sounds great, superficially. but is that worldly wisdom or Biblical?

Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine as lights in the world…
(Philippians 2:14-15)

do you think Noah turned around and threw tomatoes at people while he was working on the ark?
would that have been righteous, commendable behavior?
would we be '
right on, Noah! give em what for!' and picked up some rotten fruit ourselves to join in? or would we kind of blush for his sake, if we saw that?

isn't there a kind of 'putting yourself at their level' ((or lower)) thing going on here?

when we have an obvious troll spitting insults at us in the Bible discussion forum, are we representing Christ if we turn around and curse them with even deeper insults? are we speaking by the Spirit if we do that?

there's great theological truth here, if we don't miss it for the fog of earthly politics.

Are you telling me that if you were president and the media was constantly attacking you and falsely accusing you of things, you’d just ignore it?

But then, if you were president and the press was constantly attacking you and making false accusations against you, you'd just grin and bear it without a single complaint? Does that mean you've never criticized any of us?

I seriously think its a non-issue : p Its a silly joke, and Trump is a human being like the rest of us.

I have a hard time believing that Obama never made jokes about his opposition.

EDIT: Im only referring to the one tweet with the wrestling meme though, have forgotten that this is about his tweets in general. I dont know that much about them, as I dont use twitter. But Ive heard hes put some silly stuff out there, as in like incorrect stuff.

I think he would benefit from chilling out with the twitter posts.

What I fail to comprehend about the President is why he is not using this great opportunity to unite the country. He is in control of a country that is longing for reconcilliation, and from the position he is in right now, it takes so little to reach out and really Make America Great Again!

Happy Independence Day!
Where on Earth did you ever get THAT idea?

Which part? The "in control of", or "longing for reconciliation"?

I believe that President Trump needs to study his "favorite book". I recommend that he start with Matthew.

I believe that there are many here that need to do the same thing.

I thought that too, but now I change my mind. I agree he is like the rest of us just human down to earth, but the tweeting is good if he does it using wisdom. I love how it exposes the liberal bias media. Trump has them climbing the walls crying and in need of pacifying. It is so cool, I just love it..

With all due respect, that is not all you fail to comprehend. Are you sure you are not confusing Trump for Obama?

It is good for everyone to study Matthew; why single out the President?

You need to stop watching CNN, lol. Trump is doing great for America. If congress would get behind him it would happen a lot faster. If Trump is immature, what does that make the obstructionist?

Probably we all could spend some time doing that, huh?

Is it "bullying" when someone insults you, and you insult them back? Let's try to keep this in perspective.
IMO,If someone attacks first Its not bullying,a person might be a bully If they try to deligitimize the first black president, mock a handicapped person, sum up a women's Intelligence according to her physical traits,etc...etc...etc...

I think that he needs to study his 'bank-account' and put those billions/trillions
for the good of his country...? especially for our defenders and our needy...

Christ was never a 'bully', He only was/is concerned about equality for those who
He has called, chosen, and elected...
