relationship with You o God. Soften their hearts to the hearing of Your Holy words and bring into them a godly sorrow for their sins and allow them to hear the gospel of salvation so they might turn back and be saved. Jesus Your love is amazing and we thank You for Your many blessings and ask that you protect our brethren and help them walk always in Your ways, guided by Your light. You know the longings of our heart but as always may Your will not ours be done. Help our hearts be more like You O God and may Your mercy and forgiveness flow upon the whole world. In Jesus Holy Name we pray, Amen

It is not Jesus I blame for that type of behavior, friend. It is the spirit of that religion that has many in that same state of mind whether they respond in like fashion or simply say it in their heart. We tend to take pride in what we know, then perish for lack of it. How is that possible?

It has then become evident that true knowledge is not in what you can see. It is therefore hidden.

Jesus said that how you treat even the least of His brethren is how you treat Him. Now if we no longer know Him by the flesh, I can only go by what I see; You my sister and how I treat you. God has set before us the choice of life or death. I would rather take a loss then to condemn you by any law. Whether you believe as I do does not matter. As I live I cannot deny myself. And it is the same for you as well whether you understand it or not.

WHY did JESUS, as well as the apostles tell people to REPENT and belive in JESUS, so he can save them from there SINS if ALL men are saved? SO you say there is no reason to repent(turn from) your life, self and sin?
Not all men will be saved. In fact, very few will be.

1 Peter 4:18 "And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and sinner appear?"

Therefore, work out your salvation with fear and trembling. Our God is a consuming fire.
