John 8:11

New International Version (NIV)

11 “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

Seems pretty straight forward to me.

whatevr it may be the one thing certain is we cant nor ever be able to attain perfection in our strength no matter how obessively compulsive we can be, not by might not by power only but by His Spirit :)

with God all things are possible,
with man alone - limited

Before I think of perfect and name it n claim it first,i would want to be faith with little what God has given me,humility is not when we put our standards high! Its when we learn to be thankful and began to grow through our weaknesses,Let Christ be formed in u not just in thoughts and words but in our action and love..God will never entrust us with much if we neglect in lil wat he has given us.i like one preacher who said u pray for revival in church go home and watch football,u will never see revival lol.its true
Lets be faithful in him with time we spend wi th him,our thoughts and in our studies, we may not understandhebrew or greek but glory to God that we have in language we can understand, let devour it and hav a hunger for him, then we will change, then we will se our best friend saved, cuz guys we might knoe much about him n not know him..much love

Who should stop sinning, me or Jesus? And why should stop sinning? I LOVE sin. One of my best times EVER was adultery with the sexy blond in my office! Boy was she hot! When her husband left for work I would be in his bed with his wife before his bed would be cold. The worst thing was I LOVED it! And I had NO REGRET!!!! Until one day!!!! When God showed me the evil in my heart!!! Boy did that pleasufe become FILTH!!!! You see, I thought I was quite a man, and my friends that knew I was @#$%%^$$# the hottest blond in town, also thought ...Hey that Cobus is quite a guy! I walked aroung like the main peanut in the pack! The biigest peanut is the main peanut, and the other peanuts has to acknowledge!
Then God showed me how He sees me! And this is where you must NOT be decieved! The Father WAS NOT PLEASED AND HAPPY WHEN THE SON WAS FAR AWAY!!!! You people should stop focussing at the son and what he did! He did bad!!! The Father was the one that was in pain ALL THE TIME! The son was only in pain when the FATHER'S money ran out! God is NOT pleased by sin becasue sin LEADS US AWAY!!!! Did the son leave AGAIN? NO!!!! Then why do you leave EVERY DAY???? Sin takes you away from Father and innocence!!! Do not EVER talk sin as a good thing! SIN IS BAD>>> STOP SINNING! It is a choice!!! Every sin you do, you do becasue of the LUST in your flesh! Temptation is from the lust in your flesh and it is not SIN YET! Let us read this in the Word.... And Learn about how SIN is committed, and how easy it is to STOP!!!!
Now lwt us read Kames 1:12 to 17 Sin and the answer to sin! It is us BEATING, ruling over sin, when we do NOT give in to the flesh! If we do not give in to the lust of the flesh WE HAVE NO SIN! And we have that power already! Cain did not even know there is a Holy Spirit, yet God said to Cain... You must RULE OVER SIN! Sin is a choice to do something against God's will to be GOOD! And we are born with the knowledge of Good and Evil. Thanks to Adam that ate from the tree! So we know what is Good and Evil before we evin sin! And once we ruled over our flesh, then God gives us TOTAL seperation of sin, called the crown of life, in James. This crown is a gift from above, a gift of God! It is such a powerful "kingdom" that the wicket one CANNOT touch! Just as it could not touch Jesus, because Jesus was BORN with that crown of LIFE... He IS THE LIFE! The other tree Adam did not eat from. And God CANNOT give this crown to a sinner (a person that are still doing sin) , that will give sin ETERNAL LIFE. God CANNOT do that, that is why Adam DIED! And sin when it is done leads TO DEATH! But if we listen and DO God's Word then we CANNOT CONTINUE TO SIN! becasue the Spirit leads us OUT OF SIN INTO RIGHTEOUSNESS, through the Word of God! We should hear the Word, and DO the Word then we will be MADE FREE!
Now let us read and SEE and DO as the Word teaches and ALL sin will be under our feet!!!
James 1 :12 to 17... Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. 13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: 14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. 16 Do not err, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Now look at this... to endure temptaion, is to NOT give in to the temptation, then there is NO SIN COMMITTED! You have not endured temptaion when you sin, you were LED AWAY aftert the lust in your flesh then! But we can SAY NO to the flesh, and this is what Paul said when he said this...If you live after the flesh you shall die, but if you live after the SPIRIT you shall live... It is the SPIRIT that leads us AWAY from the lusts of the flesh! And the SPIRIT is the ultemate victorer, He won on the cross, when we KILLED the flesh in saying NO TO SIN! Every-time you say NO to sin your flesh dies a little! That is how we LOSE OUR LIFE and we gain HIS LIFE... The crown! And our way of showing HIM that we love Him is to OBEY HIS WORD! Not hear the Word DO the Word. Now look FOR AS MANY THAT ARE LED BE THE SPIRIT OF GOD THEY ARE THE SONS OF GOD!!! The Spriit NEVER leads INTO sin but OUT of sin! Praech this and ENCOURAGE people that they should KEEP THEMSELVES FROM SIN!!! ENDURE temptation do not GIVE IN TO TEMPTATION! When sin is finished it brings forth DEATH! But if we DIE off sin it IS DEAD IN US, and we live in the NEW LIFE WITHOUT SIN!!! The PERFECT gift that came after the GOOD gift. Look waht Jesus asked the Father in John 17...Jesus said... the glory that Thou hast given Me, I have given them.... Jesus gave us a glory, now you decide whether HIS glory is perfection or not! Be careful what you decide, I decided this.... John 17:23... I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Remember ADAM stole one good gift when he ate from the tree! The gift of knowing good and evil! And there is one more gift God will give us IF WE OBEY ONLY GOOD! Then God will give us Eternal Life! God will NEVER give eternal life to sinners! But if the sinner REPENT... Then he is no more sinner! True repentance is a new thought! One without sin, and that is a good gift God gives us. You decide whether you earn salvation or get it for free. Is it work to take up your cross and follow Jesus? Is it work to endure.... to the end. Endure temptaion not GIVE in to temptation. Endure is to not give in to the flesh. Is that work? Sin is EVIL WORK! but God arms His people to do GOOD WORK! ... Look here>>> Titus 2:14 and 15...Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. 15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

