I think you misunderstand my position. I believe that Yahweh is Supreme and His Son Yeshua is the Messiah. He is the risen Lord and Savior. We humans were created to serve a purpose here on earth, as was everything created. We stepped out of our purpose and caused a ripple effect in creation. This is an imbalance in nature, the curse. The Heavenly Father desires us to be restored to Him. If we surrender our wills to His purpose and accept Him as Lord in this life then at the resurrection we will be granted new bodies and an inheritance in Christ's Kingdom, where He will reign.
The part that seems to be missing in the Bible is that this appears to be a re-creation. From archeology we see that civilizations existed before this current one, even before the Garden account. From what I have gathered it may appear that Greek Mythology may not be entirely fabricated. When you take into account everything it almost paints a picture that gods or heavenly people coexisted with man, every so often the world suffers a catastrophic event that may devastate the entire face of the planet, and ultimately that event is described in Revelations. That will be the "end of the age." Then after that event in the turmoil, the Antichrist sets up his government.
Its not about special powers or secret knowledge, it's a frequency like a radio signal that God communicates with His Body (us) with. Guilt disrupts our ability to receive transmission. That's why we need forgiveness. The knowledge of good and evil, imparts guilt. That's why we need to forgive others. It's not new age, it's just recognizable technology. When we surrender our will, and pour out ourselves it comes in clear. God is not a token to me, He is my everything.
Many Christians will be surprised at the end of this age because it will be more like "Independance Day" meets "Clash of the Titans.
