Yes,I had to complete it once I started. That trial moved fast.8 days for opening and witnesses, 9 for closing and jury instruction.10 tomorrow they begin deliberating.

The DA's office is terrible and insuffentient. Its a wonder anyone in that county gets convicted.

He was in the wrong place for a kid of 17 and carrying a gun. Those people were adults and determined to do damage.

People under 25 have undergrown frontal lobes, they can't have empathy, sympathy or compassion. Their reasoning and rational is dwarfed by self.

Its either gonna be self defense ( which I believe) or hung jury!
What?! My kids show compassion, sympathy, and empathy. Many kids have that capability.

The frontal lobe is where impulse control is located, along with rational thinking. If anything, their ability to drive, vote, marry, and join the military would be under question since they technically can't make logical, rational decisions.

What are your thoughts ?
I think the purpose of the riots was to cause chaos, destabilize the US and remove Trump. I think we are in the midst of the overthrow of the US and we will see God's judgement on this globalist multinational corporations shortly.

Kyle is sadly caught in the middle of these big players, I think it was his uncle who hired him to provide security and if you want to blame someone blame the uncle, it was irresponsible of him to put a kid in that situation.

I also blame all those idiot NBA players who made things worse. Schills for the CCP with the nerve to talk about slavery when they are in fact slave masters.

I don't think the Biden regime will last much longer, but it served its purpose to distract and confuse Americans until the time of judgement. They are pretending that 40% of America still supports Biden but I suspect it is much closer to 30% and if the threats of the mob outside the courthouse convince the jury to convict this will drop to less than 20%.

I think that Biden, Harris, the Border, Afghanistan, Inflation, and yes Kyle are all serving the purpose of waking up Americans from the mesmerizing TV garbage that has them completely befuddled.

My thoughts today with closing arguments?

First off the political pressure on the DA from the Mayor is over the top...they have tried cheating and lying the whole time just to convict Kyle.

They would rather flush an honestly good and extremely honest kid than face the consequences of their own actions. That part alone disgusts me.

The prosecutor knows the legal history of Grosskreutz...knows that it's absolutely disgusting too... physically assaulting your grandmother? Drunken brandishing of a firearm? Beating his girlfriend...and on and on it goes. Knows that Grosskreutz is a member of a couple alt-left militant organizations...

Knows the history of Anthony Huber is worse than Grosskreutz....knows that Rosenbaum is wacko and a multiple count child rapist and had beaten his girlfriend for turning him in to his probation officer for porn on his phone.

But...

The mayor of Kenosha wanted riots so Trump wouldn't get elected.

But the wheels came off the case as the truth came out.

So today the prosecution gave reasons for reasonable doubt of self defense instead of beyond a reasonable doubt of guilt.

Time for a reckoning. Independence Day.

I recently saw that CNN has seen a 76% drop in viewers and MSNBC has seen a 69% drop.

These two stations are no longer "mainstream". I heard their coverage of the Rittenhouse trial and I was stunned at how despicable it was. It reminded me of Sodom where the mob wanted to rape the two angels that came to Lot. God needs to hear the cries that are going up.

Think about this ratings drop, prior to all this garbage a few years ago CNN and MSNBC had about 50% of the viewers and Fox the other 50%. since then they both took a very big hit so that combined they probably now have 20% of the viewers and for the most part these are "brainless" viewers and I don't mean that as an insult. I mean the TVs are running in the background at airports with the sound off, or in waiting rooms, or other places where no one is listening or even choosing to listen.

Meanwhile Bannon's viewers have gone through the roof as have Bongino's and Tucker's, etc.

NY Times being replaced by Project Veritas. Twitter being replaced by GETR, Facebook replaced by Trump's new site.

You would have to be a rabid racist filled with hate to think Kyle is guilty and MSNBC and CNN are now only speaking to these rabid racists filled with hate.

I still can't get past a 17 YO at a protest/riot with an AR15. In fact, I can't get past him there with any type of weapon. I'm 80 YO, grew up with firearms, have had a CC for many years, and am armed most of the time. I would not now, nor never in the past placed myself in a position where I would have to use it.

