Is it immoral (offensive to God) to limited immigration?

Just a quick note:

1.) These verses only address how an immigrant should be treated AFTER he is allowed in.

2.) These verses DO NOT ADDRESS the issues preceding the immigration: such as whether or not a particular country should allow immigration at all, and to what degree, and at what times, and under what stipulations and conditions, and from what countries, and to what sorts of people. None of these issues, which we currently debate, are addressed in these verses or in any others.

3.) In a nutshell, neither these verses nor any others, as far as I'm aware, address the legal issues regarding how a sovereign nation should conduct it's immigration policy.

Correct, there is no biblical directive concerning what a country should or should not do as far as establishing immigration laws. I think God left that up to the magistrates. So that a Goddly nation will have Goddly magistrates and then they would do what is best for the nation.

Taking the idea immigration into our homes ,your houses. Should we have a completely open policy? Most of us have families would we not want to know the character of those we invite in? Would we invite in a drug kingpin etc.? People who are crossing the boarder illegality are starting out by breaking the laws we wish them to abide by . Kinda make sense they would lie? Legal immigration is how half my grandparents got here.

The Scriptures you are providing do not properly fit because illegal immigration is ILLEGAL! Try this one:

Romans 12:8
The one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.
Romans 2:13
For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified.
