Talk about whataboutisms. A comment about the highly incompetent Trump being twisted into a description of another person.

Yep you would think that by now everyone was in agreement that Biden the snake, the tool in the hand of Hades himself and the Demoncrats were bad and turn their focus on the problems their own party is facing and reason thru fixing that. But hey we live in a world where you just gotta toss the children candy here and now or else they wont know who they get to call a liberal. It's a shame to see us descend to the point where we are measured by amount of trash we talk about the obvious opposition instead of everyone discussing flaws in their own party for it's benefit. But hey I guess I'll fill in a few lines about the snake poised to bite their hero, whats it gonna hurt right?

Merica is going downhill. Ever more rapidly.
For example.....zero high speed rail available. Whereas the rest of the advanced nations have fully embraced this infrastructure.
And paradoxically, China has the most.

Why? What is the problem? Why is Merica practically a insolvent banana republic welfare state? Why are cities literally falling to pieces socially and economically before our very eyes? Why is Merica BROKE?

And what is the Democrat ambitions and plans for the future? MOAR of the same. Much much more.

Repubs are useless too. Lots of talk and no action. Look at the new speaker. Folded like a deck chair on the Titanic.

Will Trump take action to reverse this trend? Yes, he probably will.
Which of course is the very reason for his tribulation and persecution.
IMO this persecution stinks of CCP influence. $$$ its everywhere in DC $$$

Too bad so sad.

I absolutely agree, I just wonder if Trump knows how contradictory he is, in trying to appeal to a wider public he loses sight of the real problems that are affecting the USA.
This idea too that he can fix various issues, all he can do is stall what has been in set in motion a while ago.

Christians want the option to abort. I hate to say it, I hate to believe it. But the voting shows that's what they want. We're not going to get a national ban. Isn't going to happen. Too many people in the country want it as an option. So Trump is saying let them have it out state by state. Get up off your round behinds and vote!!

I live in the Bible belt and I was certain we would breeze over the abortion issue. DIDN'T HAPPEN!! Our Gov. is Dem and in full support of abortion, between a doctor and the woman. He is still handily in power. I was so angry and upset. Then I realized Christians want abortion. They are saying they don't but they aren't voting it. So figure it out state by state. Abortions have gone up not down since the end of Roe. So let the states hash it out and don't blasted blame Trump for it!! You all keep saying America isn't a theocracy, well here you go. Don't put Trump in and see what the Dems do to abortion.

How will that change my perspective? Have you been there? Have you seen what’s going on in Israel?
If you are in the US you have one perspective, if you move to Gaza for two weeks you have a different perspective. A perspective is a "point of view", change your location and you change your perspective, that is a basic concept.

Now if you are asking what your new perspective will be, if I could tell you that there would be no point in moving to Gaza, so hurry, get your ticket now.

For all the chicken little's out there who are saying the sky is falling.

Pete Buttigieg can walk his dog in the US capital (Washington DC) and it is safe*. So enough with all this fear mongering about crime.

Yes, I am afraid you are right. It just surprised me greatly in the last election.
True religion is about easing yokes and breaking bands. It's about relieving pain and suffering, and providing hope. How we treat the most vulnerable among us is truest indication of whether we actually love.

lol, I have to be real careful now days and include a lot of DemonCrat/Biden trash talk but but reflecting on a few of the things from your post right before this one...
Can you believe the garbage that the DemonCrats are pulling with the high speed rail systems? I mean these nuts actually believe they should approve of this stuff and are funding it? https://www.kbtx.com/2023/12/08/fed...high-speed-rail-texas-brazos-valley-included/ ,,,,but hey we're not gonna let them do that and get the credit for it we set up a group here in Texas to oppose that DemonCratic mess,,, http://www.texansagainsthsr.com/

And the economy well hey it's not like we were all higher than a kite from 2016-2020 on recreational pot and cant remember we know the economy was "the greatest" Trump said so right? So they can say that the stocks crashed in 2018 all they want https://www.cnn.com/2018/12/31/investing/dow-stock-market-today/index.html and they can try to say that during the pandemic(last two years of Trump) 15 million people were laid off and on extended unemployment and the Gov. was paying their rent/house notes and giving them food stamps but that just cant be true it would have added 7.9 trillion to the budget. So they can try to say the economy is rebounding at a remarkable rate but Trumps gonna eat them alive on this at the debate... https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...arkably-strong-as-eu-weak-oecd-economist-says

No need for that. I have been there before. I could tell you a lot about what it’s like in the proximity of places like Gaza and Islamic areas in the Middle East. Did you know that humans are nothing but tools for the ideas of the powers that be in the areas surrounding Israel? That’s one of the reasons why it’s so difficult to fight them. They don’t care about lives. You have probably heard about that in the media but personally being one of their targets is a little bit different.

Will anything actually be built? Will the money disappear and then more is demanded because of massive "cost overruns"?
What sort of time frame are we talking about here? Will they pretend and extend to 2060 and beyond?

