That's an old video. Has anyone been following his words today?

~Jer 2:11 Has a nation ever changed gods when they aren't even gods? But my people have exchanged their glory for that which does not profit.

Israel, physical land
Spiritual Israel, a body of believers in the Lord.

You don't believe in forcing others to follow God and you don't think it's wrong for Christians to stand up for what is right, but you are against taking "action" for others doing wrong.

I consider standing up for what is right taking action. That's our confusion. You consider taking action punishment, and I consider speaking against them action

Yeah thats why you gotta read my posts, I made it clear that I was not in support of homosexual relations, and agreed that we should guide others away from sin and to repent.

I feel sorry for the gay people. I've seen so many of them beaten senseless in back alleys, in hotel rooms, in homes, in cars. Sometimes they're dressed like ladies, and I'm thinking to myself what kind of evil are making humans treat other humans like dirt? It's so heartbreaking to see a grown man dressed like a lady beaten to death...I don't cry often...but crime scenes like that are bad.
Wow, you've witnessed lot's of homosexuals get beaten up. That's really odd.

Didn't think you supported it at all, thought you were against taking actions and telling others not to do it or preach to them, like dude, I read your "don't cast first stone" post and I saw no other reason to make that statement about this topic unless you were against preaching to them. Not a single person in here brought up punishment. It's ok, I understand your thoughts now.

Yeah, thats something I think about alot, actually. This was me before 2014 when I gave my life to Christ (in case anyone doesnt believe my testimony)

I got a few rude jokes and snickers here and there, and they were mostly rare except for some family members. And I walked all over the city like this btw, it was not a private thing : p And I live in Indiana, one of the most rural and right wing states in the US. I was never once touched or anything like that : p
Even at the gay pride events I went to, there was literally ONE GUY with a sign saying we were going to hell, and thats including every event I went to : p

I cant lie, I believe the claim that all the gays are being attacked are really exaggerated and are justified through a few occurrences : p

Yep, I'm thinking it is way exaggerated and just don't buy these stories. The media plays it up if one gets beaten up and makes it out to be an epidemic. Then of course people buy the propaganda.

People wouldn't feel sorry for drunks, thieves if they got beaten up but somehow if they practice this and get beaten they're up in arms over it.

Anyhow, I'm glad you got saved bro.

Drunks, LGBT, prostitutes, and drug addicts are harming themselves and I would feel sorry for them if they were beaten.

Thieves are malicious and harming others for personal gain, so I wouldn't lump them into and compare them to the others.

no, America will never 'repent' - some individuals will of course, those whom are called-out,
but as a whole, America will never 'saw-off' its rotting limbs and begin anew...

just keep in mind, 'no one can bind The Almighty Christ and Lord and so,
His music sets the stage to be fulfilled...

You missed the point. Drunkards and thieves will not inherent the kingdom, nor will sodomites. If you don't think the agenda of sodomites is hurting anyone you're living under a rock.

That is the oft' go to though; "they don't hurt anyone."

Frankly, that's a lie.

So, yeah, I'm going to lump them in and compare because they are just as bad -- just look at what they are doing in our culture and to our culture. Wake up.

Have compassion for a lost soul being beaten. Wake up and humble yourself.

I drink wine every day. Perhaps my empathy is because I am a drunkard.

Companion? I think you meant compassion. For the record I feel bad for anyone getting beaten up unless they it is in defense. So your assumption I don't have compassion is unfounded.

But you're not addressing what I've stated, you're only going ad hominem.

Wake up and humble yourself.
See? You won't address the facts or your errors -- your story that sodomites don't hurt anyone is a lie, and you're spreading that lie and are hoodwinked. Like I said, wake up and take a look at what the sodomite community is doing to our world.

I drink wine every day. Perhaps my empathy is because I am a drunkard.
You're conflating your empathy with your ignorance. You ought also to consider that if you are a practicing drunkard what Scripture says to those who are.

1. Marriage predates Christianity
2. The founding fathers were deists
3. Domestic violence is non sequitur as it has nothing to do with this topic
4. You assume that only Christians are capable of love
Oh yeah sorry I was going somewhere relevant with DV but lost my place.

I corrected the spelling error I made typing fast and blindly using autocorrect, you know what I mean, I see a strong desire in you to prove yourself superior and right over others.

"They" aren't actively trying to destroy our communities and culture, it's a byproduct of what they have deceived themselves into believing they have to do to survive.

Christ says anger and looking at women with lust is a sin as well as being a drunkard, I have a long way to go before I am perfect or worthy of the Kingdom of Heaven or Heaven. Is 1 or 2 glasses a drunkard? Don't answer!

I think you lack companion because of this statement:

People wouldn't feel sorry for drunks, thieves if they got beaten up but somehow if they practice this and get beaten they're up in arms over it.
Followed by reiterating they are all the same as thieves to you. It's not an unfounded claim to make. Ok, we said our pieces, that should be all.

First, I don't agree with Gay (or any other) pride celebrations on any military installation. A soldier/sailor's pride is and should be directed toward his service to his country.

One thing that still haunts me today is my part in the administrative discharge board that had no legal choice except award an administrative discharge to a young sailor who had a family and had served six years of outstanding service to his country. His performance reports always called him the best of the best. I retired many years before don't ask, don't tell.

I don't recall anyone saying we should have compassion for rapists and people who drug others, it was for people in hypothetical scenarios where they are beaten for living sinful self-harming lifestyles.

Are the mass amounts of people on anti-depressants, pain medication, and smokers drunkards? I believe so
