Why as a believer I do not celebrate Christmas or Easter With the Rest of the World

SO what. thousands upon thousands of years of history of humans, with thousands of different cultures and religions, well guess what, you are bound to have some kind of pagan and occult ceremony happening on any day of the year.

The Romans had a week of celebrating in the festival known as Saturnalia, with gift giving and sacrifices, which took place 17- 23 December, are we celebrating this no. We are celebrating Christ's Birth. Nothing wrong with claiming back these days for glory of God and not satan. Had documentation to all these pagan festivals been destroyed and lost to history, then no one would be none the wiser, but as it is the enemies of Christianity want to return these days back to pre- Christian holidays in order to remove Christ from the period.

I celebrate a whole week! Not just one day! And that's because I Know when my birthday is. We don't know when Christ was born...but there is NOTHING wrong with celebrating the birth of Christ...nothing wrong with it.

Christmas was celebrated not much longer than 200 years in North America by "Christians". The Puritans outlawed this festival before that.

Wait. What? Satan was never born, first of all. He was created outside of birth. Also, near as we can tell his creation took place Before the existence of time. And for arguments sake, even if he was created During the existence of time, he was created in a place outside the existence of time. And still yet, we would not know what relative time from on earth that would have been. So, according to you then, Christ did not come in the flesh, nor did He live a sinless life upon earth to be the Lamb of God, nor was he crucified, descending into Hades, and having made atonement for the sin of the world was raised (out) from the dead, ascended into Heaven sitting down at the right hand of God fulfilling His high priestly ministry (after the Order of Melchizedek), waiting until His enemies are put under His feet and all according to the Scriptures!

Sorry Einstein, but Jeremiah 10.1-8 has nothing to do with sun worship or Christmas trees....and everything about idol making If you would care to study it out, the cutting down the tree and fastening with silver and Gold is about making an ashtaroth pole, or an Idol, not a Christmas Tree.

Its fine if you don't participate in Christmas, but don't use Jer 10.1-8 to stand on, because you are in error using it and so are many that use it to oppose Christmas.