This 17 YO's action may be self defense, but he demonstrated no common sense.

Well the difference is that you actually remember the riots of the past... understand what they are and can estimate the environment they create...

Both of Kyle's parents and Kyle himself flat out didn't understand what they were. They knew the term and some of what happened in them but with the glossy news stories about them...
It just didn't register.

And still no word yet of the verdict...
Only thing was they requested information on self defense.

And it's late in the day already. That's nuts...but whatever. I can't believe they are having this hard of a time figuring this stuff out.
But the jury has 8 women 4 men and one person of color on it.

If it goes hung into mistrial... well then that's it. It will be declared mistrial with prejudice.

If you can download the Radio Waves app onto your phone, scroll down to

Next step is use cursive and to click on Station. Use cursive to go to and click Search.

WLIP is Talk Radio in Kenosha. They are right there in real time. The're the station I will

I suspect they are super nervous and want to read through all the evidence first before taking a vote. I also suspect they are nervous about the mob and the threats or retaliation.

Well everyone should read this and hope that the jurors understand what justice is all about:
Rittenhouse Judge Tells Jury to Ignore Biden, Who Once Suggested Teen is a 'White Supremacist'
If the jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial weren’t already aware of the high-stakes politics surrounding their deliberations, Judge Bruce Schroeder has made it absolutely clear. In his instructions on Monday, Schroeder emphasized that the jury must make its decision on its own, without interference from anywhere — especially not from President Joe Biden. “You will pay no heed to the opinions of anyone — even the president of the United States or the president before him,” Schroeder said. The video of that part of Schroer’s instructions can be seen here.

To anyone who’s followed the Rittenhouse case, it’s obvious why Schroeder felt that instruction was necessary — and it wasn’t because of Donald Trump

The Aug. 25, 2020, shooting was a national story from the moment it took place, with the mainstream media, leftist activists and major figures in the Democratic Party rushing to paint the then-17-year-old Rittenhouse as a savage racist hellbent on causing trouble among demonstrators protesting a police shooting of a black man in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

At an Aug. 30, 2020, news briefing, in fact, then-President Trump was asked if he would “condemn the actions of vigilantes like Kyle Rittenhouse.” Trump has rarely been accused of being overly judicial in his choice of words, but this time, his answer was dead on. “We’re looking at all of it. And that was an interesting situation,” he said.
“You saw the same tape as I saw. And he was trying to get away from them, I guess, it looks like. And he fell, and then they very violently attacked him. And it was something that we’re looking at right now, and it’s under investigation.”In other words, after giving a brief summary of what it “looks like” on video seen by virtually the entire country, Trump concluded only that “it’s under investigation.”

Unfortunately for the cause of the American system of justice, Trump’s then-Democratic opponent Joe Biden and his presidential campaign showed no such restraint.
In an Aug. 27 interview with CNN, Biden acknowledged his own ignorance about the case, but immediately suggested through his response to a question from Anderson Cooper that Rittenhouse was a “militia” member who had gone to Kenosha with criminal intent — and, of course, Biden then attacked Trump for not attacking “white supremacy.”

And that was no slip of the tongue in the middle of a television interview.
In a Twitter post published after the first Trump-Biden debate (a debacle moderated by a disastrous Chris Wallace of Fox News), Biden used Rittenhouse’s image in a video, again attacking Trump for allegedly failing to denounce “white supremacists.” Nothing like a presidential campaign ad to poison a jury pool.

Rittenhouse’s mother, Wendy Rittenhouse, took to Fox News’ “Hannity” program last week to blast Biden for the ad. “When I saw that, I was in shock, I was angry,” she said.
“President Biden don’t know my son whatsoever, and he’s not a white supremacist. He’s not a racist. And he did that for the votes.” “And I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son. He defamed him,” Rittenhouse said. That’s putting it mildly.

