it would be interesting to see how many have compassion on those who sodomized/drugged, plus, me
as an infant and on, going throughout my life as I grew into an adult??? and then...???
That's too bad on all counts. I am sorry that happened to you.

pckts,

was not addressing you...
OK, but I was the only one throwing the word compassion around. I get preacher4truths point and yours, where do we draw the line at feeling sorry for the sins of others. And it is condoning these actions by responding in this way to a greater extent than if we chastise them.

Where do you think that God expects us to draw the line? Are we to condemn others for their sins? On what authority?

IDK I wish I knew. Do you know? Tell me. I hope you didn't get the impression that I'm claiming that I know

I believe that we are to condemn the sin, not the sinner. God will condemn the sinner. We are to pray for the sinner.

I would have compassion on those whose heart condemns them and they feel they have no hope of a normal life.

But, did you ever view a gay pride parade? Flaunting is more than I can take.

Yep, I'm thinking it is way exaggerated and just don't buy these stories. The media plays it up if one gets beaten up and makes it out to be an epidemic. Then of course people buy the propaganda.

People wouldn't feel sorry for drunks, thieves if they got beaten up but somehow if they practice this and get beaten they're up in arms over it.

Anyhow, I'm glad you got saved bro.
The next time I'm arriving at a crime scene where a gay, drunkard, or a drug addict has been beaten up real bad, I'm gonna say to myself...there are people out there flat out denying this and showing no compassion.

I agree with dude, your post is stupid...at best.

The point wasnt that it never happens ever, but that the idea that theres this major epidemic in todays America of people living that lifestyle being beaten up all over is exaggerated.

Like I said, I live in a red state where most people are not accepting of the transgender movement, and I barely dealt with even rude comments or insults. The lifestyle is pretty much tolerated by the majority of the people in this country today.

Also I dont believe that homosexuality/trangenderism is really the same as rape and all that. I mean yes its wrong, its a sin, but saying we shouldnt have compassion cuz we wouldnt for rapists is not a good argument. One is just doing whatever is pleasing to them whether or not its right or wrong. The other is going out of their way to hurt someone in order to "feel good". Im not saying "we should be accepting" before someone puts that in my mouth again, but that doesnt mean we shouldnt feel bad that they are lost to carnal living.

I've said this on numerous occasions but I'm not much of an evangelist because I feel like I'm responsible for my own salvation and not for anyone else's. Each man must face God and give his own account. When you stand before God on Judgement Day he's not going to summon me and ask me what I think about it.
Live your life the way you feel is pleasing to God and let other people live their lives. It's not a hard concept

Better read up on the parable of the talents and especially about the one who buried his talent in the ground. Seems you and him may have something in common.

You do not want to be standing before Jesus[God will not judge us, he gave all judgement to the son] and him ask you why you never shared anything about him to all those people he sent your way.

The Bible says a sinner is judged already.

[SUP]18 [/SUP]He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [SUP]19 [/SUP]This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. [SUP]20 [/SUP]For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. [SUP]21 [/SUP]But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.”

Hopefully, we will have a respite...and this is because of Trump, and the VP...8 years then 4 more with the VP....if we continue (the body) to pray and pursue Him. Not fall asleep again.
Unless the USA aligns itself with one of the 10 kingdoms or is one of the 10 kingdoms.

The pushy and overbearing attitude that a lot of Christians seem to have is exactly what pushes people away from Christianity.

THE idea that GOD is judging the USA right now is a lie from hell. God is doing no such thing. God handed all Judgement over to the son.

Where in the Bible does it say that America is immune from collapse and loss?

Isn't that the UN Megiddo?

Am I spelling Meggido wrong or you? Spellcheck is correcting.

Then you are saying the Bible is pushy and overbearing. If you profess to be a "christian" act like one and understand enough to know that you are not here to be a pew warmer.

I spelled it the wrong way on purpose :)

I do not know if it will be the UN or not. I personally do not believe the USA will stay sovereign
