is that so well part of the curse is death, sin, pain in child birth and the man rules over the woman so tell me if Jesus did reversed the curse by his shed blood on the cross.
your words tell me why do people still die? sin? and women still have pain in child birth ? he came for the remission of sins and so we mite be forgiven.

The pain of childbirth has largely been mitigated. Most men no longer work by the sweat of their brows, but are in air-conditioned buildings. Additionally, recall the verse "O Death, where is thy sting." Jesus conquered death on the cross. "To be absent in the flesh is to be present with God."

Either the work of Christ was effectual or not. To imply that the Passion of Christ is insufficient for breaking the curses of the Fall pretty much undermines the foundational idea of Christianity.

and he conquerd death we did not if Adam and Eave did not sin we would not die at all becase they would have eaten from the good tree and by the sweat of his brow means he has to work for his food siting in an office doing paper work is still working so Jesus came back to life he conquerd the grave not us.

Because women have drugs and other modern medical interventions that mitigate the pain of childbirth for women. Being Catholic has nothing to do with understanding that modern childbirth is altogether safer and better for women and children than it has been in the past.

if God wanted us to take meds that can really mess you up and sometimes kill people they would be growing on trees in the garden

WolfGaming, there are lots of things that dont grow on trees that people consume for their health - the idea that people shouldn't take medicine isn't biblical. Medicines can kill some people in various circumstances - but everyone eventually dies of something right? Just some food for thought brother.

I've gotten the gasp and eye roll from pretty much every person I have this conversation with (Christian or not) when I say I am a submissive wife to my Master (husband). The truth is I have always had a submissive type of personality and spirit. I do my best everyday to submit to God and my Husband.
This means, I wake up and do my daily devotional and pray, I then kiss Master awake and make food while He chooses our clothes for the day. I sometimes will draw Him a shower then clean the house. It is these things, but mostly it is about listening to Him if He tells me no for something I trust that He has my best interest in mind. This is a rare occurrence though. Being a submissive wife to me is also not arguing withMaster if iI don't like something. There are times where He will for instance leave clothes about the house instead of putting them in the basket, instead of arguing I simply ask "I know you work a lot to give me and us a good life and home and you're tired at night but next time can you please put your clothes in the basket?" And He apologizes and picks up His own mess.

It is about trust, love and honesty. I don't understand why some people think that women being this way is somehow wrong.
and you must enjoy the gasp and eyeroll or you wouldn't come here looking for more

here is your gasp:

Hold up, i have never been mean to anyone here. In her op she said was it so different and went on with her lifestyle publically. I might be wrong but i think in a public forum she's looking for validation and common ground. I might be wrong sgain but she is in a christian chat so with that, i was very nice in suggesting her research the biblical role of a wife. I respectfully disagree if she thinks her lifestyle is biblical, but im not gonna agree just because.

This thread is indicative of why some Christians adhere to non-biblical teachings in marriage and why they're 'allowed' to continue in their ways. Seriously, this is dangerously close to that Gothard bull. It's just not biblical!

I admit, using the term "master" seems a little strange to me...but if this is a real person? I kinda admire her heart and intention.

My bad, just friends or family that think like her. Lol
You admire her committed heart to her husband, but what about biblically to her God. As i posted before, the marriage commitment is to the Lord first, cause if not things will change.
What happens when her needs begin to not be met. Then what? It comes down to doing something because you're happy, or doing it because it's right