Now to close my input on this... I believe I will follow the Holy Spirit through the Word of God to REBIRTH! Then if it is God's will, He will baptize me with CHRIST JESUS, The Holy Spirit and this flesh would be perfect. Me? I am gone, dead for this world. I will not be doing ANYTHING! Not good and not bad, how do dead people do anything, they are DEAD! The next time the world will see me is when I will appear WITH THE SON OF GOD. Look what God says about the people that are HID with Christ in God! Colossians 3:3 and 4... For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
SEE!!!! I am DEAD!!!! the DEAD CAN DO NOTHING!!! I DIED IN CHRIST, and HE IS NOW MY LIFE! So if I am in Christ, then HE IS MY LIFE! and then it is HIM THAT TYPES HERE NOT COBUS!!!!! COBUS IS DEAD! Dead to sin, BUT ALIVE IN CHRIST FOREVER!!!!! And in CHRIST IS NO SIN< SO COBUS IS KEPT PERFECT UNTIL HE WILL APPEAR WITH CHRIST! ....
You decide when that is, God knows when! You dicide when it is Jesus who types here and not Cobus, God knows when. Not even the repenting Cobus will EVER preach sin to be OK! the Holy Cobus, will PROVE that perfection is the ONLY holiness God has! When Jesus lives in me, He is perfect! When I live in me, I will DIE so that He can be perfect!!!! REPENT is to DIE!!! Baptism is to LIVE a HOLY LIFE. No baptism, no life! No repent no die! No die no LIFE! No die No Jesus! Die and let Jesus LIVE! Die off sin so that God can DO! 1 John 3 says if we have hope that Jesus will live in us then we will... verse 3... And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
The purification is OUR OWN CHOICE AND WORK!!!!! God gave us the blood of Jesus, but we have to stop applying dirtand we have to REPENT, turn away from the dirt and to turn to the blood to clean ourselves! The blood does not add dirt, it WASH AWAY dirt.
Ok so do we desereve salvation, NO! but do we have to earn it... NO! Should we do something to get it? YES!!!! Is it work? You decide, Is it work to follow the Holy Spirit through the Word of God? Is it work to cleanse yourself? Is it work to stop sinning? Is it work to be sanctified? Ah! Yes it is HARD WORK to be blessed! And every good gift is from God! So every good thing you do, like repent is FROM GOD! So you DO NOTHING!!!! That means you also DO NOT DO SIN!!!!! OK!!! This is it... Just stop sinning, and leave the rest up to GOD! if you want to do something DON'T! Let GOD do it! All you as sinner do is REPENT!!!!! That is all! Stop doing sin, that is all. So the only thing you have to do is not to do sin! Sin is HARD WORK! becasue YOU DO IT! If you do NOTHING BAD, then you do not sin. Now to keep the mind busy! Read the Bible! ALL DAY! Think the Bible ALL DAY! If you have God on your MIND ALL DAY, then you CANNOT think bad becasue God is GOOD not bad! If you are in a situation where you cannot think of God, GET OUT! Go to where you can think of GOD all the time! And you will see the difference in your life!
Easy is it not! That is what the church did in Acts 2. And they were ALL SAVED!
Bye all I might not be here again! God bless!

