Okay... now... I hate to be all controversial... but...
those unalienable rights which come from our creator...
ummm... they aren't promised to us in the Bible.
You not controversial, your eternal.
"... After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people."
Jer 31:33
These "principles" which we call unalienable rights,
these principles are found within the bible, and they are wonderful things.
But they are not promised to every man by God...
in fact...
they aren't promised to any man by God.
The are not principles, they are truths. A principle does not consist of one precept.
That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
Heb 6:18
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh;
Gen 9:14-15
10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?
Mal 2:10