Its all bread and circuses nowadays. Nothing good will happen. Merica has lost its mojo. Its done for IMO.
Frighteningly, the military is going to rot.

Here is where things are going....and have gone. While Merica transforms into the banana republic they so desperately desire.

A leaked slide U.S. Navy briefing slide reveals that China’s shipbuilding capacity is 232 times greater than the United States. Specifically, Chinese shipyards have a manufacturing capacity of roughly 23,250,000 million tons, whereas U.S. shipyards have less than 100,000 tons.

https://www.americanmanufacturing.o...as U.S. shipyards have less than 100,000 tons.

hmm yea if someone doesn't understand the naval term "Blue Water Navy",(means their navy can operate logistically across the Pacific,Atlantic ect.) that might appear frightful(China doesn't posses a BWN). The just is though the US actually has a BWN and so China's 2 carriers are just not an issue considering the US is operating 11 Carrier groups at present(your grand children,gg grandchildren might be concerned in another 50 years though). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_aircraft_carriers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue-water_navy

BWNavies have become obsolete in the face of a modern hot real war.
Figure one hypersonic per carrier and down they go to Davey Jones locker.
Withing days. Literally days.

Sure there is some intimidation factor remaining. But only for pushover countries like Somalia or Lybia or the other ME fiefdoms etc.

China could build a vast navy probably 20 times faster than Merica at this point. Without cost overruns and delays and all of the money laundering.

BTW, the once mighty Great Britain does not even have ONE operational amphibious landing craft in their inventory.
And most of the fleet is in disrepair and unseaworthy.

Britain does not even factor into modern geopolitics militarily. And everybody knows it.

I think maybe your getting a little closer other than the landing ship part. Things like D Day where millions of troops board transport ships and "hit the beach" like in ww2 are pretty much obsolete like I think your meaning. In the modern days if a nation like China,Russia, or even the US were to send even a few hundred thousand troops and their supply logistics to ports and start loading them onboard any of those three nations would spot it from satellites before they finished loading. If China or the US tried to move that large a force across say the Pacific to invade one another it would stick out like a sore thumb and end up being a massive search for survivors. Russia would be better off trying to come by air from the north west but would stick out like a sore thumb again.

The part of the Blue Water Equation I notice many miss is logistics. By logistics I'm meaning the capability to resupply the troops that are being sent because they would need everything from replacements of their dead and wounded to food/water,medical teams, ammo ect... I'm describing these things because it's going to take China a lot more than just building Aircraft Carriers,Destroyers ect. that are BW vessels they would also need places to port and resupply(the US can in S. Korea,Australia,NZ,Japan and many other places right on China's doorstep). Anyway we don't see China or Russia doing this in the Americas but instead their focus is in having overwhelming naval forces in their coastal waters for their own protection(It's not an invasion type Navy on a global scale).

Maybe I shouldn't, but I question if a person is really saved when they support abortion.
Seem many are deceived.
Think they are saved but are not.
Hopefully they are just ignorant of what the Scripture teaches.
If that is the case, then those who lead and teach must accept their failure.

Here I think discernment is needed. I have no problem making functional judgments, but I leave final judgment to Him who eyes see all things. The fact is, none of us are qualified, in and of ourselves, to judge. There are too many variables and our knowledge is only in part. But I too struggle to see how anyone espousing the name of Christ can support abortion.

Nice to read some realistic stuff here. Like you say, you can have as many carriers as you want, but if you can’t supply them efficiently, they’re no good.

The US Navy has not built as many ships as possible. They have built a naval system that makes sure the ships will function properly across all waters of the world.

China and Russia have a fleet protecting their own waters. China will not have a Blue Water Navy before they have been deployed to war stricken waters over decades. I sure hope your 50 years prediction isn’t accurate, but who’s to say.

Russia is into missile tech and jamming. And game-changer weapons like those mega-nuke torpedoes.

Nobody is a more dangerous adversary than Russia. The west has been foolish to poke the bear.

Rules based order says the west. We make the rules and y'all take the orders or you get NATO'ed.

Protection and intimidation racket. One mob boss vs another mob boss in a turf war. Same as it always was.

I'll probably not be around to watch for it considering my age but if it were me and I was looking for certain clues that Russia,China(or any one else) were thinking of invading the US I would watch the Military relations in the different nations in South and Central America. (at the bottom of this article,,political,Military,Space ect.) because they(whichever one) would need those logistical structures first(a big clue would be their presence in South and Central America)... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sino-Latin_America_relations

Or one of these genius POTUS"s could maybe listen to some of their advisors and instead of destroying the US relations in South and Central American nations over immigration and other issues, the US could actually help them solve their problems and then the immigrants would stop coming(might even elect to go back home, lol). But it would be a plus, plus in that it would both solve the migration problems and cut off those nations temptation to sell out to aiding those considering invading the US.
