I heard President Trump state he was going to cut off this foreign aid, and he should, countries need to get their own financial house in order and I am sure that a lot of that aid is pocketed by corrupted politicians.

Border Patrol holding migrants under Paso Del Norte bridge
Processing facility in EP at 395% capacity
EL PASO, Texas - The U.S. Border Patrol confirms it is holding asylum seekers in a "transitional" camp under the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry bridge.
A photo obtained by ABC News shows what appears to be a couple hundred migrants in and around a tent set up under the bridge. A large fan is in front of the tent's entrance.
A Border Patrol spokesman told ABC-7 the camp is meant to "keep the migrants out of the elements" while they are transported to another facility to be processed. The migrants are not being processed at the camp, the spokesman said.
Inside the tent, migrants are given water, food and a medical evaluation.

A massive cohort of prospective migrants dubbed the "mother of all caravans" is forming in Honduras, the federal interior secretary said today.
"We are aware that a new caravan is forming in Honduras that they're calling the mother of all caravans . . . and which could be [made up of] more than 20,000 people," Olga Sánchez Cordero said.
She didn't offer any details about when the caravan might leave Honduras to start the journey towards Mexico and on to the United States' southern border.

Thousands of migrants fleeing poverty and violence in Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador have entered Mexico at the southern border since late last year as part of several large caravans.
Despite the federal government issuing more than 10,000 humanitarian visas that allow migrants to live and work in Mexico for up to 12 months, most caravan members have chosen to travel to the United States border to seek asylum.

Sánchez said today that there is evidence that criminal groups are transporting migrants from Tapachula to the northern border in trucks and charging each person thousands of dollars for the service.

Caravan Migrant from Viral Video Arrested on Assault Charges
A caravan migrant from Honduras who complained about being given beans to eat during her journey through Mexico is now in a Texas jail facing one charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The woman became the topic of a viral video during her journey. The woman’s sister is also facing similar charges and both have an immigration detainer placed on them preventing them from bonding out.
Jail records from Dallas County jail revealed that Mirian Zelaya and Mirna Zelaya are both being held in a detention center on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. While jail records do not reveal the details that led to the charge, the news outlet Mundo Hispanico revealed that the two women allegedly beat another woman who was providing them with housing.

MAPASTEPEC, Mexico (Reuters) - Tempers frayed among hundreds of mostly Central American migrants gathered on Wednesday in southern Mexico, delayed as Mexican officials sought to slow down the U.S.-bound flow that President Donald Trump is determined to turn back.
The Mexican government has vehemently denied changing policy in response to threats, but has appeared to slam the brakes on its practice of awarding so-called humanitarian visas that allow migrants from other countries to pass freely within its borders.
Without such papers, they are vulnerable to harassment and deportation from officials.
As many as 1,500 men, women and children traveling in a large group or caravan from Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Cuba were gathered in the town of Mapastepec in Chiapas state, unable to obtain the temporary visas.
