abcdef, it is because of statements like the one you made above that I continue to tell you that you don't know what you are talking about and should not be teaching the prophesies of this book. Satan is not in the Abyss nor does he come out of it!

Understand this, the beast that comes up out of the Abyss is another fallen angel who is currently in the Abyss whose name in Hebrew as Abaddon and in Greek Apollyon, both meaning destroyer. (Rev.9:11)

This beast who comes up out of the Abyss is the same one who kills the two witnesses and will be the power behind the antichrist and is the same one who will have the abomination set up in the holy place within the temple. (Rev.11:3-12, Dan.9:27, Matt.24:15)

Satan is currently not in the Abyss and will not go into the Abyss until the Lord returns to the earth to end the age which takes place after God's wrath has been poured out.

Stop teaching these false teachings!

The dragon iron beast nation is Rome, Satan manifests himself in this world.

So it is Rome that comes out of the abyss, at the 5th trump, and the mill .

The number 1000 may be symbolic but the literal future reign of Christ on this earth is literal being supported by hundreds of passages from the Prophets.
The promise was for one demonstration of a work (pouring out His spirit not seen )that has been finished the foundation of the world.Those who are looking for the veil to be mended for another demonstration are simply walking by faith after the natural course of this world.there is not one verse that would inform us he is coming again in the flesh as if God was a man as us.

2Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

Hello Endoscopy,

That the statue of Daniel is represented by Babylon (head of gold), Medo-Persia (chest and arms of silver), Greece (stomach and thighs of bronze), Rome (legs of iron) and the revived or extension of Roman (ten-toed kingdom) which is still future with the feet made of partly iron and partly baked clay.
The statue therefore is representing all human government.
It doesn't say that. It's the gentile nations that rule over Israel (people) until they are restored to Jerusalem.

The Rock that is cut out of the mountain without human hands which is representing Jesus Christ, falls on the feet of the statue smashing it to pieces like chaff on a threshing floor, with the wind blowing the chaff away without leaving a trace, which infers the end of all human governments never to be reestablished.
If it's the end of ALL human government, how can the dragon iron beast deceive the nations, at the end of the mill., if there are no nations to deceive? governments?

Then the Rock/Jesus becomes a huge mountain and fills the entire earth, which represents Christ's millennial kingdom.
It is Jesus coming for the (finished) kingdom at the end of the planet, not the establishment of the kingdom.

The kingdom began on this planet at Pentecost, this would be just after he iron begins (Rome invades Israel/Jerusalem), and before the Roman Empire divides East and West (234 AD approx.)where the legs divide.

Consequently, the smashing of the statue will be the result of the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments, which will decimate the majority of the population of the earth and dismantle all human government.
Not the planet earth/world, the world/earth of Israel.

The mill. is a time of great peace and joy, but only for those in the kingdom (Pentecost).

The rest of the world, outside of the kingdom, goes on as usual.

Wars and ego, go on in the rest of the world, around the kingdom.

But the prophecies of the peace and joy, of a relationship with Jesus, is within those who have the Holy Spirit (gift, Acts 2:38).

That time of the mill kingdom is now.

Hello John! So during the millennial period you say that wars and egos go on in the rest of the world. But what does scripture have to say regarding this?:

"He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore."

The above takes place when Jesus returns to the earth to end the age and establish his millennial kingdom. Notice that it states that the nations will beat their weapons of war into plowshares and pruning hooks and the nations will no longer train for war against one another.

The only people who will enter into the millennial kingdom, with be the remnant of Israel and the great tribulation saints who survive that last 3 1/2 years of the seven year period.

Jesus is going to be ruling with a rod of iron and so you are not going to have "wars and egos" in the rest of the world around the kingdom.

That time of the mill kingdom is now.
I repeat, have you seen the lion eat straw like the Ox?

Have you seen prey and predator animals and their young lying down with each other and a young child leading them around?

Do we currently live in a world where a young child can play near a Cobra's den or stick his hand in a vipers nest and not be hurt at all?

Do we live in a time where if a man only lives to be a hundred years old that he will be thought to be mere child and accursed?

The above are all characteristics that will exist during the millennial kingdom. The truth is, we are not seeing any of those characteristics which would demonstrate that we are not living in the millennial kingdom.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together;and a little child will lead them.
The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
The infant will play near the cobra’s den, and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest.
They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. - Isaiah 11:6-9
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

That time of peace will be the state of the entire world for all people, until the end when Satan is released from the Abyss.

Stop teaching these false teachings!

