Yes, the woman at the well was the very first person Jesus told that He was the Messiah.

As to Mary? She fulfills the requirements the apostles set for being an apostle:

denotes the authorization of an individual to fulfill a particular function,
with emphasis on the One Who sends, not on the one who is sent; refers
to those appointed by Christ for a special function in the church.

In Romans 16:7 Paul identifies a woman (Junia) as an apostle.
Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellow prisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.
This does not say Junia is a apostle but is of 'note among the apostles' = She is well known among the apostles.
We often use this saying 'take note of this' or 'make note of that person' or 'we noted that Junia is full of faith'

NAS - Junia, my kinsfolk and my fellow prisoners, who are outstanding in the view of the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.

The LORD chose 12 men to be apostles and we know that Judas was replaced by Paul.

Satan knew exactly who to target in the Garden, and unfortunately he succeeded.
Satan has never changed his tactics and the women's liberation of the 60's was his delight.

Only in Christ can a man and a woman find True Liberty and Freedom.

This Battle is beyond our ability and control and there is no room for error in His Body/His Church - satan will pounce.

But I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. By her teaching she misleads My servants to be sexually immoral and to eat food sacrificed to idols. Revelation 2:20

Now there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2 Peter 2:1

You are all over the place in your responses. Really.

And why speak as if men are never deceived?

Mary Magdalene an apostle? Which legends have you latched on to?

Mary Magdalene is frequently praised by people. But what most people do not realize is that she displayed more unbelief than any of the other women who were disciples of Christ. So let's review what happened:

1. When Mary and the other women came to the tomb of Christ very early in the morning on the first day of the week to embalm Him, that was already unbelief. Jesus had told His disciples many times that He would rise again. He even told His enemies that if they were to destroy "this temple" (kill Him) He would raise it up after three days. All the disciples should have expected the resurrection of Christ, yet not one actual said "Jesus is risen from the dead!"

2. When the women got to the tomb they found the stone cover rolled away and an angel sitting there. Then another angel showed up, The angels told the women to check out the tomb and see that it was empty. Then go and tell all the others that Christ had risen. Every women left except Mary Magdalene, who hung around wondering where people had taken Christ out of the tomb. This was unbelief.

3. Jesus met all the other women, who rejoiced to see Him. He told them to go and announce His resurrection to the apostles (which they did). But Mary was missing.

4. Mary remained at the tomb weeping, after which the two angels (who had already told her what had happened) asked her why she was weeping. She was actually questioning the veracity of the angels by asking them where the body of Christ had disappeared. This was more unbelief.

5. After that Christ returned to the tomb and found Mary hanging around. He did not fully reveal Himself initially so she assumed He was the gardener (since the tomb was in a garden). So she asked the "gardener" where people had taken the body of Christ. This was even more unbelief.

6. After Jesus made Himself known to her she wanted to grab hold of Him. That could have been another display of unbelief, to make sure this was not an apparition. But He would not allow it. However, finally Mary went and told the disciples that she had met Christ.

And all that you posted here comes from the Holy Spirit to us and within us - not from our own selves.

Without the Holy Spirit - no one keeps the commandments of God - no one.

And that is why the LORD used the Oil in the Parable and then said to the five foolish - "I DON"T KNOW YOU"

There are THREE that can never be separated = the FATHER the SON the HOLY SPIRIT

Read Pray Study the Gospel of John, Acts, 1 Corinthians, 1 John

I read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, because in the scriptures it written This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success". (Joshua 1:8) "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Looks like you go to great lengths to avoid any recognition of the work of the Holy Spirit.

Are you cessationist?
By all means enlighten me about the Holy Spirit with scriptures and Verses.

Its hard to beat a mighty woman of God.
I first saw Jesus in a woman.
I saw her walking towards me and something in me said " i dont know what she has , but i want it".

A speaker came to our church and asked for a show of hands for every one that got saved through a woman.
90 % raised their hand.

Hi!

No not one.....
Just gave the qualifications for an apostle.

And if you go with the biblical qualifications for the rest of those positions, most fail.

God Bless
Nobody is now sent?

How did you arrive at that?

i see a woman praying for someone - that is wonderful - no apostle and since it is a woman it would be sin to call her an apostle -
Casting out demons does not qualify anyone as a Apostle - but it is the Power of the Holy Spirit with that person, male or female.
Never confuse the working of HE, the Holy Spirit, within you to be anyone other then HE.
Never confuse that when we (men & women) are resurrected - we are resurrected as Sons of God

ALWAYS rejoice that the outpouring of the Holy Spirit is upon "all flesh - sons and daughters"

God clearly signified and permanently established for all periods of time since Genesis that a man is head of the woman and there shall not be cross dressing or cross references that confuse the clear distinction between a man and a woman.

Prophet (man) - Prophetess (woman)
Shepherd (man) - Shepherdess (woman)
Apostle - man only - no woman chosen to sit in this office - God never opened this position to a woman according to His Will.

The five fold ministry of Apostles Prophets Evangelists Pastors and Teachers - never left the Church - His Body.

We stand upon them and with them in the Temple of God.

The 12 chosen Apostles by Christ along with the Prophets who spoke in time past are the foundation of His Church with Christ as the Chief Cornerstone.
Upon Christ, and Christ alone, are the five fold ministry of the 12 Apostles, the Prophets before them and those whom God has called since them.
The Scripture is the Authority over all of mankind and will never change or adapt to the doctrines of demons that would place a woman above a man.

Are there women called to ministry and even in leadership positions - absolutely.
But they are always to be submissive to the Will of God concerning the man/woman Order of His WORD.

Remember this - Deborah was a Prophetess and called to leadership because no man was willing.
Miriam was a Prophetess under Moses a man. Miriam was the elder, Moses the younger. Miriam was a woman, Moses a man.
Pheobe was a Holy Spirit anointed woman along with many other women as well - in Christ and under the leadership of man.

I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea: 2That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

3Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: 4Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. 5Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ. 6Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us. 7Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me. 8Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord. 9Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved. 10Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' household. 11Salute Herodion my kinsman. Greet them that be of the household of Narcissus, which are in the Lord. 12Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, which laboured much in the Lord. 13Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine. 14Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren which are with them. 15Salute Philologus, and Julia, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them. 16Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you.

People dont know ot was joan that was a huge part of the miracles there.

God is not the author of confusion.

Are you able to SEE the Holy Spirit in this Scripture???

There is no keeping of the commandments and the law without the Holy Spirit.

Well...it's starts out from you first. Then Peter said unto them, "repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." (Acts 2:38).

Two things have to be done first, repent and then baptized. You must give up a lifestyle where sin has dominion, (ruler ship) over you. Sin according to 1 John 3:4, Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression (breaking) of the law. You must be taught "The Word", before you can adhere to God's commandments (judgments\statues). These laws are found in the Holy Bible; beginning with Genesis and ending with Revelation.

I've done these things, so yes I can see.

God is not the author of confusion.
Jesus Christ told Mary not to touch Him because He had not yet ascended to the Father…

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ”
John 20:17 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=John 20:17&version=NKJV

Jesus telling Mary to not touch Him has absolutely NOTHING to do with anyone being or not being an Apostle.

A word search on “Holy Spirit” or “Holy Ghost” in the Bible is good.

Then, ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding as you read all the scriptures that mention “Holy Spirit” or “Holy Ghost.”

I like John 20:21-22:

So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.
John 20:21-22 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=John 20:21-22&version=NKJV

and Acts 2:1-4:

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 2:1-4 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Acts 2:1-4&version=NKJV

May the Lord seal, baptize and fill you with the Holy Spirit, in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen! Enjoy!(y)
