spiritually the Bible promotes equality.......we are not to be unequally yoked after all.

I dont know how else OP is defining equality between men and women.

Someone who can lift 100 pounds cos they weigh so much will do things a lot faster than someone who can only lift 80 pounds. But God may pay them the same because the one who lifts 100 pounds was called to work earlier than the one who can only lift 80. See the parable in the Bible about the workers. The first shall be last and the last shall be first.

In Gods eyes its going to balance out, but I guess some people see it as unfair as they are only judging thing from their limited point of view.

What do you disagree with? Please enlighten me.
I was curious why he disagreed with my post also. Perhaps my observations and experiences are invalid? Regarding your wife, my culinary career ended 13 yrs ago and my observations were based on 19 years prior to that. It would be no surprise to me if this generation of young men lacked the drive and productivity compared to my younger years. It’s hard to say that by making women equal, the women got stronger or the men got weaker. By my observations and comments of my peers I would conclude it’s about 30% of the former and 70% of the latter. All I know is that the dudes getting into construction are far less resilient than the seniors they are replacing.

Basically using your Biblical worldview what change if any is needed in your country to support your idea of women equality.

Also it was a fast food job with mostly high school kids. So probably didn't have the professional drive as a culinary career.

But mens values have changed too. Many new generations have the socialist mentality. They dont like responsibility.

Based on the parable you quoted, the whole lesson was based on, don’t worry what somebody else is getting. If the female agrees to work for $1 less an hour than her male co worker, or the other way around, you are getting what was offered and accepted. To run to the government and complain of inequality is unbiblical. It’s the owners money and he has the right to spend it as he wants.

Do you believe critical theory has a play in the modern feminist movements?

What would womens equality within government look like in a Biblical worldview?

In a Biblical worldview, humm. I think that can be difficult to say. I believe if a woman is doing equal work as a man she deserves the same pay. I believe a woman deserves the right to vote, but when I talk to a lot of Christian women who say they voted for Hillary I'm starting to doubt even that. Joking, well somewhat. lol I don't there are really many issues American women have to complain about honestly. In countries where a woman can't go out in public alone, drive a car, wear what they wish, it seems rather foolish for women here to complain that they don't have equality.

I was curious because I saw this young millennial female complaining about women equality. At first it sounded like just woe is me the millennials have it so hard. And part me wants to say suck it up, adapt and overcome but I was curious if there was any truth in it.

I'm not naive though. We have great laws already in place to promote equality for race, biological sex, age, religion, handicaps, etc. But the problem becomes proving by evidence a violation has taken place. Laws can only do so much. Good morality reaches where the laws cannot. The mind, heart and soul.

Which is why government should be less restrictive of religion that promotes good morality.

Sin as in beliefs that attack inequality like racism, prejudice, sexism, bigotry, etc will always exist and so often good laws are not enough to restrict people's behaviors.

If people want true equality we would be supporting good morality. The Biblical morality.

For the Christian women do you want 100% equality within your country to that of man?
The question for Christian women should be "Do you want what God and Christ want, regardless of your personal opinion?"

Really! Now even to lazy to google to stuff? Lol....You've got to do some research. Get back to me...
No need to be rude and insulting. What countries are ruled by women, and in what ways do they have it all together? If anyone is lazy here, you aren't even naming the country.

It's the same question for Christian men. Your comment reveals your sexism.

This is very true. In many countries, women get paid maternity leave. So a woman may only work 6 months of a year, but be paid the same as a man for the full year because she gave birth. In terms of equal work for equal pay, that woman is actually getting paid twice as much as the man, as she only worked half the year, but is paid the same amount. A significant pay gap, in favour of women. The gap gets worse if the woman takes more time off.
It would be interesting if some academic research rolled paid maternity leave in as extra pay, counting those hours in, to see if women actually got paid more. Men getting paid more per hour could also be seen as a way to compensate for maternity leave. But the government forces employers to eat those costs.

An employer should offer beginning pay based on what the job requires, not on who fills it; that way it is completely ungendered. If the job requires lifting of 100 pounds, and an applicant (regardless of gender) can't do that, he/she should not get the job. If the applicant can meet the basic requirements, then he/she should be considered, but should not get the job just because he/she is a particular gender. Any increases in pay are between the employer and employee, but should be based on a consistent standard that is again ungendered.

As for the parable, it is irrelevant to your example. It is talking about God's offer of salvation being the same for all, not about "equal pay".

I worked in culinary for almost two decades and I can tell you unbiased that it takes more women to get as much done as men. There’s always hard working women and slow moving dudes but on average the men out perform the women on productivity. At a counter job, maybe equal, but cooking and preparation, not even close.
I believe you.

Just my opinion here, but maybe that is because women, by nature, take their time doing these task because we put our hearts into it.
A meal prepped with/in love can not be rushed. ;)
trust me, I have a great collection of family favorites that I can make in my sleep, but there are times they tell me they KNOW I was rushed b/c they can taste a difference........

If we are talking about pay, equality is based on the worker's contribution to the business's production. Every worker should be paid a salary commensurate with his/her contribution to the business.

Just speaking in general. Do you see women still struggling for equality within your country's societal structure.

Another question would be what does that look like in modern society.
That completely changes your parameters. The Church (the Body of Christ) is at odds with modern society. Indeed there is enmity between the two.
