It's a result of some really bad attitudes.

What Ham did to Noah was obvious...so when Noah sobered up he cursed Canaan. But God is always good. So was Noah!

Noah's curse wasn't a curse...it was a proclamation of the truth. Ham was going to curse his favorite son. It was his attitudes that was going to do it...no one else.

Same thing here with transgender. It lousy parenting causing the gender dysphoria. Parents aren't exactly giving children the clear idea about where to go for an identity check. (God) These children know the words their parents say but they watch their actions more and react based on them.

And so the whole world gets the primary influence in their lives instead of their heavenly father. The whole world will tell you that you are homosexual or transgender and it's preferable to be that. God and most parents have a very different message.

I am who I am...God made me. My interests are widely varied...I'm just a guy. No more and no less. I'm not "special" in that...which is what these teenagers and young people want desperately in their lives...but they get treated more like one half step up from property than people by their parents. And this is the result.

The person seeks to control those around them and to force them to accept their view of reality. Perhaps that are weak willed or unable to cope, but when they totally change reality they force those who love them to acknowledge them on their own terms.

And don't compare your community's verbiage to that of blacks.
When the higher ups in the music industry persuaded the first hip hop artists to substitute a vowel for the consonant in the slur, they weren't doing so to empower the people who conceded to the change, and ran with it.

They were leading people hungry for the money and fame to accept a lie. And by doing so, proceeded to spread a word in the adoption of it into their culture that would have them openly calling each other the same 'ol N word. It all hinged also on a wager among the financier's of those early artists. And they weren't then black financier's either.
Make no mistake, we know there are consonant worthy N words in our community as well. We know it, they know it.

Now, certain of us stupidly think we empowered ourselves by using the vowel version of the N word.

The thing is I agree that gender dysphoria is an illness and I don't support transgender ideology etc. I only entered the discussion to question the fruitfulness of using slurs. Surely we want to welcome these people, not alienate them?
