May I try to be a peacekeeper here, there is also agreat promise in that. 4 runner, Zone Abiding, EG and espaecially LAD!.... All who read this. I love you ALL EQUALLY! Why becasue of the Love God puts in my heart! And you ALL love me becasue God pute the SAME LOVE in your hearts! Let me please share this mornings revelation with you ALL!!!
Let us pray and I know you ALL will agree with this PRAYER!... Let me show you ALL that you ALL have already recieved from God! Let me show you ALL what you reacieved from God.
But first let us pray ALL TOGETHER IN ONE SPIRIT!!!!!!
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
Let me share with you this mornings revelation....
I read again recently in the Word... Hebrews 12:4... Ye have not resisted unto blood, striving against sin, and ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou are rebuked of HIM: for whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son hereceiveth. If ye ENDURE chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the Father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye BASTARDS, and not sons.
Ok! Please do not any one call another here any names or lables, let us UNITE in everything and ALLOW God to teach! Look how beautiful this morning's revelation to me was, and SEE how Father is shaping us to be ONE BODY!....
A few years ago I found that Jesus actually became me and died on the cross in my place! Then Jesus showed me exactly where he had to stop being the Holy Messiah and start being the SINNER ON THE CROSS: COBUS! Of coarse then I did not understand it, but this morning I understood PERFECTLY!!!
Jesus went to the garden and prayed he took John, Peter and James with Him. Every time Jesus came back they were asleep. And Jesus went back into the garden and prayed... And set a perfect example for me to show where HE changed places with me, and where I CAN CHANGE PLACES WITH HIM!!! My dear friends, if you can not see the LOVE with which i share this, then I wash my hands! I write this with the most urgency I can muster, and I write this WITH ALL THE LOVE God gave me to this day.
Jesus prayed and the Word says.. Jesus asked... Take away this cup from me, nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt! We know Jesus only did what the Father willed, but this was not Jesus praying there, IT WAS YOU AND ME!!!!! Jesus became US RIGHT THERE! And it is RIGHT THERE WHEN WE WILL BECOME HIM!!!
In the passage we read above it says we should resist unto blood, striving against sin... And what did Jesus shed here in the garden? Luke 22:44... And his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling to the ground! AH!!! Here Jesus SHOWED us the great struggle HE FOUGHT WITH US!!! He is finished, we only ALSO have to FINISH!!! Please my beloved brothers and sisters, I have not named ANY of you something EVIL! And i cannot, I love you too much. I will love you even if you crucify me! I will fight against sin even if I have to BLEED doing so. And if i shed blood against sin not for sin! Then and only then did I resist sin up to the point where I sweat blood! How do we do it? We love SINNERS until we bleed in our hearts! And we can only do that if we do not still need Jesus to bleed for our sin!
Once Jesus swop places with me and as I understand it can happen RIGHT NOW OR WHENEVER HE WANTS TOO! Then Jesus manifest HIMSELF IN MY FLESH! God MADE IT HIS RULE that he will NEVER ENFORCE HIMSELF or occupy a body where the body does not bid Him welcome! And the way the body bids Him, as I understand it, is to CLEAN THE HOUSE!!! To prepare my flesh FOR HIS PRECENCE! With what... With HIS BLOOD! Once the house is clean, only then HE MOVES IN!!!
Is it easy to clean the house? Well you guys know as well as I, it is a STRUGGLE! The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak and fights strong. Now what do people think backslide is? Is doing a sin AGAIN backslide? NO!!! There is no backslide! The word backslide in not in the Bible! If I STILL do ANY sin, it merely means I am not FREED from that sin again! And becasue it is ONLY GOD that can FREE me from the sin, I have to TRUST that He will do so. And if that sin persist, then I need GRACE AND GOD'S POWER to overcome that sin. God said we should resist UNTO BLOOD! Now let us see what this means! I KNOW that my soul is in my blood! When Jesus prayed there and his sweat fell like blood on the ground, then I should also het to a point like I am POURING OUT MY SOUL! Now we are getting somewhere. When any person comes to this stage, like I am so weak that I can DIE! That is when that person, like Jesus also say... ELI ELI LAMA SABACHTANI! We get to where we feel, Father please let this cup be REMOVED from me! What is it Cobus wants to have removed? The same Jesus wants removed from ME!!!!! Guess wht God wants AWAY from me? What did we pray above here... Father lead me not into temptation, BUT DELIVER ME FROM EVIL! My dear friends that is EXACTLY what Father is doing for us ALL! He delivers us FROM evil. And the only place Father sees fit to KEEP us is IN HIMSELF! How great art thou Father! That you take a wretch like me, and DELIVER me to YOURSELF!
Father to thou belong the Kindom the Power and the Glory, Let thou will be DONE IN ME AS IN HEAVEN! No matter what! Amen! Not my will but Thou will be done, Amen!

