I read that we don't have anything equivalent to Vegemite here. Someone commented that they tried Vegemite one time and almost died. Well, I've been needing some adventure in my life!
Have it on toast, with plenty of butter. Layer of vegemite should be as thin as you can spread it - you can thicken to taste later (if you reach the point of becoming accustomed to it). Have it when you're feeling like something savoury - if you're craving sweetness, it will disappoint.

Im frankly worried. My work forced me to take the covid shot. Ive mostly become vegan again but im still worried. The shot causes coagulation in the arteries we dont need no more cholesterol.
You should read up on what can be done to counteract it's effects, as the effects are real and deadly, but people are claiming there are antidotes.

In your circumstance, I would probably consider a round of ivermectin or other anti-parasitic drug/s (e.g. fendbendazole), as there are plenty of accounts of some sort of parasites within the vaxx (these are the things clogging up everyone's arteries leading to strokes, heart-attacks etc.), and afterall, ivermectin must've been banned for a reason. Ivermectin is also supposed to be very good for cancer, and turbo-cancer is another side-effect of the covid-19 vaxx.

Obviously, speak to someone who can advise on your specific situation before trying anything, as there are risks (although these are likely much less risky than the covid-vaxx itself was, and these treatments are voluntary whereas the covid-vaxx for many was essentially mandatory). Even good drugs can be bad if used with ignorance or if you have other conditions, and the dose rates need to be correct to counteract the effects of the vaxx (i.e. too much can harm or kill you, but too little won't provide the antidote effect desired).
