Like I said earlier, seems Syria has turned into a proving ground for new weapons systems. Who knows, before too long you might see the TERMINATOR! lol :)
Not only a proving ground, but a place to get rid of old munitions, and develop marketing tools to sell their weapons to other countries (see what we can do!). They video virtually every operation.

Here's a pretty interesting youtube channel I found not too long ago called South Front that provides pretty regular updates on WW3, particularly the Syria theater. It seems they are pro-Russian, so be mindful of the slant. Nevertheless, has proved to be a fairly decent news source for the war in Syria.

Seems with the victory in Homs that Assad and the Russians are now focusing hard on Aleppo, the very heart of the war of Syria.

You mean Petman?

He's still undergoing tests, not quite battlefield ready yet.
Yeah, I noticed they didn't take the cables from off his shoulders that were holding him up. If they did, he would probably fall flat on the ground and they could call him turtle man. LOL! :)

Lol I think the cables are actually a power source. Petman has actually come a pretty far way in development, been watching DARPA's robot program for a few years.

Anyways so as to not digress too far from the subject, here is a lil clip of the Platform-M robot mentioned in Sir HeRoseFromTheDead's article.

Terrorists fronts are collapsing quickly. Supply lines are getting choked off. Here's a video showing jihadists in a firefight throwing rocks because they ran out of ammo.

Lol reminds me of me and my former Marine friend making up our own subtitles to the war footage.

"Over 100 days of the operation conducted by the Russian Aerospace Forces in Syria, 217 populated areas and over 1,000 square kilometers were freed from terrorists."

"Since September 30, 2015, the Russian Aerospace Forces have carried out 5,662 sorties, including 145 sorties carried out by missile-carrying strategic aircraft and long-range bombers, 97 launches of cruise missiles both sea and land based have been carried out," Lt. Gen. Sergey Rudskoy, chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, told reporters.

This thing is just bad.

"According to the manufacturer, the Vitebsk can protect the helicopter from anti-aircraft threats in a range of several hundred kilometers, determining who is aiming at the aircraft and, once a missile is fired by a MANPADS (Man Portable Air Defense System), forcing it away from the designated target."

Neat interactive map of Syria showing ongoing battles. Click on stuff; shows pictures and videos to the right. Pretty cool.

Map of Syrian Civil war/ Global conflict in Syria - liveuamap.com
Play by play action of warfare, kind of like watching sports replays, but just a bit bloodier. I always wondered if the world could get as bad as it was in the days of the Roman Colosseum and their blood lust for sport. Seems live video killings posted by ISIS and live news feeds of war might be the next big thrill for many of the worlds blood thirsty viewers.

I live in USA. Past couple weeks I've had a real problem dealing with all the biases media regarding Russia and Putin. It sickens me that people here do not see how easily they are swayed by propaganda.

As a former service member of the military, a taxpayer, and Christian...do not think that the vast majority of dogs pretending to be leaders of nations care about foreign citizens anymore than their national citizens. The only numbers they care about out votes and checks into their bank.

And if you think PUTIN is a monster...take a look at the number of military attacks the united states has made on foreign soil compared to Russia or any other country for that matter. Also know this. Russia spends 50 billion dollars annually on defense spending. America...close to 600 billion annually. Look at the number of military installations across the globe we have compared to ANY other nation. Look at the number of middle eastern governments and populations we have destabilized...why? For our "safety". Please.

America created Isis just like most other terrorist groups in the middle east. This happens because time and time again we fund and militarily arm a group we call the " moderate rebels"... Basically we train and arm the terrorists that serve a purpose in destabilizing the government we don't like. Then that group splinters into several factions. That's when we no longer call them moderate rebels and call them terrorists....only once they've stopped benefitting us in some way.

Keep in mind. Putin SHOWED the money trail of who was funding ISIS. You didnt find that article in our news why? Because the answer was us along with allies like Turkey...and that type of information just can't be shown to its citizens.

In the words of mark twain...any time you find yourself on the side of the majority, its time to pause and reflect. Think about next time something happens in this country where everyone is saying the same thing...similar to 9-11 and starting 3 wars at once with XOUNTRIES when the real enemy was probably the equivalent to something like the KKK in terms of its size and operation.
