And yep people can say what they want but I live in south east Texas on an acre of land and the weather has changed so much I now have 15 dead trees some about 70 foot tall(one of which will cut my home in half if it falls)... I have desperately looked for help with getting them down asking Churches,the city ect. even the light company but no help so far(I'm too old and disabled)... Anyway the light company used to cut down trees by the light lines but when my wife called this year they said there were 50-80,000 dead trees in our area and that they could no longer afford to send crews to cut them down so they were just going to repair the lines after they fall...

I don't use drugs(unless they count the meds the Dr. has me on) so it wont effect me,,,,Here in Texas though everybody thought it was great to have constitutional carry but it's actually beginning to look more like the police get to "search you and your car to protect their safety" even if you say you don't have a firearm... Me at 90 and my wife at 83 have had our car searched by a Texas Sheriffs dept.

I’m really sorry to hear that, but we’re under a massive pressure from above and from internal affairs and there’s really no longer any wiggle room for us. New Public Management has hit us hard and we have to report back to our superiors how much work we are getting done. Needless to say the real police work suffers under the weight of the reports.

I have recently watched a # of vids about different things police might try to get you to co-operate with when really you do not have to comply. Searching your vehicle would be one of them...does not matter if you have nothing to hide. They cannot legally search without your say so unless of course you whip out your drug paraphernalia...same goes for your house if not warrant. Prob does not apply in every state? don't know

begs the question 'just what did you do to make them wanna search your vehicle anyway?'

recently saw a vehicle pulled over with 2 cop cars and one being the K-9 unit. we were at a bank atm (outside) and I really wanted to see the dog...LOL! I'm like oooooo...can I pet the doggie? (kidding...kind of) I have actually trained dogs for protection (was partners with someone yrs back) and it's pretty cool really.

I'm not going to stop eating steak if that's what you mean (when it's on sale these days)....did research on all that stuff and people need to know that at one time there were cows grazing where there is snow and ice now. I don't know if I can find that again.....

Since I am from a northern clime...you can imagine the toll FL takes on me. My husband was born in a warm climate and likes FL for the most part but even he says it's too hot. Before my blood got a little thinned out, I would actually get nauseous when I went outside on some days.

IMO, the biggest contributors to hot air are the....well you prob know

Last year 2023, from January 1 to May 29th, the USA set a Tornado record with almost 390 in that time span.

I'm no scientist but over the last decade where I live in Texas it was either raining so much/often that the water came bubbling up through the ground like springs(stopped after a day or so),,,then two or three years it just stops raining,,,then in the winter at times it drops down to 10 degrees(7 degrees about 3 years ago when I woke up that morning there was ice on the inside of our windows,lol) then just the complete opposite a high pressure sets up over us and it's 105 day after day for the whole summer. People may not believe it but the trees and animals sure do because the ''swing from one extreme to the other" is whats killing them(think just bought a plant at Walmart and it needs to be set outside to "harden off" before you transplant it),,, that's the killer in that plants,insects,people,animals can adjust to changes but only if it's gradual not if it happens fast(that's happening in Texas).
