Why can't you Bernie babes get it? Socialism don't work...never had, never will ....
I already get it. Complete socialism won't work... we clearly agree with that. Where we disagree is that capitalism alone won't work either. It needs to be balanced by socialistic programs and institutions like the US does. The discussion/argument people have is "how much socialism do we need to thrive?" Bernie happens to think we need a lot more.

In all honesty, I don't even advocate for everything Bernie proposes. At least, not all at once. I think it should be phased in to avoid growing in debt at an even greater level.

Fortunately, not even Bernie wants the US to be completely socialist.

I know it's difficult for some to understand, but socialism and capitalism can co-exist. Not only can it... it has for the US for decades.

I know Republicans hate the idea of the state intervening in economics (they will shout "socialism" and/or "communism"), but had the US listened to people like Sanders about Wall Street's lack of regulation along with the corruption of big banks, I don't think there would have been the economic disaster of 2008 that we saw.
Yes we hate the idea of big government ..for very good and real reasons. Our Constitution was written to restrict that very thing..and that's why America had prospered above all nations. Freedom of worship and from government of men.

They should of let Wall Street fall IMO, I think they need to stop trying to prop up the economy and just let it take its course! Economics is like a living creature, sometimes businesses will go under and the market will go down, but it will always go back up, it doesn't need to be bailed out. There will always be people buying stock and trading. It doesn't need Mr. Big government to come save the day. Just let it take its course. Because what you end up with is exactly what we are going through right now. An inflated economy that will surely fall sooner or later because it isn't natural. The Feds just keep pumping money in so that stock holders don't freak out and sell everything they got. But sooner or later the economy is just going to bust. If from the beginning they just let the market take its course and let some businesses fail then others will take their place and the economy would be fine. But the politicians didn't want the people backing up their campaigns to run out of money so they bail them out. Hahahha our politics are just going to kill the economy any way. No matter who gets in office its inevitable at this point.

The irony is that Bernie was massively against the bail outs. I get it... he's far left, but Trump was more left than Bernie on this issue... Remember when Trump was praising Obama for his bailouts?

You believe that? You believe a socialist getting elected to the Presidency is not going to push for taxes across the board on every working person? I know you're not that naïve.
his proposals are public & have been public for a long time. they are very straightforward.

what you're saying is that you don't care about the facts; you're happy to just judge him purely on the basis of wild, uninformed imagination.

And you're drinking Kool Aid if you believe a socialist doesn't want YOUR money.

The bail outs are not the issue ... the reason we needed the bailouts and our economy is in a wreck is because of left-wing agendas ... Constitutional conservatives are not defined by big money but by the common honest working man who desires liberty to shape his own society according to his own conscience before God.

Bernie Sanders is at least being fairly honest about his stances. Trump is slithering from left to right and from blood shed to pro life. I bet he's laughing like ole LBJ did back in the 60s whenever he's thinking about his "beloved" electorate. No ma'am, I ain't gonna vote no Yankee from NYC into the White House.

I'll add to that. What she wants is government oversight on how we raise our children.

Socialists are only honest when admitting they enjoy molesting the Constitution.

I would if I was a chick. Those gold plated faucets are very tempting from a girls perspective. I could have as many pairs of shoes as I wanted. Lol. I'd be like Amelda Marcos.

I can't tell you how much I dislike so many of those liberal PC -isms' like it takes a village. And the sad part is, they say it enough, people just start to believe it.
I can say, I am the father, so I am the one responsible and making the decisions, and I am raising my kids Christian, and to have good manners and respect, and to work and do their best to not depend on Govt for money.
So that right there rules out the village as they define it. They just want to brainwash people to allow the govt to have a say in indoctrinating our kids. Gay marriage, abortion, sexual promiscuity, all roads lead to one God (man, how to people believe that? I can't tell you how many liberal Catholics I have talked to go for that. I am shocked when they tell me that) America is just like very other country (well the way they are going, they are getting their way) Islam is a peaceful religion, and so on.
My village is Jesus Christ and the hosts in Heaven, and my earthly Christian brothers and sisters.

Inflation is a tax. It's one that isn't voted on. It's the net result of an electorate that says spend more money on us but don't raise our taxes.
