The instructions for the man and woman apply to marriage, NOT the Body of Christ.

In the Body of Christ there is neither male or female. All are equal IN CHRIST.

The function of a woman in a marriage is to submit to her husband only regarding the marriage. As a believer IN Christ, the woman's function is to submit to Christ, NOT man. A man can be an Evangelist and a Husband. Likewise, a woman can be an Evangelist and a Wife.

The five fold ministry of Apostle, Evangelist, Prophet, Pastor and Teacher is OPEN to ALL Believers IN CHRIST, as God chooses. ALL Believers are to minister to the Body of Christ according to their calling that is God given. Our calling is NOT based on if we are male or female; however, our role in marriage is based on if we are male or female.

It is not good to confuse our roles in marriage with our roles in the Body of Christ.
You are a woman and cannot escape that but through physical death.

It is antichrist to confuse your role, as a woman, in the Body of Christ - just as we see this rebellion acting out today.

You keep making the mistake of quoting selective scripture from the Apostle Paul.

The SAME Apostle who says:
Likewise, I want the women to adorn themselves with respectable apparel, with modesty, and with self-control, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, as is proper for women who profess to worship God.

A woman must learn in quietness and full submissiveness.
I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man, she is to remain quiet.
For Adam was formed first, and then Eve.
And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman who was deceived and fell into transgression.
Women, however, will be saved through childbearing, if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control.

Apostle means one sent. The definition of apostle (from the Greek apostolos)
is "one who is sent" or "one commissioned." The term appears more than 80 times
in the New Testament. In Hebrews 3:1, the word was applied to Jesus Christ, Who
was sent by God. Jesus sent Mary Magdalene as the first to testify of His resurrection.
The definition of an Apostle of Christ, from Scripture, is that the Lord Himself chose, appointed, appeared to and gave authority to.

There are no apostles today that are under this Scriptural mandate.

We are told to follow the teachings of Christ and the Apostles whom He Personally appointed - not any ones after them.

"that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior," 2 Peter 3:2

"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. "

(Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also [first descended into the lower parts of the earth? 10He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)

11And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the [e]edifying of the body of Christ, 13till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone .

We are all sent into the world to preach the Good News of the Gospel of Christ - this does not make us apostles as the True 12 Apostles.

No man or woman today carries any authority greater then that which the Lord established with the Twelve.

REFRESHER - The LORD never chose a woman to be an Apostle - but HE did pour out His Spirit on all flesh - HALELLUJAH

YES, AMEN - now when you submit to ALL that the LORD has spoken thru the Apostles you will be balanced and walking in Christ according to your calling.
But never will anyone be an apostle as the Twelve.

The LORD never chose a woman to be an Apostle - this should be your first "Heads UP" ALERT to Truth.

Nothing has changed since the Genesis of God's will for man - the man is not of the woman but the woman came from man.

And watch what the Father does - HE blesses the woman to bring forth man from her womb - BEAUTIFUL or do you devalue this?

Good Day!
Here is an Apostle of Jesus Christ releasing a Believer from demonic oppression...
Not an Apostle by biblical standards.

My understanding:
Qualification of an Apostle...
SEEN THE CHRIST
1Cor 9:1 Am I not free? Am I not an apostle? Have I not seen Jesus our Lord? Are you not my work in the Lord?

FELLOWSHIP WITH THE CHRIST
Acts 1:21 Thus one of the men who have accompanied us during all the time the Lord Jesus associated with us,
Acts 1:22 beginning from his baptism by John until the day he was taken up from us – one of these must become a witness of his resurrection together with us.
Acts 1:23 So they proposed two candidates: Joseph called Barsabbas (also called Justus) and Matthias.

CHOSEN BY GOD
Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

God Bless!

i see a woman praying for someone - that is wonderful - no apostle and since it is a woman it would be sin to call her an apostle -
Casting out demons does not qualify anyone as a Apostle - but it is the Power of the Holy Spirit with that person, male or female.
Never confuse the working of HE, the Holy Spirit, within you to be anyone other then HE.
Never confuse that when we (men & women) are resurrected - we are resurrected as Sons of God

ALWAYS rejoice that the outpouring of the Holy Spirit is upon "all flesh - sons and daughters"

God clearly signified and permanently established for all periods of time since Genesis that a man is head of the woman and there shall not be cross dressing or cross references that confuse the clear distinction between a man and a woman.

