The world is a river that is flowing to a waterfall. It has been this way for 2,000 years. So there is no one person responsible for this nor is there one person capable of turning the boat around.

Jesus told us this, the apostles told us this, and they told us the way of salvation. So if you have been heeding them and following them and put your hope in them what you are seeing now should make your heart rejoice because now you can easily see you were right to forsake all to follow Jesus.

People who think that Trump is offering salvation are every bit as deceived as those those who think Biden is the moral, Christian choice. Human history proves that Jesus is Lord, it proves He is the only one qualified to be Lord, and it proves that everything and everyone whether we are talking about Hitler, Stalin, Mao or FDR, they all are in the evil one. You don't have to be a mafioso, or a contract killer, or a psychopath to be in the evil one. Anyone that would get you to misaim, to focus on anything other than pursuing Jesus is in the evil one.

What human history proves is that you reap what you sow. Just like the old proverb "be careful what you ask for, you just might get it". This is what is happening to all those who asked for Joe Biden. So let's look at that a little closer.

1. My sister is foul mouthed, she is not a Christian, in fact she has a fit if I say the name of Jesus in her presence. Yet at the same time she thinks that what Trump was caught saying to some relative of Bush behind the scenes is the most horrifying thing. To me I look at her in disbelief, how can you be such a huge hypocrite? You are condemning him for what you yourself have done. So when I say that Trump is the jawbone of the ass that Jesus, the strong man is using to destroy the philistines, that is what I mean. Their faux outrage over his offensive remarks will condemn themselves.

2. On the other hand Trump was impeached for election interference and the Mueller investigation for three years was essentially about election interference. So you have many people who feel this is a very important issue that must be investigated. But when the Mueller investigation revealed that the election interference was from Hillary Clinton's campaign they dropped it like a hot potato. This exposes how hypocritical they are. Now that we know that what Trump did with Ukraine was fully warranted and the real election interference was from Joe Biden, they pretend like this is not important. Again, these things are something people will be destroyed with at the judgement seat. Either you repent now or else you will regret it for eternity.

3. Then they make this big deal about insurrection on January 6th, even sentencing people who weren't even there to 17 and 22 years in prison, and yet when we have Ray Epps and all the video evidence and eyewitness evidence and even his own testimony that he orchestrated the whole thing the indict him for a misdemeanor and we still haven't tried him. They only did this because they were unable to keep some of the evidence against him from leaking out. Again, hypocrisy, you will be destroyed at the judgement seat and if that doesn't worry you then you will also be judged because you don't fear God.

This is why I say Trump is "the jawbone of an ass". If anyone was hoping for a restoration of the economy or the US as the Superpower then that is on you. God has been very clear, the US is the Great Babylon and her judgement will come in one hour and after that she will be gone. The US is not coming back, the US economy is not coming back. You have two choices, choose Jesus now or choose the Antichrist tomorrow. If you can't see the waterfall by now then you are still asleep.
Hi ZNP,

I am starting to come around to you a bit. I have wondered about the truth when it comes to who really committed the worse sin in terms of election interference and voter fraud, and mobs disrupting the government, and other things. I am slightly familiar with the stories of illicit things the Democrats have been doing for a long time, because I used to listen to talk radio before Rush died, and based on snippets I've heard here and there, supposedly the liberals are massively guilty of wrongdoing on so many levels but the media targets the conservatives for doing similar things on a much smaller scale, especially recently. A major problem though, is I really don't know where to find reliable conservative news anymore. I never watched Fox in my life, and I've never seen any respectful and reliable conservative news on YouTube, except excerpts of congressional questioning where Congress members ask common sense questions of liberal cabinet members guilty of creating god-awful policy. I would like to believe what you said about the Mueller investigation, as I am old enough to remember that Hillary was the first one accused of colluding with the Russians before Trump was. Also as much as I am leery of Trump, I have to begrudgingly admit that there is a little bit of reason in your "jawbone of an ass" characterization. Before he was elected in 2016, I tended to hope and pray that God would use him in such a fashion. I just wish we had a better, alternative though, as it is very hard to endorse someone with such glaring character flaws.

I have one more creative thing to say, which is this. If the US is the Great Babylon, and God told Jeremiah to tell the Israelites to submit to Babylon instead of seeking freedom in Egypt, maybe we as Christians should be prepared to accept politics of a government we don't agree with for the sake of proving our righteousness with a submissive spirit.

The evil Democrats have been operating with a double standard since Obama. But the cowardly and feckless RINOs do not have the guts to go after them whenever they have a chance. So they get away with it again and again. And let's not forget that the RINOs hate Trump as much as the Communists.
Is Chris Christie a RINO?

