This was Jesus speaking to the Pharisees about their traditions. Not sure what your looking for here.?
The principle still applies.
As soon as man-made traditions and ideas enter into the churches, the Word of God is voided. We have two groups of "traditionalist" churches within Christendom today -- the Orthodox Churches and the Roman Catholic Churches. Both groups elevate "Holy Tradition" to the level of Scripture, and in practice ABOVE Scripture.
But then we also have the Protestant, Evangelical, and Fundamentalist churches which have allowed man-made doctrines to trump the Word of God. You could point to Scripture all day, but that would not make a whit of difference. We could take umpteen examples to illustrate this fact, but Christians should know Scripture thoroughly before they can assess the traditions of men in the churches today.
Let's take the tradition of baptizing infants. This is a very widespread tradition throughout Christendom today, even though the New Testament makes it crystal clear that Christian baptism was only for those who were actually converted. So first the error of baptismal regeneration was introduced, and then the practice of infant baptism followed.