Consumed says we will only be perfect once we are where Jesus is. Consumed when do you think you are where Jesus is? And He is where you are? It is here and it could be NOW!!! Jesus can be with you NOW! and you can be IN HIM NOW!!! This very moment. Who do you think are IN YOU when you are baptized witht he Holy Spirit? And where do you think YOU ARE when HE IS IN YOU, AND YOU IN HIM? Then you are ALREADY where HE is, Do you see now, that ANY OF US CAN BE MADE PRFECT ANY MOMENT? Perfection does not come in AFTER - LIFE... Perfection IS LIFE IN GOD! And that is NOW! You are united with GOD the MOMENT JESUS LETS YOU THROUGH HIM! Jesus says NO MAN comes to Father except THROUGH HIM. And wehn we pass trhough Jesus WE ARE CLEAN AS HE IS! And then God may or may not give us the HOLY SPIRIT. If God wants another holy man on earth, he will give our FLESH HIS SPIRIT! And that Spirit is that flesh's NEW CREATURE! The frlesh we used to occupy is now occupied by GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT! And that FLESH CANNOT SIN BECAUSE GOD'S SEED REMAINS IN THAT FLESH! If God now removes the Spirit, that flesh does not live! Like Adam before God BREATHED into him and he became a living soul.
You are not reborn into your flesh, God's Spirit is reborn into your flesh, AFTER you have PASSED THROUGH Jesus! How can you go through Jesus is you were not IN HIM in the first place? And how do you get IN Jesus with sin in you? In Him is no sin becasue he also REMOVED ALL SIN FROM YOU BEFORE HE LETS YOU IN!!! You need to be SAINT before He lets you into HIM. Look at Ephesians 4:11 to 13... You are called to be saint... Romans 1. A saint is a moraly blameless person and spiritually pure as Jesus! 1 John 3:3. And ALL saints followed the Holy Spirit through the Word of God to the end of sin in their lives. Saints are already without sin but not perfect yet... Read Eph 4:11 to 13... Look here it is... And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Jesus is HERE! Father God is HERE! And if we obey Him they will make their ABODE with us HERE! Some person asked where is the perfect people in this world..... They are amungst us but we cannot see them. We are not holy and we will not know holy if it stands right before us, saying... BE PERFECT EVEN AS THOU FATHER IN HEAVEN IS PERFECT! We would say He preaches heresy. Oh false teahers believe they can be MADE PERFECT HERE ON EARTH! Yet Jesus says directly... BE PERFECT! That means just that... BE PERFECT! And He knew ALL PEOPLE HE MAKES ONE WITH HIM IS A PERFECT MAN!!!!! Even a woman that is made ONE WITH JESUS is a PERFECT MAN! Becasue JESUS is the ONLY PERFECT MAN! When Saul was persocuting the Children of God Jesus said to Saul.... SAUL SAUL WHY PERSECUTETH THOU ME?.... Look Saul did not persocute God's children, he persocuted Jesus HIMSELF!!! Why becasue all God's Children IS JESUS!!!!!! When I am Jesus, only THEN AM I HIS CHILD!!!! One of many I know... but ALL IN ONE!!!! For there is ONE BODY....JESUS!!!! ONE HEAD.... JESUS!!! ONE CALLING..... JESUS!!!! ONE Spirit..... JESUS!!!! ONE LIFE.... JESUS!!! ONE LORD.... JESUS!!!! One ME???? Yep JESUS!!!!Why becasue there is ONE BAPTISM.... JESUS!!!! who is ABOVE ALL.... THROUGH ALL... AND IN ALL OF HIS CHILDREN!!! ONE WITH GOD MEANS ONE WITH GOD!!!! That is GOD!!! GOD'S CHILDREN ARE ALL IN HIM, AND HE IN THEM>>>> And where is sin in that picture? NO SIN IN HIM!!!!! AND NO SIN IN YOU BECASUE YOU ARE IN HIM!!!!That is it bye all...

the problem is people preach cleansing and grace but they forget to tell people of the need for REPENTANCE. people do not want to leave their sin behind. they want to justify why God will let them keep sinning and pretend to be sorrowful but still keep the idol of self interest and self happiness to stay in their hearts and not allow God His rightful place. People want to pretend they are living in obedience of Christ but are not doers of the word but scholars only.

here is a test:

How much time do you spend in prayer with God?

