Whoa! Is self defense still legal? I thought we were supposed to take a beating, no?
According to the prosecution, we're supposed to just lay down and let folks beat the poo outta us. 🙄

And therein is where this all starts to fall apart.
Had he stayed home (after all, at 17 years old during the time he was breaking curfew!) he would not have been a position where he felt
When I was 17 years old I was serving in the USAF.

Sounds like he used to represent the Washington Generals.

Unfortunately it could take a year at least to have your case go before a court. It is sad that in clear as day case of self defense, Kyle had to spend time in jail, on bail, media discrimination, racism, mob threats, and a week long trial forcing him to relive that horrible night.
Kyle is now in a position to sue absolutely every entity that came against him -- starting with Joe Biden for defamation. There is talk about that already. We all can thank God that a just verdict was arrived at. An exception in lawless America.

Which is why Joe Biden is angry about the verdict. Hopefully Kyle gets Joe's mansion in Delaware.

I think the takeaway from this trial is different for different people depending on what you want to believe.

For some this is an affirmation that if your life is threatened you can defend yourself even if you have a gun.

For others this means we really do need to beef up border security to keep MAGA supporters, Truck Drivers, and yes well meaning 17 year olds from crossing the Wisconsin border.

Ironically the biggest loser in all this may be Hunter Biden as he could lose his inheritance.

Speaking of such...
There is not so much a request but a demand for him to do so in order to punish those who engaged in defamation. They really want to see the MSM punished...as well as the politicians who did so.
