Oh,so then in Acts 2:16 Peter is the one who is confused?
No - he quotes Joel 2:28:

It will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.

"after this is not specific" - Peter inspired by the holy spirit informed his hearers that it was being fulfilled in his day.

So we are still back to John's "soon" in revelation..

but stop and think this is about 5-6 hundred years after Joel said what he did about the day being at hand and then Peter points it out,,cant you see that a prophet can say the day is at hand and it take place hundreds of years later and him not be a false prophet? How many years after Moses said that one would come until Jesus, thousands of years?

No.

Joel never said the prophecy in 2:28 "it will come about after this that I will pour out My Spirit..etc. " was at hand, where are you getting that assumption from?

I understand that as a continuation from Joel 1:15, I don't see any reason to add those prophecies to 2:28 "it will come about after this" - no mention that what followed was at hand.

But the biblical term "at hand" or "day of the lord" is used By Joel 500 plus years before the timing of Acts 2 and did not apply to the contemporaries of Joel's day right?

Post the text...it says nothing about 2:28 being at hand, neither did Moses claim that Jesus' appearing was at hand:

Deut 18:15 “The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen, you shall listen to him.

No time statements from Moses here

sure there is it is future tense and so prophets can in fact give prophecy a great length of time before hand and still not be false prophets.

Yes, yer right it is a future tense, but not specific - what would be the point of a prophet saying something is "at hand" when it's hundreds of years in the future - that makes no sense to anybody, but apparently it makes sense to dispen-sensationalists..

lol,In Joel 1:1-2 he said to the old men that they should say to(and numbers 3 generations) did this take place 3 generations later or more than that?

Let's reword John according to your philosophy:

Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond-servants, the things which will eventually take place; and He sent and communicated it by His angel to His bond-servant John.
.
.
.
Rev 22:16
And he said to me, “These words are faithful and true”; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show to His bond-servants the things which will eventually take place.

Why didn't he word it this way if this it what he wanted his readers to understand?

lol, and see you should have left it as it was and simply noticed that the same type language is used even in Joel i.e. "nigh at hand" "at hand" that's what it says.

The rapture is the end of the world. As for the Jew his future where he has one is as a part of the true church.
No, it says we will reign as Priests in the Millennial TEMPLE.

No, it is not the end of the World, just the End of your strange Theology.