How much time do you spend in study of God's word?

How much time do you spend watching TV or amusing yourself and your flesh?

How much time do you spending making or eating food for your body? for you soul?

How much time do you spend chasing after money? chasing after the things of God?

How much time do you spend thinking of others and helping them even though they can never repay you?

do a pie chart. what makes up your day? how much of yourself do you actually give to GOD?

Some people tell me they only think and pray for two hours a week in the church and they say it with awe in their voice with the words that went something like "I love Sunday Bible study because I can put the rest of the world outside and focus completely on God for a couple hours. the rest of the week I don't spend the time with God like I do on Sunday, not saying I shouldn't but...."

and the but is what kills faith. the but is an excuse, a stronghold of darkness to keep sinning and not spending the time needed in prayer with GOD.

What the Church needs to-day is not more machinery or better, not new organizations or more and novel methods, but men whom the Holy Ghost can use -- men of prayer, men mighty in prayer. The Holy Ghost does not flow through methods, but through men. He does not come on machinery, but on men. He does not anoint plans, but men -- men of prayer.---EM Bounds

most have not repented and do not enter into the narrow Gate or walked the narrow way and spend time with Christ. I pray that everyone knows godly sorrow that will lead to repentance and true worship of God.

James 4:3-5
New King James Version (NKJV)
3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures. 4 Adulterers and[a] adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5 Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”?

None of what you have so beautifully said is possible outside the goodness and grace of God and taking up a personal cross and following Christ. This is not something that we can do in our own strength with the arm of the flesh. If I told you I prayed (2) hours a day, studied God's word 3-4 hours daily, went out and preached the gospel and ministered to others (3) times a week, only watched the news and some educational programs on TV and gathered with my local assembly of believers 3-4 times weekly... does that make me a 'narrow gate' believer that keeps himself from idols? Maybe it does, but if I am not stir me up in the love of God to have a heart after God then I am like any other carnal believer. You may say it is not possible to do these things and not be stirred up and you might be right, but if I do these things nd I am not stirred up, there must be something in my heart that's not right.

Mercy from God will always give us compassion for those that need it. Grace from God will always give understanding for those that do not deserve it. Peace from God will give me confidence that I am doing what is right and acceptable in God's sight. Love from God makes all these things possible in the will of God because the heart of God is motivating it. This is how we are to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith, according to God's mercy, grace and peace motivated by (agape) love through a personal cross. Anything we do without a personal cross and being motivated by love, no matter how noble it seems, which may include giving all we have to feed the poor and our body to be burned, it is nothing more than wood, hay and stubble with the sound of a tinkling cymbal and profits us nothing.

"The preaching that kills may have insight and grasp of principles, may be scholarly and critical in taste, may have every minutia of the derivation and grammar of the letter, may be able to trim the letter into its perfect pattern, and illume it as Plato and Cicero may be illumined, may study it as a lawyer studies his text-books to form his brief or to defend his case, and yet be like a frost, a killing frost. Letter-preaching may be eloquent, enameled with poetry and rhetoric, sprinkled with prayer spiced with sensation, illumined by genius and yet these be but the massive or chaste, costly mountings, the rare and beautiful flowers which coffin the corpse. The preaching which kills may be without scholarship, unmarked by any freshness of thought or feeling, clothed in tasteless generalities or vapid specialties, with style irregular, slovenly, savoring neither of closet nor of study, graced neither by thought, expression, or prayer. Under such preaching how wide and utter the desolation! how profound the spiritual death!
This letter-preaching deals with the surface and shadow of things, and not the things themselves. It does not penetrate the inner part. It has no deep insight into, no strong grasp of, the hidden life of God’s Word. It is true to the outside, but the outside is the hull which must be broken and penetrated for the kernel. The letter may be dressed so as to attract and be fashionable, but the attraction is not toward God nor is the fashion for heaven. The failure is in the preacher. God has not made him. He has never been in the hands of God like clay in the hands of the potter. He has been busy about the sermon, its thought and finish, its drawing and impressive forces; but the deep things of God have never been sought, studied, fathomed, experienced by him. He has never stood before “the throne high and lifted up,” never heard the seraphim song, never seen the vision nor felt the rush of that awful holiness, and cried out in utter abandon and despair under the sense of weakness and guilt, and had his life renewed, his heart touched, purged, inflamed by the live coal from God’s altar. His ministry may draw people to him, to the Church, to the form and ceremony; but no true drawings to God, no sweet, holy, divine communion induced. The Church has been frescoed but not edified, pleased but not sanctified. Life is suppressed; a chill is on the summer air; the soil is baked. The city of our God becomes the city of the dead; the Church a graveyard, not an embattled army. Praise and prayer are stifled; worship is dead. The preacher and the preaching have helped sin, not holiness; peopled hell, not heaven." - EM Bounds