If it's the end of ALL human government, how can the dragon iron beast deceive the nations, at the end of the mill., if there are no nations to deceive? governments?
Because a the events of the dragon take place prior to the millennial period, not during. The nations will exist on the earth during the time of God's wrath and through the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments, all human governments will be dismantled never to be restrored. This is what is meant by the Rock/Jesus falling on the feet of the statue and smashing it to pieces like chaff on a threshing floor where the wind blows the chaff away without leaving a trace (the end of all human government).

Christ's kingdom will have not begun until He returns to the earth to end the age and establish his kingdom, which takes place after the wrath of God has been poured out. The world will be in chaotic shambles when the Lord returns to the earth.

The use of the word "world" here in Revelation is not restricted to Israel, but is in reference to the entire earth, the four corners of the planet. Your claim that "the world" is only referring to Israel is for the purpose of supporting your warped teaching of Revelation and end-time events. I cannot stress enough to you that you need to stop teaching these false teachings regarding Revelation and end-time events, because you know nothing about them. If you continue to do so, you will be held accountable for adding to and taking away from the words of the prophecy in this book.

So it is Rome that comes out of the abyss, at the 5th trump, and the mill .
Scripture doesn't support your claim above. The following is what scripture does support regarding the beast:

"They had tails with stingers, like scorpions, and in their tails they had power to torment people for five months. They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon and in Greek is Apollyon (that is, Destroyer).

The beast who once was, now is not and yet will come up out of the Abyss is that angel that is currently in the Abyss and will be released at the 5th trumpet. Rome is not coming up out of the Abyss.

That parable simply using multitude of metaphors to represent a false gospel brought by false prophets, and false apostles influenced by the father of lies, as many antichrists.

Christ will come as a thief in the night Just as he came the first time and put on temporal flesh for a one time demonstration..

Good material for Hollywood.

Nothing to do with the evening news - men do not need satan to go horribly wrong.
Agreed and besides, Satan being bound does not mean there would be no sin. Satan was bound specifically from DECEIVING the nations. Just what was this deception that was halted for "1000 years?"

The demonstration of the actual work of the lamb of God who was slain from the foundation of the world is not in respect to the outward demonstration concerning his corrupted flesh typified as sinful which Christ said; could not profit. We walk by faith the eternal (the unseen) not by sight the temporal after that (seen)

The promise was he would come one time as an outward demonstration. The saints are reigning with Christ today just as they were before the demonstration . God is not a man as us .He will not appear in the flesh twice. The veil is rent.

It would seem like Judaism is replacing Christianity rather that Christians walking by faith .

The veil is rent, the walls have tumbled, the time of refomation has come, the work of the lamb slain has been finished from the foundation of the world. The outward demonstration is over.

2Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we "have known" Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

Find out the meaning of no more? Does it mean once more?
I believe in putting verses in context. So here it is. This NIV reads that verse differently. Is yours KJV? If so Remember that 1611 English is different than today's English. A more modern translation gives better understanding.

2 Corinthians 5 NIV

The Ministry of Reconciliation
11 Since, then, we know what it is to fear the Lord, we try to persuade others. What we are is plain to God, and I hope it is also plain to your conscience. 12 We are not trying to commend ourselves to you again, but are giving you an opportunity to take pride in us, so that you can answer those who take pride in what is seen rather than in what is in the heart. 13 If we are “out of our mind,” as some say, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. 14 For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. 15 And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

16 So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Here is the Amplified version.

11 Therefore, since we know the fear of the Lord [and understand the importance of obedience and worship], we persuade people [to be reconciled to Him]. But we are plainly known to God [He knows everything about us]; and I hope that we are plainly known also in your consciences [your God-given discernment]. 12 We are not commending ourselves to you again, but are giving you an occasion to be [rightfully] proud of us, so that you will have an answer for those who take pride in [outward] appearances [the virtues they pretend to have] rather than what is [actually] in heart. 13 If we are out of our mind [just unstable fanatics as some critics say], it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for your benefit. 14 For the love of Christ controls and compels us, because we have concluded this, that One died for all, therefore all died; 15 and He died for all, so that all those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and was raised for their sake.

16 So from now on we regard no one from a human point of view [according to worldly standards and values]. Though we have known Christ from a human point of view, now we no longer know Him in this way. 17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life]. 18 But all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ [making us acceptable to Him] and gave us the ministry of reconciliation [so that by our example we might bring others to Him], 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting people’s sins against them [but canceling them]. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation [that is, restoration to favor with God].

