Interesting take.
There is merit for sure. But the church shares some of the responsibility for where we are today.
The apostate church. The Bible is crystal clear, when the fire falls from the heaven at the rapture the prophets of Baal are put to death.

Yeah he declared a trade war against Antarctica. I don't believe we buy anything from penguins and polar bears.
Since you brought it up... we should check in to see how the penguins are reacting to this strategic and well considered decision by

the administration let's give full credit to all those big brains behind the scenes, furiously working with Chat GPT. :D

I told my kids that in the Apocalypse they are just 175 pounds of gristle and protein to me.
Here in Texas I've seen people live in their cars, under bridges and tents in the woods. Ive even seen some butcher animals off the roadside but if it's that bad up north some of our Churches should think about doing our missions here in the US instead of other nations. It makes me wonder if any Church offered the people eating cats a sandwich.

In some cultures cats and dogs are considered food.

Yeah in China and other places too. I never ate a cat or a dog but I've seen people eat Raccoons, possums and other critters like that. There's no telling what people will eat when we hit the 9 billion people mark.

The amount of resources isn't the problem. The problem is distribution. Food can be grown to support untold numbers.

I agree the shame does not fall on the one eating but the one refusing the food supply. That's why I wondered if anyone thought to offer a sandwich to the one eating a cat.

I believe the reference to cats was in reference to a small community in Ohio, which was overwhelmed by a large influx of immigrants. Offering a sandwich was a very short-term solution.

When the great orange one makes us lose every Ally we have
I see why the rest of the world hates Americans
Some of the world hates America anyway. Everyone is a critic basically.
Especially when your so called good for nothing allies do nothing but criticize you while you feed them and protect them.
It’s the same in sports.
A lot of people respect the number 1 player but quite a few hate the number 1 player and want to beat him and see him fall.
But everyone has their time and place despite all the hate and everything else in-between.