Prophet (man) - Prophetess (woman)
Shepherd (man) - Shepherdess (woman)
Apostle - man only - no woman chosen to sit in this office - God never opened this position to a woman according to His Will.

The five fold ministry of Apostles Prophets Evangelists Pastors and Teachers - never left the Church - His Body.

We stand upon them and with them in the Temple of God.

The 12 chosen Apostles by Christ along with the Prophets who spoke in time past are the foundation of His Church with Christ as the Chief Cornerstone.
Upon Christ, and Christ alone, are the five fold ministry of the 12 Apostles, the Prophets before them and those whom God has called since them.
The Scripture is the Authority over all of mankind and will never change or adapt to the doctrines of demons that would place a woman above a man.

Are there women called to ministry and even in leadership positions - absolutely.
But they are always to be submissive to the Will of God concerning the man/woman Order of His WORD.

Remember this - Deborah was a Prophetess and called to leadership because no man was willing.
Miriam was a Prophetess under Moses a man. Miriam was the elder, Moses the younger. Miriam was a woman, Moses a man.
Pheobe was a Holy Spirit anointed woman along with many other women as well - in Christ and under the leadership of man.

I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea: 2That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

3Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: 4Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. 5Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ. 6Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us. 7Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me. 8Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord. 9Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved. 10Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' household. 11Salute Herodion my kinsman. Greet them that be of the household of Narcissus, which are in the Lord. 12Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, which laboured much in the Lord. 13Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine. 14Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren which are with them. 15Salute Philologus, and Julia, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them. 16Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you.

God has everything under control and knows what we have need of before we ask Him.

It is Christ who is the Eternal Apostle and High Priest over His Church.

Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, 2who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was faithful in all His house. 3For this One has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He who built the house has more honor than the house. 4For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God. 5And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, 6but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.

The Apostle is NOT praying for the Believer....the Apostle is commanding the demon to GO, GET OUT OF HIM NOW!....That doesn't sound like a prayer to me.....that sounds like an anointed Apostle ministering to the Body of Christ....casting out demonic oppression on a fellow Believer by the power of the anointing of the Holy Spirit and in the authority of the Name of Jesus Christ. After the demon(s) leave the Believer, the Apostle prays for the Believer, then the Believer begins to speak in tongues and later gives his testimony....

Notice, ALL give glory to Jesus Christ! The Lord is pleased...His Body has been edified! Hallelujah!

Just gave the qualifications for an apostle.

And if you go with the biblical qualifications for the rest of those positions, most fail.

One of my favorite passages of Scripture is in the Gospel of John where Jesus is at Jacobs Well.

When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, “Give Me a drink.” (His disciples had gone into the town to buy food.)

“You are a Jew,” said the woman. “How can You ask for a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?” (For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.)

Jesus answered, “If you knew the gift of God and who is asking you for a drink, you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

“Sir,” the woman replied, “You have nothing to draw with and the well is deep. Where then will You get this living water? Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us this well and drank from it himself, as did his sons and his livestock?”

Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again. 14But whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a fount of water springing up to eternal life.”

The woman said to Him, “Sir, give me this water so that I will not get thirsty and have to keep coming here to draw water.”

Jesus told her, “Go, call your husband and come back.”

“I have no husband,” the woman replied.

Jesus said to her, “You are correct to say that you have no husband. In fact, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband. You have spoken truthfully.”

“Sir,” the woman said, “I see that You are a prophet. Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews say that the place where one must worship is in Jerusalem.”

“Believe Me, woman,” Jesus replied, “a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. But a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father is seeking such as these to worship Him. God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”

The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When He comes, He will explain everything to us.”

Jesus answered, “I who speak to you am He.”

Is this not BEAUTIFUL..............

Yes, the woman at the well was the very first person Jesus told that He was the Messiah.

As to Mary? She fulfills the requirements the apostles set for being an apostle:

denotes the authorization of an individual to fulfill a particular function,
with emphasis on the One Who sends, not on the one who is sent; refers
to those appointed by Christ for a special function in the church.

In Romans 16:7 Paul identifies a woman (Junia) as an apostle.