I remember listening to the news about the Mueller investigation, they made a huge deal over it and so I kept eagerly awaiting the results and there seemed to be a whole lot of smoke, people at work were hopeful, family members were hopeful, and then all of a sudden the report was in and CNN and MSNBC said nothing. I wanted to know the results, they dangled this in front of us for three years, it was a certainty that they were going to reveal dirt on Trump and then poof, it is gone? No way. So I start looking around and I discover some other stations like Epoch times, Newsmax, and Project Veritas. They were giving a full analysis of the report. It had been a dirty trick by Clinton's campaign. That was when I realized CNN and MSNBC were covering up the story. Then when the Pandemic hit I had an extra 1 1/2 hours a day since I didn't have to commute. So I was able to be more focused in my news and I discovered Steve Bannon's Warroom Pandemic and learned he was way ahead of everyone on the Pandemic reporting. I also listened to Dan Bongino and Tucker Carlson.

If someone lied, I crossed them off the list. People think the NYTimes is the standard, they have lied repeatedly and the worst was the "deep throat" reporting on Trump where they used an anonymous source who they portrayed as a top level cabinet member like a Secretary of State or Chief of Staff and instead is was some low level grunt across town in a cubicle. That was beyond bad reporting, that was wanton, in your face lying.

I used to be a stock broker and it was very obvious to me that people lied all the time, they were professional liars. They are either trying to hit your greed button to get you to buy, or your panic button to get you to sell. So I had had experience discerning the motive behind the pitch and coming up with my own formula on whether or not an investment was good.

My father was a top executive in the news business. George Bush tried to get him to agree to let the CIA pretend to be some of his reporters. He refused and so was forced out. He went from that firm to the NY Times but they ran a propaganda piece about the JFK assassination which he knew was simply pushing the CIA narrative, he objected and so was forced out there as well. That was in the 1970s. My point is I have first hand knowledge that the CIA controls the major media outlets.

Hey ZNP,

I have some genuine and honest questions that I would like to ask you. I am going to use Ray Epps as the main example. The ultimate question is basically, whom do I believe? After reading your post I had to look up who Ray Epps is and naturally I went to Wikipedia. Now I know that Wikipedia has become very saturated with leftist ideology, because I have seen it for myself in other articles, so I know not to believe what I read there. But I read it anyway for a framework of who he is and what his significance is with regard to Jan 6. I could infer that there are evidently two sides on the issue. Some people believe that he was a proxy agent who instigated the insurrection in order to deface conservatives, and others who don't believe this. So how should I know who is right? The conspiracy theorists or the obviously biased leftists? Neither side seems trustworthy to me. I have spent time with the mentally ill and I know from personal experience that some people with clinical psychosis are prone to believe unlikely scenarios. But I have also been in a couple car accidents when other people were completely at fault but all the witnesses falsely blamed me, and physical evidence was covered up to ultimately portray the false picture. And I know from personal experience how innocent people like myself can be targeted by a community, conspired against, and crucified. And furthermore, I have always taken aversion to the directed and willful denial of the truth by leftists coldly bent on destroying conservatives and those who believe in God and his ways, as evidenced by charged vocabulary in public places such as Wikipedia and Quora, the glaze in Anderson Cooper's eyes, and the obviously hypocritical use of words such as racism and cultural appropriation. I mean, how is fascism right wing? How can anyone who understands the socialist aspect of Nazi Germany and Benito's Italy possibly call their regimes right wing? I mean, the USSR was extremely left wing in its persecution of people who resisted its absolute law of atheism, and that is ideologically similar to fascism. So how can authorities like whoever controls Wikipedia flagrantly label conservatives as fascists when we are the ones who have always fought against it? So, my point in ranting is that I very much feel threatened by the left, and I believe that the conservatives have ostensibly represented morality, but right now I am not seeing any reliable morality come out of the right wing. So please, can you explain to me why there is this absence of cohesive, dependable policy coming out of the right wing? Why are we represented by weirdos like Ms. Taylor-Green? Why is our most favored candidate a crook like Mr. Trump? Why do pundits like Mr. Hannity demonize Muslims? Why aren't Christians capable of intelligently disagreeing with Evolution? Why can't we keep gay pornography out of the libraries of elementary schools? Where is the intelligence of the conservative? Why is it that I went to a "prophecy update" at church today where the congregation let out a united cry of dismay when the "antichrist government" is going to mandate COVID masks again? I mean, are Christians this stupid that we really think that protecting against a pandemic is a sign of spiritual tribulation? I mean, I feel threatened by the Left, but I feel totally aghast at the incompetence of the Right. You would think the people on the side of truth would be more effective at governing the people, but for some reason the most effective governments are the socialist democracies in Scandinavia and perhaps Canada. So where can I find the good conservative lifestream?