Back to the Op. The concept of two ages (Mosaic and Messianic) and how they differ is 100% lost on the dispensationalist. The "mystery" of the Messianic Age to come, as spoken of by the prophets, was fully revealed in Revelation. The transition from Mosaic to Messianic was completed at the fall of the Temple and Jerusalem in 70 AD. The differences between the two ages is vast, HUGE, enormous and sadly lost on many.

The Mosaic age was "the flesh age" while the Messianic age is the "spirit age." The "rules" of the two ages are and were completely different, strikingly so. The flesh age was associated with death while the spiritual age is associated with life, physical vs. spiritual. Until the Spiritual or Messianic Age arrived, no man could enter heaven; their souls trapped in Hades. But Christ, and only Christ, had the keys to Death and Hades and He freed those souls. We all need to recognize how HUGE this event was as our salvation (ability to be with God in the afterlife) depends on it. The Blood of Christ was the vehicle for making this happen. It was the fulfillment of all which was previously foretold, but not fully understood, by the prophets.

There was a 40- year transition period between the two ages called, "the last days," or "fullness of times" that the Children of God were awaiting throughout the OT centuries. Just as there was a 40- year transition from Egypt to the Promised Land to begin the Mosaic Age, we have the same transition period for the Messianic Age. The purpose of both was to allow the wicked to die off before the righteous could inherit the promises. We had this in 70 AD as all those following the Law, the religious leaders and people (AKA apostate Israel), were killed.

The revelation of the "mystery" came during the "last days" (30-70 AD) of the Mosaic Age (Heb 1:2). When Paul said the unveiling of this mystery defined his ministry (1 Cor 4:1). This unveiling explained that "true" "saved" Israel after the flesh enters life in the spirit (Rom 11).

While many of the less informed of us today are still waiting for the mystery to be revealed, Paul announced that it was ALREADY revealed in Eph 1:9-11:

[SUP]9 [/SUP]having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, [SUP]10 [/SUP]that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will...

Eph 3: [SUP]5 [/SUP]which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets:
[SUP]6 [/SUP]that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel..

Eph 5:
[SUP]32 [/SUP]This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Eph 6:
[SUP]19 [/SUP]and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel...

So you see, the mystery of the gospel for salvation and the change in how we get to heaven was revealed!! ALL THINGS HAVE BEEN MADE KNOWN TO US.

In the Olivet, Jesus said the end of the Mosaic Age would come after the "great tribulation" (of Israel) in which "not one stone would be left upon another", when the temple fell. The parousia (presence) of Christ with His Church in the Messianic Age would remain. This new KINGDOM of GOD, which was near to them, has arrived and remains and has filled the earth as foretold by Daniel. In this new age (our age) things hidden - the mystery - would no longer be hidden.

John's vision perfectly matches the Olivet given by Jesus. After the judgment of apostate Israel, the great tribulation, is over, there is nothing left to reveal. The mystery of how God established the Messianic Age is finished. The sounding of the 7th trumpet completed the transition from the Mosaic to the Messianic Age which is our unity in Christ, thus completing the mystery. We are in the EVERLASTING KINGDOM WHICH WILL NEVER BE DESTROYED right now!!!

And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.

And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

Christ has no more work to do, IT IS FINISHED!!

Agreed and besides, Satan being bound does not mean there would be no sin. Satan was bound specifically from DECEIVING the nations. Just what was this deception that was halted for "1000 years?"
The deception is,

Getting the nations to surround Jerusalem and destroy the people of Israel.

The Dragon Rev 20:2 (7 heads and ten horns Rev 12:3) iron beast Rome, was not able to destroy Israel while they were scattered among the gentile nations.

--

This is what the story of the woman of Rev 12 is saying, that the woman (people of Israel) was in the wilderness and the earth (element of man, dust) helped her. When the woman returns to Jerusalem, the time in the wilderness of the gentiles is over.

It is the story of the 2 witnesses. They are outside Jerusalem, but when they (the 2 witnesses are the people of Israel) are restored to Jerusalem, they are killed.

They are all telling the same story, that the people of Israel remain among the gentile nations until they are restored to Jerusalem, where they are killed (the genocide of Israel).

(The 7 times are the same time as the statue in Dan. 2. The statue shows the gentile nations that rule over the people of Israel until they are restored to Jerusalem. The 1st 3 1/2 times are from Babylon until 70 AD, Dan. 12:7. The 2nd 3 1/2 times is from 70 AD. until 1967 when Israel was restored to control over Jerusalem. The 7 times are not literal years.)

