Yeah, every time something goes wrong the conspiracy theorists post click bait on the internet in their articles to make more revenue from the traffic that comes to their websites.

lol, no because you keep repeating the same things over and over as if your debating with me over the issue after I gave you the link where the CRS released their report(post #296) as to if a President can shut down the border or not with an EO.. I take it that your avoiding the MSM and getting information from alternate news/SM ect. and so your repeating things Trump said months ago but was settled 32 days ago when both parties had the CRS explain if it was correct or not.
I went to the report you quoted and here is what it actually says: "While the executive branch has substantially restricted alien entry pursuant to authorities triggered by a declared public health emergency, the extent to which the executive branch may rely on generally applicable immigration statutes to restrict or suspend entry on an equally broad scale remains untested. Federal statutes grant DHS general authority over operations to secure the border and specific authority to temporarily close “any ... port of entry” when necessary to protect national interests.
The courts were challenging Trump all the time because they had already become a part of the Deep State. They did not want Trump to succeed. But did you ask yourself if would be absolutely in the national interest of the USA to shut down that border completely?
Now let's be really honest. Has Mexico been waging war asymmetrically (indirectly) against the USA for a very long time? Is the flooding of the country will illegals, illicit drugs, drug traffickers, human traffickers, etc not a form of warfare? What about the war of the Mexican cartels at the same time? What about national security and the free entry of terrorists into America? If anyone would be TOTALLY HONEST the answer would be "Shut down that border until Mexico takes full responsibility. Or wage total war against Mexico and the cartels until there is a satisfactory resolution. " Mexico would make sure this was only "temporarily" because it depends on trading with the USA.
America wants to wage a prolonged proxy war against Russia to presumably "protect" Ukraine's border, but the Feds will do absolutely nothing about their own border. How do you explain that?

Oh I totally agree with what Mitch McConnell and the older GOP members have said about Passing HR2 and shutting down the border. Then again it's because I remember that Mitch voted "yea" to the 1986 Immigration Act along with 70% of the GOP members at the time. On the other hand it makes perfect sense for Trump to make comments like targeting the generation Z voters and politicians along with the Millennials because if you notice Matt Gaetz was a 4 year old baby in 1986 or M.T. Green was only 12. It's a memory thing in that if they were born after the early 80's then they don't know what was taking pace then and so their easy to convince. If you said that in the mid 80's Trump was testifying over spying on the NFL or that he then owned the New Jersey Generals or was cutting the ribbon at an Ice Skating rink they wouldn't know if you were telling the truth or not.

That document simply presents the options, and is not necessarily promoting anything. However if Biden can throw open the border with impunity and without congressional approval, then Trump can do the exact opposite with impunity. But Trump is not tough enough to totally shut down that border. He would need Nayib Bukele to get the job done.
Here's exactly why that border should have been shut down long ago. Extortion is next on the agenda.

Obrador was actually saying that the embargoes the US has on Cuba,Venezuela ect. are not working against the government rulers/elite but instead are starving the citizens of those nations(so they would keep coming because they have no option).. He was meaning if the US relaxed their embargoes and spent their money instead trying to build stronger governments in those nations those people would not need to leave.
