Twelve people have been shot dead at the headquarters of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris, say police.
Two masked gunmen are reported to have stormed the offices of the controversial publication, which has previously been attacked over its portrayal of the Prophet Mohammed.


They were armed with Kalashnikov rifles and are also believed to have had a rocket-propelled grenade. According to the AFP news agency, the attackers shouted: "We have avenged the prophet."

I fear and then pray for those of you on the other side of the pond. I have a cousin very close to me that lives in London.I try not to fear for he and his wife.I'm hoping they move home to Canada but nowhere is safe as long as we stick our fingers in our ears,cover our eyes and ignore these jackals.As I watched the cop lying in the street begging for mercy just before he was shot again tears flowed.We are seeing evil akin to the Nazis,no mercy,no humanity. for any moslems that might see this, please understand not all christians call for the deaths of other cultures and Jesus never calls us to do so. Many christians follow Jesus's commands and love and pray for their enemies.
