Agreed.
Yet man often teaches things not true; even those in MY 'church'...
I know most of what your does is ALSO not true.
Surely I don't speak to convince anyone of anything, that's not my story.

That depends on what you assume my unwarranted assumptions are.
Explain away John 1 defining God and Jesus are one and the same. Then John 4 thru 6 demonstrating God and the Spirit are one and the same. Your theology doesn't line up with the Bible. God is one but has three forms. I really can't understand it but the Bible states it as fact.
In response to your recent post (first, above), I submit your post from a couple of days ago, in response to my post quoting several translations of Deuteronomy 6:4, which I posted in response to theQuestiion's use of a single unclear translation. You commented on my theology, and challenged me to "explain away John 1". You assumed that I was agreeing with theQuestiion. I most certainly was not. He has been banned, as I figured he would be.

In Christianity there is a wide variety of concepts creating the distinctives of each denomination. However the core beliefs as stated in the Apostles Creed are non negotiable.
Amen. On that we agree. :)

Did you ever think to ask the LORD to watch over theQuestion in his zeal to find Him? Just asking....

I hope theQuestion will stay focused on that which pleases the LORD and seeing that he is banned, and maybe he will consider the passage. "And further, by these, my son, be admonished:.... and much study is a weariness of the flesh." Eccl 12:12

Why was Jesus well-schooled
Yes. He grew up in the temple. As his father was a carpenter, he learned a skill. Many a person without even a donkey is mentioned in the bible so to imagine Jesus to be 'poor' would be incorrect. He was schooled because he wrote in the sand. At that time though, he had only returned from the desert that almost killed him. Given the parables he told, anyone tells stories of what they have personally experienced better than making up fiction. Most disassemble the bible. Disassembled, it's like the stars in the night sky.
It's a teaching aid from 12 years old at a time kids played to that age. A course of study how to live a good long life. It starts with separation. Light from Dark, knowing from unknowing. When a baby is born it is unknowing and awareness of light and dark becomes known. Rebirth. How many claim it, how few really experience it. It's the toughest calling. But Psalm1 defines it.

Psalm 1King James Version (KJV)

1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

It is obvious to the casual observer that you and I agree on most things then. However I am Calvinist and if you are Armenian we have much to disagree about. Even so adhering to the Apostles Creed is of Supreme importance. We can agree to disagree about peripheral issues. Although I never make misnakes!!!

Its hard to type that last word using the SwiftKey keyboard on my tablet!! LOL