Since typing out my other questions to you I see that you just specifically mentioned some of your news sources in this post here. So I will ask you another question. Why should I trust them? If they are so small, how are they validated? And how do they stack up against the other side? I.e., can their facts reasonably disprove the lies of the left?

Another comment: a good example of a minor player who has to argue against its antagonist is Israel. Israel has been factually defending itself in the UN for years as the plethora of Arab countries continuously bring unsubstantiated allegations against it. Israel defends itself with carefully prepared arguments and well documented facts, and has been diligently standing up for itself all alone in the UN for a long time. Why can't the righteous Americans do the same thing? God forbid, but I truly wonder if we are are the righteous ones, and I have been wondering this for a long time.

I'm gonna reply to these last two long posts of yours here and keep it simple.

1. When you say "they are so small" you don't know what you are talking about. Steve Bannon is the most influential newscast there is, bar none. As for Tucker Carlson, he had 90 million views to one of his shows, CNN and MSNBC and Fox combined will get about 5 million.

2. Let's say I watch 30 minutes of CNN, ask yourself what did I learn? Besides "orange man bad" what did I actually learn? Now watch 30 minutes of Tucker Carlson or 30 minutes of Steve Bannon and ask the same question. Some of these news programs you learn nothing.

3. Then the kicker is once we know the answer to something go back and see where these guys were six months ago or a year ago. Bannon has been 6 months ahead of everyone with the truth.

I don't know enough about Biden to endorse him. I said I would vote for the moral president who in Biden's case is a Christian.
.
Nope! Again, he's Catholic and he was accused of digitally raping a woman. No one would interview that woman in the US before "Biden's" election. But she was interviewed in Australia. Her mother called in to the Larry King show and mentioned what happened to her daughter. So you may want to check that out.

All these nasty accusations I hear about his 11 year old daughter and corruption with his son, etc, haven't really gotten my attention because they don't seem to be verified.
Yes, they have. Again, who ever you're listening to, you need to dig deeper to the truth.

I don't know what I am talking about because I just haven't started learning yet. So just now I looked up Epoch Times, Newsmax, and Project Veritas. I read some good conservative reporting in the Epoch Times, and I kind of passed over Newsmax, and then when I typed in Project Veritas to Google this is what I got:

"Project Veritas is an American far-right activist group founded by James O'Keefe in 2010. The group produces deceptively edited videos of its undercover operations, which use secret recordings in an effort to discredit mainstream media organizations and progressive groups. Wikipedia"

This came up front and center on the Google search engine. Why the heck is the left able to smear your news source so effortlessly in the most trusted search engine and encyclopedia on the internet??

I will check out Tucker and Steve next. I am genuinely interested in finding out the truth, but if things get too ugly I might get discouraged, or maybe I might feel that all the negative energy is affecting my relationship with Jesus and I should just put the politics aside. I'm wary, but willing to pursue this a little further.

James O'keefe is the whole program, they drove him out of the company six months ago, since then they imploded and he has gone on to continue working.

When you are in a battle and the CIA is running the mainstream media, you know you are over the target when they start shooting at you.

People don't get to tell me who is "radical" who is a "terrorist" who is a "fascist" or who is a "racist." It is like Nicodemus said, does our law allow us to judge a man without first hearing him out?

Honestly, why should I, a normal, average American, believe that the CIA is manipulating Wikipedia and Google to paint a conservative pundit as a reprehensible right-wing extremist? I thought the CIA is right-wing in the first place, since hawks tend to be right wing and war profiteering makes the CIA a lot of money? I am not trying to be mean; I am just trying to put this in perspective and ask what appears to be the obvious common sense question.

In the mean time I looked up Steve Bannon on Wikipedia and he has apparently gotten into some serious legal trouble for doing unscrupulous things. I recognize that Wikipedia authors tend to write statement after statement about conservatives that appear as facts but are painting the subjects in as negative a light as possible, and are often mixed with biased language like "far right extremist" (which is what they call Tucker Carlson) and statements which are clearly leftist opinions denouncing right-wingers. Having said this, sometimes the liberals make some valid points, as appears to be the case with Mr. Bannon. I would have to listen to Steve and Tucker for an extended period of time to form my own opinions, but I suspect that I would have issue with the nationalism that Wikipedia ascribes to Mr. Bannon. Jesus said, "Welcome the alien within your gates" after all. I stopped listening to talk radio 20 years ago because it was too hateful for me. I hate racial prejudice and I also hate malicious slander on the other side, and I don't see virtuous common ground.

sadly, in modern politics, there is no virtuous middle ground.