I was told by the doctors that I am a walking miracle as it is, so they advised me to stp playing golf and wait for my paralism to set in. Apparently my back is so bad at three places that i should be paralised by any of the three places, but, i am still one of the strongest men around. I have NO PAIN. And when the doctors took a look at my neck they all went quiet. I have austeporoses in the worst case. The head authopedic surgeon said he never saw a neck like that in his life. When he asked me if i have pain, and i said NO! He did not believe me! And as you know telling lies was removed from my heart by the GRACE of God. And by the same grace I HAVE NO PAIN! The doctor asked me... OK! When you sleep, does your neck pain then?.. I said not at all doctor.. Then he said... AMAZING! He did not believe me! He asked, what... if you sit at a desk, does your neck start hurting, I said NO! He just said... well that is AMAZING! He said then, the only advice i have for your neck is that i should go to the butcher and buy a sheep's neck that he can build in for me. He said they will operate on one, maybe two places in a neck but not at six vertebra, and defenately not on any as bad as mine. He said ... NOBODY WILL TOUCH YOUR NECK... And I knew... Yep ONLY JESUS WOULD, AND HE DOES THAT IS WHY THE DOCTORS ARE SO AMAZED AT THS WALKING MIRACLE.
The GP said... God must dig you lots Cobus, because if you showed me the X-Rays before i saw the patient i will NEVER expected a man so upright and healty and able!
Then i was sent to the reflexo-people. My right hand would be weak, so I walked in to the man, and I introduced myself shaking his hand and he said... Boy! if that is a weak right hand I NEVER want to know what is strong. Apparently i have a strong handshake. I would not know never greeted myself yet! HAHAHA. So my friend nowadays i FISH again. Lots and I have tremendous fun, golfing is shift to the background and my son has taken over my golfstuff. The only hole in one God will give me is to wack this whole lot of disciples into HIS WHOLE OF GLORY! And that i pray for! May God use me to get ALL these SHEEP into HIS STABLE (WHOLE) ahhahaha. Good we can really still have the same goal... JESUS IS OUR GOAL! Let us get all of us in there~!

That's a great testimony of the power of God and how God uses you to witness His glory to the medical proffesion as a walking miracle. Love the "sheeps neck" statement. Love you cobus may your son receive that hole in one and your fishing is fruitful, souls and fish each time you go.

do you even know who hebrews was written to and why? if you did. you would realize why Paul wrote what you posted, and realize the part I posted shows that god has already perfected those being sanctified.

Hebrews is a book few people understand. First the name of the book should be questioned.
Then why is it any different to us than a Hebrew. After that it can at least be studied.

It is a letter written to Jews who are trying to return to law. And it can be used by us. To show people when they try to return to law, or work their way to earn salvation why it is wrong. And help us know better who and what Jesus did. and what he is doing now as High priest.4

First of all he called me a false teacher for post scripture that says we cannot cotniue in wilfull sin after salvation, and then he post scripture to cancel out what God plainly states in His word. That makes EG, and truth denier, and deceiver.

Our fleshj desires to sin. Our spirit desires not to sin. When we are tempted. and we fall. It is not because we did not want to do something. It is because we did. And our desire was greater than the desire to not do it. That is wht Paul says to set our minds on things of spirit. then we are not thinking of sin, and would not be tempted. this is how to overcome sin issues.

Personally, I have found that when certain scripture seem to support one idea while other scripture seems to support an opposing idea, then there is a much deeper truth that we all seek out. We must never embrace certain scripture which supports our personal views purposefully turning a blind eye toward those scriptures which oppose our views. We need to dig deep both in study and in prayer seeking God for an answer.

