Definitively coconut water. At least whatever that brand was that we bought at Costco because it was cheaper. Lemons I can eat, but I can't help having an extremely distorted face when sipping the stuff. I once heard a Hispanic woman say that when she moved to Canada, the first time she ate a pickle she rebuked it. That's sort of how I feel about coconut water.
Be careful with coconut water. For some (like me), it will go straight through you.

I've eaten seasoned roasted crickets and thought they were quite tasty. It's was better than having popcorn while watching a movie! Well, to me it was...
I ate roasted salted Santandereano ants when I was in Colombia S.A. I loved them, but then I was starving for lack of food back then, so I don't know if I would "love" them now or not.

Black Jellybeans look like they are meant for the lake of fire.
Given that black licorice (bean family) is considered to be helpful in treating gastric ulcers, polycystic ovary syndrome and sore throats among other maladies but too much can lead to hypertension and low potassium levels that can lead to dangerous heart arrhythmias, fluid retention, and congestive heart failure (Kate Kershner "Another Strike Against the Black Jelly Bean" 27 April 2017. On the other hand, Myrrhis odorata, commonly known as Sweet Cicely, Garden Myrrh, or Chervil (celery family) has a more softened licorice flavor and tastes great stir fried with some steak and a bit of Thai flair.
Anything licorice is the BEST. I love that I get what everyone else wants to toss away.

I forgotten the recipe now but when i was younger i used to make waffles with cucumbers and zucchini and half the amount of flour. You couldn't even taste them and its more healthy for you. Now that i think about it i haven't tried cucumber in Korean pancakes either.
I love working with zucchini! From savory to sweets. I use zucchini to make casserole, quiches, bread...and then sweets: whoopie pies, crumb cake, brownies, cookies.

Good coffee isn't bitter, though all coffee is acidic. Also, there are a lot of beers that are not bitter. Look for a low IBU number. For example, Boulder Beer "Shake" tastes a lot like a chocolate milkshake.
I've sampled different types of coffee and coffee flavored items. Every one of them have been horrible. I'm not keen on spending time or money to maybe find one I like.
As well I can't drink hot drinks. They make me nauseated anyways. Also I'm currently off caffeine and have no interest in going back to it. As well as caffeine does not affect me, I've always been able to wake up and not need anything.
And as I mentioned I'm not an alcohol drinker. Never really have been, beyond a little taste testing. I hated the taste of alcohol in general. Also I found quickly alcohol makes my depression spiral wildly out of control and leaves me curled up on the floor in tears from being so depressed. And that's not even being drunk, I've never been drunk in my life.
Adding to that I'm currently dealing with various health problems and on multiple medications.

I understand your intent and appreciate it, but neither drink is for me.

Whoa...just unsaddle your horses for a gosh darn minute. Who doesn't like a nice pinch of fresh coconut? If manna isn't actually pizza, I'm pretty sure it's coconut.

The Bible doesn't give the rest of the story, so this is just my opinion. When a preacher is starving to the point that he must subsist on bugs to survive, that says more about his congregation than it does him.
Whenever I get to that part of the book, I ask, Why didn't you people bring him some good food, at least a sandwich for crying out loud???
He read, studied (hard work) and preached the Bible the good news of Jesus Christ. He baptized and warned against those who were bringing evil and judgement upon them. He did the work of God to provide their spiritual needs, yet they would not meet his physical needs. God's people do this. I've been guilty of not preaching on this because there are the TV preachers who beg for $ and make tens of millions preaching lies. We go to the opposite extreme and don't ask for needs to be met and most Christians usually neglect to give as they should. 10% Is less than gt demands and most give less than 1% to God's servants . Hence, John the Baptist ends up foraging for food while laboring to meet the greater needs of others, neglecting self for their sakes.

Nobody brought Jesus and his men any food that we know of amongst thousands of families, but Jesus provided for them when they had no other way.

Anyhow, I do agree with you about John eating locusts. As an example that is the truth. I just don't think it's a doctrine or direction that God recommended by the mention of that. The commands were to eat the Passover lamb, partake of the sacrifices once they had been offered, eat clean animals, bread, herbs, fruit. But he had to survive on something.

Again, it's a book in progress 😉.

Sorry to hear that. I'm curious, what form of 🥥 were you eating? Was it in a chocolate cake, bag, raw from the shell?

They are spotted, but it's soft...for example, not like some robin eggs that have prominent spots. Of course, it always variates with all eggs.

Guinea eggs are a bit richer than chicken eggs, but not as noticeably rich/flavorful as duck eggs.

And a side note for anyone else reading this, I am referring only to eggs that come from right out in the yard or from the chicken house. These eggs will always taste richer than any eggs purchased at the store.

Another thing about guineas, they can be noisy. They make good watch birds. Someone approaches the yard, they all start making noises.
Them guinea eggs are also tiny and have very thick shells. I call them ammunition eggs, because I can see them being used for bullets.

And about liking all things savory, have you ever tried bristling anchovies? What is your thought on them?

What about anchovy paste? I hear even people who like the occasional anchovy think anchovy paste is disgusting.
