Why didn't the apostles follow Jesus instruction when baptizing?

As I said, I believe what God the Father says in His word. Jesus was the Father.
You can't be serious? Can you be your father, or your father be you?
God the Father is neither the Son (the Word) nor the Holy Spirit
God the Son is neither the Father nor the Holy Spirit
God the Holy Spirit is neither the Father nor the Son

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (1 John 5:7 KJV)

That's quite a number of identities you have going there. None of which are actually Biblical. In point of fact, they are contrary to scripture.

That verse has been at issue for awhile now. Here is the Complete Jewish Bible version of that same passage.
5 Everyone who believes that Yeshua is the Messiah has God as his father, and everyone who loves a father loves his offspring too. 2 Here is how we know that we love God’s children: when we love God, we also do what he commands. 3 For loving God means obeying his commands. Moreover, his commands are not burdensome, 4 because everything which has God as its Father overcomes the world. And this is what victoriously overcomes the world: our trust. 5 Who does overcome the world if not the person who believes that Yeshua is the Son of God?6 He is the one who came by means of water and blood, Yeshua the Messiah — not with water only, but with the water and the blood. And the Spirit bears witness, because the Spirit is the truth. 7 There are three witnesses — 8 the Spirit, the water and the blood — and these three are in agreement.

Better understood in the message it conveys if one reads verse 7 first and then verse 6.

Actually your bizarre understanding is contrary to Scripture. But of course, you will be simply doubling down on your errors.

Actually your bizarre understanding is contrary to Scripture.
Actually, you failed to produce scripture that supported your first contention. Therefore you cannot accuse me of error when you have not proven your point with sustaining scripture. And you did say in a different thread that you do that, provide scripture, with every issue you defend concerning your understanding of God's word.

But of course, you will be simply doubling down on your errors.
With all respect, in my experience I find belittling judgmental sarcasm as a personal attack is not in keeping with the atmosphere that should naturally attend a civil discourse about our Father's word.

The Saint Apostle Paul's letter to the church at Ephesus. The Book of Ephesians chapter 1 verse 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,

The Book of John chapter 4 verse 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

The Book of Ephesians chapter 4 and verse 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

The Book of John chapter 14 and verses 9 thru 11
Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works. Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me, or else believe on account of the works themselves."

If we baptize in the name of Jesus, Yeshua, it is the same as baptizing in thename of the Father, the Son and the holy spirit… Read Isaiah 9:6 for the explanation from our Father through Isaiah, and believe in the gift you have of faith.
Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Amen!
I think I referenced that passage in a prior post, at least as I recall. I may be wrong though. Great reference!
Here it is in the Complete Jewish Bible version being that our Father's names are more apparent in some versions.
The Book of Isaiah chapter 9
(6) For a child is born to us,
a son is given to us;
dominion will rest on his shoulders,
and he will be given the name
Pele-Yo‘etz El Gibbor
Avi-‘Ad Sar-Shalom
[Wonder of a Counselor, Mighty God,
Father of Eternity, Prince of Peace],
6 (7) in order to extend the dominion
and perpetuate the peace
of the throne and kingdom of David,
to secure it and sustain it
through justice and righteousness
henceforth and forever.
The zeal of Adonai-Tzva’ot
will accomplish this.