The question is: do you really want to know? I mean really.
Because there is absolutely no doubt that if you do you can.

Of course an IQ higher than room temperature helps quite a bit. But it's certainly is not the limiting factor.

That's bull. Anyone can be virtuous if they want to be. They simply have to treat their neighbor as themselves.

1. Find a truth and proclaim it. E.g., smearing your opponents is wrong and shouldn't be tolerated.
2. Live by your truth and don't compromise. E.g. continue declaring your truth without stopping to explain yourself when you don't have to, and certainly don't violate your own standard!
3. Reward your supporters and allies with positive affirmation.
4. Be a team player by accepting supporting roles.
5. Create your own venue if none already exists.
6. Look behind you to make sure your followers can keep up.
7. Always be compassionate. Feed people, metaphorically, with quality time, even sacrificing other personal desires to do so.
8. Practice your skillset, whether that be writing legislation, or researching issues, or orating, or legitimate science (like engineering thermodynamics) for technological/energy/climate-related concerns.
9. Don't buckle to the pressure to throw your support behind someone else with bad character (way easier said than done).
10. Treat your family right.
11. Pray to Jesus for deliverance through the hard times.
Just to mention a few virtues.

Okay, I'm not an expert, but being proactive to learn how to think analytically and write with structure, and then to conscientiously refrain from all vindictive and unfair remarks, and to treat people with attention and compassion haven't been so hard for me. Certainly just practicing the values I want to see in others is my way of contributing to the solution.

We can do it!

I don't know if what I've said is relevant, but I am very dismayed by everyone's lack of character, and I know we can follow concrete rules to do better.

And I know that good people get crucified. But if enough Christians get in shape and become good in character, then eventually we will become equipped together to exemplify and inspire what's right to everyone. Eventually we can win the hearts and minds of people with our noble character.

Stop letting other people tell you what to think. That is why so many people acted like fools doing whatever Fauci told them to do. The vaccine mandates were against the law and the mask mandated was worse than useless, it harmed many children both their physical health and their mental development.

Jesus was a convicted criminal and punished with death.

All 12 of the apostles were convicted criminals, 11 were executed and John was exiled.

In my opinion Steve Bannon is a modern day Mordecai, who also was about to be executed by Haman before they realized he should be honored for saving the King's life by revealing a plot to kill him.

Eventually we can win the hearts and minds of people with our noble character.
yes, of course people can do these things and Christians should be doing these things, should want to.

what i am saying that most politicians choose not to, hence you will see much of these things in modern politics.

I think this dude is reading too many "you're okay I'm okay" feel good Chicken Soup pop psychology books.

The boots on the ground reality is however far far different. Luke 6:26 and Matt 5:11 come to mind.

Oh and another thought: There is no doubt that Satan is extremely polite. Impeccable manners. A great orator with flowery words. So refined were his mannerisms that one third of the heavenly host was seduced buy his flatteries and merchandising.

The point is: I would much prefer the brutally spoken truth rather than a pack of well spoken lies.

After reading the Wikipedia article on Bannon a few times over, I can see that the negative words and actions against him expressed in the article might all in their entirety be the products of political persecution. Although allegations were made, I didn't see anything definitively substantive, which tells me he is worth looking into further. So I can look into that.

I also recognize that a lot of righteous people get nailed for doing nothing wrong. It is hard to believe unless you've witnessed it, but I have witnessed it in my life, and I know it's real.

I am quite aware of the left vilifying everyone conservative at this point.

However, on the other topic, I am quite certain that COVID vaccines are 100% beneficial and 0% harmful, and masks never caused anyone psychological or physical harm. Some issues are political, but this is just plain medical. Trump and Pence were going to endorse vaccines if they had remained in office. I remember Pence saying so. His exact words I saw him say on TV were, "They took a page right out of our playbook." I think it would benefit conservatives to swallow their pride and take the vaccine.

And I am quite certain of the contrary. But then again I have hundreds and hundreds of hours of bitter brutally objective research into the matter.

But at least you admit your vast ignorance of all of these topics, predicaments and people. A failsafe and convenient backdoor escape route should the theater of lies burn to the ground.