=====

Jerusalem is surrounded by Magog now.

It is the end of the mill. now.

Soon Jerusalem will fall.

Then Jesus will come for the kingdom and this planet will end by fire from heaven (the stone).

The beast is Rome, Dan.2 iron, Rev 13:1, Rev 17:7.

Why do you continue to deny that the iron beast dragon (Rev 12:3) is Rome?

It is Rome and will be Rome.

It is Rome that is restored as a nation that happens at the 5th trumpet (1929).

Then it is the lies of Rome that cause the genocide of Israel at the 7th/last trumpet.

====

Rev 20 shows the same thing.

The dragon of v 2, has 7 heads and 10 horns Rev 12:3.

It is Rome that deceives the nations into destroying Jerusalem which is restored to Israel.

The spirit, that is shown (dragon/Satan), is the spirit, that wants to destroy Israel (Cain and Able).

That spirit is within men, manifest in Rome.

It is Rome that is restored as a nation that happens at the 5th trumpet (1929).
What happens at the 5th trumpet, is that a star, which if figurate for an angel, has the key to the Abyss and opens it releasing those demonic beings who are commanded to torment the inhabitants of the earth with stings like scorpions. There is nothing in the scripture regarding Rome. These are going to be literal demonic beings that come up from the Abyss.

Rev 20 shows the same thing.
Rev.20:1-3 is when Satan is thrown into the same Abyss that will have been opened at the 5th trumpet and it is sealed and locked over him during Christ's thousand year reign. Again, nothing about Rome in Rev.20.

John, I am weary of this. Because you will not receive the truth you are free to believe whatever you want. I will no longer contend with you regarding the truth.

Define symbolically. The millennium is 100% spiritual and is very real. It doesn't represent anything which is what I think of when saying, "symbolically." This is where Paul says we are to struggle, in the spiritual realm, which is "in the air" which is where Satan is the prince and has the power.

This transition between ages (Mosaic and Messianic) is spoken of by the writer of Hebrews in CH-6.

[SUP]4 [/SUP]For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, [SUP]5 [/SUP]and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, [SUP]6 [/SUP]if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

We see that those at Pentecost, being filled with the Holy Spirit, having experienced the powers of the next age (the Church Age or Messianic Age) are admonished to not fall away because if they do, they cannot be brought back by repentance. Powers not found outside of the prophets were now available to all who have faith. The nearness of the "age to come" further proves the point in my last post that we are already in the "millennium" which is the Church Age.

The Church Age, or "millennium" is spiritually based taking place both in heaven and on earth as I previously quote Eph 1:9-11:

[SUP]10 [/SUP]that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.

This "gathering" of ALL THINGS IN CHRIST spiritually (those in heaven and earth) is also explained by Paul in his famous "rapture" passage:

[SUP]17 [/SUP]Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

The GATHERING is also addressed by Christ in the Olivet and it took place immediately following the tribulation of those days (70 AD):

[SUP]31 [/SUP]And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

The reigning of those in heaven with Christ, having left this physical world, is concurrent with those still living on earth as they were joined spiritually with them at the parousia in 70 AD. The key phrase is "in the air." This DOES NOT MEAN "in the sky" as that is a totally separate word. Understanding that "in the air" means the spiritual realm is the key to unlocking everything.

Is 1 Corinthinians 15:26 written in future or present tense?,,, and does your eschatology agree with it? Paul saw it as future,,,meaning it was not present tense...
1 Cor 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

Paul is describing "death" in figurative terms as an enemy, he gives us more information regarding this enemy:

1 Cor 15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

1 Cor 15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

A scorpion has a stinger that delivers death - without that "sting" it's just an insect. The power in the scorpions sting is the venom, and by analogy the venon /sting in the death Paul is speaking of was in the law because of sin.

The old covenant and it's law symbolizing and encompassing the sin of Adam was done away in the 1st century AD - according to Hebrews that old covenant was near to passing away when the letter was written.

Rom 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the offense of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.

When the law passed with the destruction of the temple in the war of 66-70AD the "sting" of death was destroyed.

Paul stated the law was a "covenant/ministry" of death.

2 Cor 3:7 But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading as it was.

What this means is that "O grave" i.e. Hades was emptied and death no longer holds on to those who physically die, therefore death as the enemy was destroyed - the "enemy" was still active when Paul wrote, but ceased with the passing of the old covenant.

Death under the new covenant does not have the sting of the old law.
