And yet you seem pretty hateful of those of us who prefer the KJV above all the others.

Evidenced by calling us a "cult".
She is not saying this Bro, she is against the KJV only cult that thinks it is Gods inspired word and the others are from Satan

Yes. I've heard that kind of talk as well as the others are man made, uninspired and or opinion slanted paraphrase's. It seems funny to me that most Calvinists seem to prefer the KJV. They forget that he had them deported and left to starve at Jamestown Mass.

Almost every translation has something different to offer, every single one is a translation, not the original. No translation of the original can be perfect.

It seems to me that even the beautiful, wonderful KJV is leading people astray if they believe it is perfect. It reflects the antisemitism that was prevalent in the 1600's.

...and the others are from Satan...
Well stop and think upon this statement for a minute.

1. Is one of Satan's goals to sow division among Christians? ABSOLUTELY.
2. Is another of Satan's goals to sow spiritual confusion? ABSOLUTELY.
3. Is another of Satan's goals to cast doubt on the words of God? ABSOLUTELY.
4. Is another of Satan's goals to attack the doctrine of the divine preservation of the Word of God? ABSOLUTELY.
5. Is another of Satan's goals to attack the doctrine of Christ? ABSOLUTELY.

So when you add this all up and apply it to modern bible versions, you suddenly realize that the whole point of these versions is to achieve the goals of Satan (with great subtlety of course).

Au contraire, you and others like you by taking the KJV only/"other versions are corrupted" actually seed confusion in the Christian community, therefore doing the work of the adversary.

Unfortunately you are so far down the KJV only rabbit hole that a team of ferrets couldn't flush you out of it.

Nehemiah6 is only trying to get people to realize that "it really is true" that Satan is doing his absolute best to abrogate the Word of God in any way he can.

He is not "sowing division, spiritual confusion, and doubt"; he is trying to do the exact opposite - by pointing out the division/confusion/doubt that Satan has already sown.

It is a fact. And, many have fallen for it - "hook, line, and sinker"... :(

Many have fallen for the KJV only "hook, line and sinker" and it appears by defending this "stance" you is one of them.

As we read scripture, any translation of scripture, we must ask ourselves what the Lord wants us to know through those words. We are not to ask of a translation, but of the original word of God. The KVJ is a translation.

Satan's greatest "triumph" in the realm of things having to do with the Word of God is --- the Alexandrian/Wescott-Hort manuscripts.

And, therefore, all of the bible translations that came from those manuscripts. They are all corrupt. Because, those manuscripts are corrupt.

Why is this so hard for people to understand?

Understanding the assertion is not the issue; accepting it as true, in the light of contrary evidence, is.

I am not against any "good-and-proper" translation that comes from good source manuscripts. I am against any-and-all others.

I am only 'KJV-only' in the sense that I firmly believe that there has not been a "good-and-proper" English translation of the Bible - from good source manuscripts - since the KJV.

There are a few that were before it.

Your cultic arguments have been proven false repeatedly, but your indoctrination brainwashing just won't permit you to leave it alone.
Thanks again for your opinions.

I know of no evidence to the contrary; on-the-contrary, the matter-of-proof that seems to be evident in all of my knowledge-and-experience with it - with regard to Truth - is that - nothing ever came out of Alexandria, Egypt that was worth anything. In the context of Truth, with regard to the topic of this thread - Alexandria, Egypt is the cornerstone of all-that-is-a-lie.

In the context of Truth, with regard to the topic of this thread - Alexandria, Egypt is the "seat of Satan" - from which all matter of lies spew forth...

I used to think that, but I now believe that only the Spirit of Understanding given from above can provide complete security in such matters.
The holy spirit uses the word, it does not pull truth out of thin air. It helps us judge the word.

If we believe that word comes from translations of what God told man, then we are not receiving the true word. We are to search every single translation for the truth of God. Often that means going back to the Hebrew, the start of the words God used to speak to us. Even the greek is a translation of that word, for the old testament is the foundation that the new testament fulfilled.