Fair-minded Americans should be disgusted at the political posturing that’s surrounded the Rittenhouse case, as left-wing politicians and media outlets that normally drip with sympathy for criminal defendants howl for the blood of a teenager who defended himself while caught in a potentially deadly situation.

And fair-minded Americans should be praying that those jurors in the case really are immune to the politics outside the courthouse. To come to a just verdict, they need to disregard everything but the facts of the criminal case and how they apply to Wisconsin self-defense law. That means disregarding the intense political pressure that’s surrounding the case from the left. And it especially means disregarding statements from the man now in the White House.

Kenosha residents are terrified that if Rittenhouse is not found guilty they could see a return to mostly peaceful protests from the previous year that burned half the city to the ground.

Yes, ignore the mob outside, ignore the President who may have the IRS audit you if you disagree with him, ignore the DOJ that may classify you as a domestic terrorist and ignore the CNN and MSNBC anchors who will definitely accuse you of being a white supremacist should you find him not guilty. I want you to ignore the incredibly steep price you will pay should you go against the mob. Your job is to judge righteous judgement despite the government not doing their job to keep the city safe.

They have the verdict but want Rittenhouse to defend the courthouse from the mob prior to reading the verdict.

https://babylonbee.com/news/kyle-ri...nd-the-courthouse-while-verdict-is-being-read
This trial has been too publicized and too politicized. Biden suggesting that Rittenhouse is a 'white supremacist' only made matters worse. When will politicians (and also celebrities) just learn to keep their big mouths shut and allow the court to give him a fair trial and decide his fate. The government needs to properly deal with mobs and allow law enforcement to do their jobs.

Yup. So they CAN have compassion, empathy, and sympathy. You said "cant", like it was an absolute. But according to your links, they HAVE those emotions they just don't have "fast acting connections" like us older folk do.

Honestly, I witness more empathy, compassion, and sympathy in children than I ever see in adults. Or is it just that adults have become hard hearted?

This is not a complicated case, do you think that Kyle Rittenhouse was guilty of murder beyond a reasonable doubt? The answer is obviously no. 99% of these trials would have had a verdict in an hour, the only difference with this one is the lies from the media, the mob outside, the National guard lining the street, the threats of being doxed to the jury, and the hate filled speech from Biden and others.

19 The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground. 2 “My lords,” he said, “please turn aside to your servant’s house. You can wash your feet and spend the night and then go on your way early in the morning.”

“No,” they answered, “we will spend the night in the square.”

3 But he insisted so strongly that they did go with him and entered his house. He prepared a meal for them, baking bread without yeast, and they ate.

Why was Lot so insistent about them not staying in the square, were there riots in Sodom?

4 Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. 5 They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.”

We have a mob outside screaming to rape the two messengers from God. Seems like Sodom is really strongly against God and anyone who is sent from God.

6 Lot went outside to meet them and shut the door behind him 7 and said, “No, my friends. Don’t do this wicked thing. 8 Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don’t do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof.”

Most people are horrified when they hear this but take a look at the Rittenhouse trial, let's toss the 17 year old kid to the wolves.

9 “Get out of our way,” they replied. “This fellow came here as a foreigner, and now he wants to play the judge! We’ll treat you worse than them.” They kept bringing pressure on Lot and moved forward to break down the door.

That is what they were there for, to determine whether or not the city was guilty of sin before God, so these people are not wrong. This is all about a trial, the battle is between God as the judge and the mob.

10 But the men inside reached out and pulled Lot back into the house and shut the door. 11 Then they struck the men who were at the door of the house, young and old, with blindness so that they could not find the door.

We saw this too. The Prosecutor argued that the minute you use a gun for self defense it is no longer self defense?! What? Is he blind? Who would say such a stupid thing. Another prosecutor said "sometime you just need to take a beating"! What? A 35 year old convicted pedophile is trying to fight you, a guy with a skateboard whacks you in the head, two other convicted felons attack you, some have guns pointed at your head and you are "supposed to take a beating"?! They have been struck with blindness and are completely unable to find the door. No one is going to buy those arguments.
