Where does morality come from?
Morality comes from a belief in, and accountability to, a higher Being.

Without that, we have the moral chaos we are now living in, where every man does what is right in his own eyes.

“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

morality is an extension of Gods nature into and over his creation.

If there was no God, no example from the Bible, no code of Ethics, no documentation with words to magnify how people should co-exist and get along, Morality would come from the awareness [if we desire to be treated a certain way, that we should treat others that same way first].

I believe this is quite possible if one who is given to act in said manner were gifted with an instinct for the fasith of Abraham.

It’s nice to hear everyone’s opinions but how do any of you know that anything you have said is true? What method do you use?

That would require an explanation of the proof of the existence of God.

How do you know that?
The Bible tells us so. Did someone tell you that morality and truth are relative? You need to learn to discern and distinguish the lies of the adversary from the true sayings of your Maker. I shall pray that you see the light of the noon-day sun before you are eternally lost. Don't goof around. You can fool little children into thinking they are just monkeys swinging from vines, but I pity you poor hell bound soul if you should decide to take this path.

Romans
1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed [it] unto them.
1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Luke
17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe [unto him], through whom they come!
17:2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Even though I know it's only because of God that Morals exist, my example is based upon those people who choose to deny God because they feel they're good enough on their own account. And what about that idealism that irks me the most, is that many of them do treat complete strangers better than us believers of God do. When I see an atheist being a better human to humanity (God's Creation) than someone professing to be saved by Christ, I really wished I could knock that Christian in the head with a baseball bat for setting such a poor example that sinners think and know they're better morally.

i would encourage you to do your homework on that. While I could give you several arguments, you either already believe, in which case you don't need them, or you don't yet believe, and need to do your own homework to become convinced. There are plenty of YouTube videos, books, articles, and other resources available. :)

Your Profile Page:

Spiritual Status unsure

(mayhaps you are sincere with your inquiries here, and mayhaps not........we've had folks come here with both agendas......I strongly suggest if you are sincere that you engage in conversation/discussion a whole lot more than just posting "continuing questions" without ANY views of your own)

Morality and ethics are mental notes of should and shouldn't

If you live by the Spirit, always in union, it doesn't come up

Jesus is the Tree of Life... the antidote to the garden

You transcend opposites again, instead of dividing into right and wrong

There is just love and fear... how to overcome the fear with love?

What is the division here?
