The Ten Commandments have been with God from Creation and will be with us on the New Earth "... and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship me, saith the Lord." (Isaiah 66:23) Moses did not write the ten Commandments; they were given to him by God. The Ten Commandments are not part of the Law of Moses or any part of the old Mosaic Law. "Do not think that I come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them" (Matt 5:17) The Sabbath is mentioned 60 times in the NT alone and all have to do with the 7th day Sabbath but on which refences an annual Sabbath. God made the Sabbath for all mankind (Mark 2:27). Jesus kept it (Luke 4:16), Paul kept it (Acts 17:2), and Gentiles kept it (Acts 13:42-44; 16:13) Several of the Ten Commandments are mentioned throughout the New Testament. God only set one day apart from the rest and blessed it, sanctified it and blessed it and that would be the 7th day of the week not the first.

Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Jesus and the saints will rule over the heathen that God spared at the battle of Armageddon, and they have to go up year after year to worship the LORD, and keep the feast of tabernacles, and keep the physical sabbath to be right with God.
They will be in the flesh, and cannot have salvation for they took the mark of the beast, so they have to keep the physical ordinances to be right with God.
They still have punishment coming but it is postponed until the millennial reign is over.
The saints have a glorified body, and are led of the Spirit so they cannot do wrong being as sinless as Jesus so they are not under the law for they are not breaking the law, and they do not have to keep the physical sabbath, or any physical ordinances for they are spiritual.

Rev 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
It is a spiritual sabbath, and the physical sabbath was only given for the Old Testament physical covenant with physical blessings.
Jesus took the physical ordinances of Israel out of the way for they were contrary to us which they had no bearing on spiritual salvation.
So let no person judge you concerning the physical ordinances including the sabbath days.
Jesus went away to prepare a place for the saints which is away from this earth, so this earth is not going to be renovated but it will be a new earth where sin has never been, and sin will never be.
The saints and angels will remember nothing prior to the New Jerusalem, and will feel they have always been there, and nowhere else.
The earth has been tainted with sin, and the heaven has been tainted with sin by the fallen angels, so they will be destroyed by fire which all sin is purged with fire.
Which the saints receive the Holy Ghost and with fire.
The Old Testament was to celebrate this earth, but Jesus went away to prepare a place so the saints celebrate that new earth.
Which when a person has the Spirit the kingdom of God is within them, and they are strangers on earth seeking a better home, so they belong to that new earth which is a spiritual sabbath of rest.