the vast majority of instruction in the New Testament is concerning right DOCTRINE, far far more than right CONDUCT.

but you'll hear how that is HEAD KNOWLEDGE, a religious spirit...any number of disparaging remarks about STUDY. we do not need to be geniuses to read the Bible. we are foolish if we don't.

if we can not be bothered actually believing that God's WORDS in the scriptures, quickened by the HOLY SPIRIT are what we need sown in our minds, just pack it in and forget about right CONDUCT, because we will NEVER learn what GOD has said, we will listen to our crooked hearts (i do it myself every day).

i see a pattern which appears inevitable - when we will not just submit ourselves to diligent personal study of the words of God, given by GOD, through His Own ordained means, learn in communion with God - we can get a teeny bit of knowledge and run with a half-baked concept, then our crooked heart tries to make something God said say something it does not say.

the hard lesson is that He WILL NOT PERMIT IT. we can NEVER walk a straight path this way...He won't allow it.

we either settle down and take the HARD WAY...YEARS - a lifetime of subjection to the words He already spoke, and study His WAYS (not ours, not that street preacher, not the youth pastor), or we end up THINKING we are either unable and He can't teach us this way - or worse, we end up thinking WE ARE GOD.

i see it every day.

Lord Jesus help us to be honored and willing to just simply read The Bible...for a long long time and THEN GO AND DO. any other way will be our way, and God will not bless this way and we will have wrong doctrines and we will fall away.

God has made each one of us as vessels of clay. Clay is of an earthy imperfect property with many imperfections discovered when being molded by the potter. The potter is the one that spots these imperfections and it is his responsibility to work them out and mold them into something usable as a masterpiece of his handiwork. The clay is not responsible for the shape it takes on, no more than the clay can tell the potter to shape it in such and such a manner. The potter is responsible for the clay vessel and if the vessel breaks it is the potter's job to mend and restore it. When that vessel is finished, it becomes usable to hold whatever treasure the potter places into it.

When the vessel needs to be poured out of its treasure to benefit others, the potter take the vessel and smashes it to pour out the precious treasure. It is God's job to break our vessels through His plan to pour us out and quench the thirsty soul with the water of life less we become stagnant and of no use. We can only make ourselves available to the Master's plan to use us in whatever capacity He desires. Another should never judge or begrudge the imperfections of the clay vessel and how it is being used as a showcase of grace for use of the Master potter. We are all vessels of clay and desire to be used of Him but in what manner he chooses is not for us to decide.

