I'm just curious though... How much proof/evidence do we need before something is no longer considered a "conspiracy"?
Is Pearl Harbor a conspiracy still? You won't find many universities that teach the US had no idea Japan was going to attack. In fact, there is more than enough evidence that shows the US knew about it and baited Japan to attack so they could gain public supporter to enter the war. Prior to this, most people wanted to stay out of "Europe's war".

Going back to the OP, Kayla, I have to disagree with you wanting this commercial banned.
We shouldn't expect the government to intervene for matters such as this. Is this commercial trashy? Absolutely!
We aren't left without options though. We, as capitalistic free citizens, can choose to NOT do business with them. We don't need (or want) the government to have as much say in our personal life and the free market unless it's absolutely mandatory.

Lets see, A tort requires 4 elements.
1. The defendant owed the plaintiff a certain duty of care. A duty of care is simply an obligation to behave in a way that doesn’t cause harm.
2. The negligent party acted (or failed to act) in a way to breach that duty. For example, a driver acting recklessly could count as a breach of duty.
3. The plaintiff suffered an injury.
4. The injury was a direct result of the breach of duty.
In other words.... no.