Isnt there a proverb that says when two disagree how can they walk together(paraphrased) so we walking with Jesus or just the theology of Jesus? At times I wonder, That's the place He has, by His grace shown me after years of lettting what I perceived above what others saved and unsaved. If we claim we have reached perfection no use running the race, game over, I think will all the dilly dallying back and forth justifying ourselves shows we are still running the race, seek God and HIS righteousness and ALL things will be added. What's there to seek if we have already attained??
If something bites it's ourselves being bitten by what still needs addressing, that part not being dead but kicking - flesh is still alive.
One thing we can't deny Jesus said offence will come, yes but it's how we respond that shows His character in us.

This is how we can properly interpret scripture. We see a supposed contradiction. We must rethink, and interpret the passages in a way they do not contradict. Then we can know we have interpreted correctly.

Agreed. The problem is we do not always follow God. Any more than a child follows his parents every time, However. A parent does not kick a child out of their family every time they screw up. The love them. They chasten them. And they help them grow. God is the same way.

Well there have been many lately who believe one has to be perfect (sinless) or he is not of God. A hard doctrine to fight. maybe you got caught up in the middle of it. To be honest. Alot of stuff you said sounds like this is where you were going.

I believe we CAN live sinlessly and its God's will that we do. I also believe that is the desire of every true believer. If your desire is not to live perfectly before your Lord, then I question your walk. But I never said one MUST live sinlessly or they are not of God. Remember we do have an advocate.

Who ever said God kicks someone out... God did!!! He kicked Satan out and his fallen angels and He will do so EVERY TIME!!! You see God NEVER kicks out His Children, but His Children do not follow God and Satan! They CANNOT!!! God said clearly... You cannot serve God and Mammon.... Look he did not say you may not serve God and Mammon,,, He said... YOU CANNOT!!! And that i believe! And scripture says clearly...
EG you say the problem is we do not always follow God, why not? Why do you not always follow God? The flesh does not have a MIND of his own... The flesh only does wht the soul tells it to do, and the soul can get two influances... Satan or God? You see my friend that problem is not to big for God! I am sure God can even solve that problem for us!!! Let me tell you how.... If we, You and I come to eachother and we adress every misstep we make and we go to God, I am sure He will HELP!! Look if we are to weak to stop a sin... Mine is the moment somebody drives stupid on the raod, that moment i swear! But i am sure if you come to visit me and i want to proof to you that i am HOLY... then I will stop in mid sentance. And that is still fighting it on my own,,, but IF JESUS now decides... COBUS WILL NEVER SWEAR AGAIN>>> then.... He will give me the POWER to bless those that TEMPT me!! Then in stead of swearing at the man, i will bless him! I used to swear to the man and show them all types of SIGNLANUAGE... but now i swear at them in my head and just keep my hands on the steering and my eyes on the CAR'S Bonnet!/// I improved a lot, but i know the MIND must still change to the blessing part. My friend i will fight against sin untill Jesus is in me 100% then i do not care where i am, dead or His in God or whatever. i will come here and talk to you and confess my sin and try my best not to sin, and if you pray with me and strive with me to GET Jesus to be in us both, i am sure we will find HIM IN US EVENTUALLY! As a believer, if we sin, we do not have to identify with our sin, but rather identify with what Christ did to our sin, confess it to God when we fail, and go on by faith in the grace of God. This is part of the 'no condemnation' that we have in Christ. If we do not have that as our provision from God in dealing with sin in our own life, then we would remain in bondage with no restoration or rebound when we fail. A godly sorrow is not always needed when we sin. We can agree with God when we are convicted of sin instead of getting into this big 'repentance ' thing. If someone feels the need to repent there is nothing wrong with that but all that is needed is that we agree with God about our sin and go on by faith.

Sin doesn't disqualify us from anything that God has done to us and for us through the new birth when we believed upon His Son. We are still justified and still have God's imputed righteousness. For those that think we can walk away from God and lose our salvation, when we might fall short or begin to fall away, what God has been imputed to us through faith still goes with us. Our standing before God is through Christ and that does not change. God does not alter a single thing that we have received from Him positionally by grace. What has happened through sin is that we have broken fellowship with God and that needs to be restored. We are saved but sin is interfering in our fellowship with the Saviour. He puts a plan into effect to restore us so that He can resume fellowship with us and we can receive the benefits of that fellowship. Through this we see the love that God has toward us and we reciprocate that love and are thankful to Him for His faithfulness to His words of promise that we have through Christ.