You know Ananda there is a verse that kept me busy for a few days.... This one...Philippians 1:18...What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice. I had to accept even if a false teacher preaches Christ i have to rejoice, and I only had to remember where my journey with God started. In the church that do not agree with me now! The bad thing is they sre exactly where they were when I left fourteen years ago! They may have new preachers, but the new preachers have the same old doctrine! And they are still SOFT ON THE EARS! Nobody wants to know that sin is bad, and people who do sin is bad! And nobody wants to hear that God has a solution, but it might cost you ALL YOU POSESS! The "soft on the ears" preachers will teach that Jesus died for your sins, even the ones you are still going to commit! One of these Dutch Reformed ministers said to me... I have bad news for you, sir, you will never be perfect here on earth....
My response... "I break that curse in the Name of Jesus Christ".... He said... Oh, I did not curse you... I replied... "A curse is something you speak out negatively over yourself or somebody else of a time in the future. And that is exactly what you did now, SIR!!! He realized it but still said nothing, and i quoted James 3:10... "Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be." This stirred him to an apology. I was invited to do the ALPHA COURSE of Nicky Gumbel, and what a load of false teachings that is. So every time I reproofed their lies in the course, with God's Word, I was marked SATAN!!! Like some people did here as well. And then I understood why the mystery of faith is a mystery! Becasue people know not the Truth they are being mislead! And the lie of Jesus died for your sin, without also saying mentioning why He was resurrected, was preached long enough. Jesus was resurrected so that ALL who are REBORN have a NEW LIFE WITHOUT SIN! The mystery of faith is PERFECTION IN A PERSON! And that mystery can only be housed on a PURE concience! The minimum requirement for a deacon in GOD'S Church! 1 Tim 3. How many people here have a pure concience? I do not! That is why i resighned as deacon at the church! I did not even know what the mystery of faith was! And i did not have a pure concience! The head deacon said none of them have a pure concience, and i suggested they should all resign then, only i did! They were comfortable where they are... Mislead by false teachers and preachers... Well God did not leave me there He SHOWED me how we waste his BLOOD in that church... That was enough for me! And i started what HE VERBALLY commanded me four monthe prior... GENESIS 1:1 START!!! Was the WORDS!!! So i started Genesis 1:1 and when I got to Genesis 3:7 I was furious with every preacher I EVER heard.... God said to Cain.... Sin lieth at the door and his desire is unto thee, but you must RULE OVER HIM!!!! The first words God spoke to man AFTER He chased them out of the Garden was... RULE OVER SIN... MAN only a fool would think to rule over sin is to still DO SIN! When you do sin, SIN RULES YOU! Come on people this ... we will always sin is not Truth, Jesus would NEVER command you unfairly, and we have PROVEN with God's WORD that ALL PEOPLE IN CHRIST IS PERFECT!!! And this is the Truth that are VERY QUICKLY being preached in MANY Countries... Thank God that He said HIS WORD will be preached all around the World before He comes! Not a twisted half Truth... His Word is the Truth.. John 17! And His WORD COMMANDS MATTHEW 5:48... Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
And there is NOTHING not even SATAN can do, to stop this WONDERFUL TRUTH!!!!Perfection to all SAVED!!! Thank You Jesus Christ that even a wretch like me can be saved to Your wonderful GLORY.... AND JESUS PLEASE FORGIVE THE OPPOSERS< THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO!>>>AMEN!!! Oh 1joh39 is 1 John 3:9... The verse that woke me up out of the sleep of deciet! Sorry for the spelling, I am a Afrikaans "boertjie" that means Afrikaner with Afrikaans as home lanuage.... May the powerful salvation of Jesus Christ be done in our lives... Amen!

Christ is perfect and his own are being perfected. So be perfect as your Father in heaven is also perfect.

May Jesus bless you.

Yet we will never be perfect until we are resurrected. It does not mean we can't strive to be perfect. or to mature in Christ. We should. We should never assume we have ever made it though. Paul never did. why would we think we can?

Jesus said that HE is the Resurrection and the Life. Do you know what this means?

I was thinking about the potter and the clay parable today. Do you know the time the pot is the most fragile? after it has been formed and dry and before it has been placed in the fire to bake. that is when it shatters the easiest. Isn't that like people?

God molds us and makes us and then when we are almost done, Satan will come and try and get a bubble of lies and sin into us or shatters us before God places us in the fire to be tempered. However God is not defeated. He picks up the broken pieces adds His water of life and makes us into a new creation. Then He perfects us in His furnace of life so that at the end we may be His vessels for the service of the world.

Its wonderful to watch all of God's amazing creation work together in harmony and love :)

May God bless You All :)

yeah I do.

Without Jesus there is no life. we are dead to God.

without Jesus there will be no resurrection. Thus no perfection. only eternal death

That is why we must die to self, and allow Christ to live perfectly through us.

Hand in glove principle.

No. In Jesus there is life, and if he is in you you are not dead to God. BUT ALIVE UNTO GOD!! If you say you have eternal death in you then so be it. But anyone who is in Christ has eternal life working in them.

Rom 6:10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
Rom 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Rom 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Rom 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

May Jesus bless you.
