That's probably because you're so stressed out over this. Stress isn't good for anyone. Is there something you can do to vent all these feelings? Like going to the gym and doing the punching bag thing?

and give your all in prayer

Because we talked tonight she says she never meant to hurt me it just happened and one thing lead to another she was crying and I told her she rip my heart out and she knows she wants me to be happy OK no I want her I want to kill that guy she is my girl and I told her that and she told me not anymore she told me to sign tonight I did it with a lot of tears

Focus on your own salvation. If God comes now all your thoughts are on her not God.
I personally was in this same situation. My husband prayed and fasted for our marriage and two years after the incident I snapped out of it. If you give God your all. IN HIS TIME he will give your all back to you.
