In truth there is no evidence Mr.Brown was part of the robbery. Nor is there evidence the store video shows Mr.Brown in the commission of the robbery, nor present as an accomplice to the robbery.
We're not talking about the witness here. And it is assuming facts not in evidence to proclaim the witness was partnered to Mr.Brown, when there is no evidence of that.

Please don't berate others opinions on this issue when you're making unsubstantiated allegations in the process.

The ''witness'' who said Brown had his hands up was his partner in the store robbery...and has been arrested for that crime.

Consider the source before you support a testimony that seems to be completely blown out of the water by other witnesses....

I know it fits your preconceptions of bad white cop and innocent little black boy but facts and liberalism have never been introduced anyways so...

There is, so far, no evidence against the police officer and plenty against Brown.....amazing people can see that any other way but then Trayvon Martin proved the preset thinking of the left.

You sound very aggressive and angry here. And being you're not an American you have no idea what the climate is like in Ferguson.
Dr.Badden, retained to conduct a private autopsy, determined this young man was shot 6 times. Twice in the head. One wound was in the arm and could have been a defensive wound, he said.
Could have? Does that mean he doesn't know? Who gets the benefit of the doubt in a criminal investigation? Who is innocent until proven guilty?

Six shots are excessive considering police are told to aim center mass when discharging a firearm so as to stop an assailant. This young man retained 4 wounds to the body and two bullet wounds to the head. [/quote]

What I saw was 4 wounds to an arm (which would not stop someone), a 5th wound to the top of the head, which may have not stopped someone as near the scalp, and a 6th shot at or above the eye. That appears to me to have been the stopper bullet.

Witnesses said he had his hands up at the time he was shot.
Who said that besides the one companion (probably accessory in the robber)? And hasn't that companion now admitted that he lied?

No evidence? Have you seen the video? Hasn't the accomplice admitted he lied and now given a statement to the police as to the fact of their robbery?

Do authorities say that is Michael Brown in the video? Does Michael Brown appear in the video?

In court, if a witness lies once on the stand, all of their testimony prior to and after that lie can be deemed not credible. Because they swore an oath to tell the truth prior to sitting in the witness box.

An admitted thief who's robbing a store lies about Michael Brown and now allegedly recants his testimony about Michael Brown? When that alleged witness is a robber?

Boom! Weasel Zippers as a source? Nuff said.

If this report turns out true will you offer an apology? If False I sure will.

Also, will you advocate the arrest and prosecution of every person that engaged in rioting and looting?

Holder wanted that video suppressed. It came to light because of the sunshine laws. It clearly shows the 290 pound brown shoving a much smaller store clerk. Fifty bucks worth of cigars cost this young man his life.

If we lose our trust in the rule of law we are headed for uncontrolled chaos. This is of course the real goal of some in our country. Noticed that some real dummies have been carrying ISIS signs in these protests. They would be happy to bring out the cop and cut his head off in public. Somebody better wake up or this is going to get real ugly.

Authorities, along with the Brown family attorney, say it appears to be him in the video. So while it is not proof, I think it can be accurately described as evidence.

And the problems for Ferguson keep mounting. This MC might seem like they are doing good in this community, asking for citizens to stop looting but unless this particular MC is different from the ones in Georgia, BEWARE! The Outcast MC in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida is organized crime, they get lesser known gangs to run drugs and weapons, and are involved in prostitution. They avoid jail by forcing lesser gangs to do grunt work for recognition or protection or whatever. I have personally seen them riding their motorcycles recklessly in groups with terrible lyrics blaring, the women of the MC go to family restaurants dressed in fish net with only essentials covered with Property of Outcast patches. Beware Ferguson, the police might seem like the enemy but these men are devils.

CNN reported that Brown family lawyer, Benjamin Crump, said that the person in the video appears to be Michael Brown and the two were seen by many witnesses carrying cigars afterwards.

I haven't seen a MSM outlet yet state Dorian Johnson recanted; however, that is being reported on non-MSM blogs, etc...

Read this: ‘A dozen witnesses’ say Ferguson teen attacked cop before shooting | New York Post

"Multiple witnesses in riot-torn Ferguson, Mo., said that the unarmed black teen killed by a white cop attacked the officer in his patrol car before the teen was shot, according to a new report.

'Police sources tell me more than a dozen witnesses have corroborated cop’s version of events in shooting,' St. Louis Post-Dispatch crime reporter Christine Byers tweeted, without elaborating."

Here's one of those witnesses accounts:

"The cop encountered Brown and his pal Dorian Johnson walking down the middle of a street, pulled up and ordered them onto the sidewalk.
Wilson then noticed the pair were carrying cigars, and had heard the report of the robbery and recognized the pair as possible suspects.

'And he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know, those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them,' Josie said.

Wilson, she said, 'tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.

And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and then Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off,' Josie said.

Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So he stands up and yells, ‘Freeze!’ Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him... And then all the sudden he just started bum-rushing him. He just started coming at him full speed,” she told the station.

'So [Wilson] really thinks [Brown] was on something, because he just kept coming. It was unbelievable. And so he finally ended up, the final shot was in the forehead, and then he fell about two to three feet in front of the officer,' she said."

^ That's just good police work.

(Giving my thoughts here) You know what this whole case has blinded most people to take their eyes off the real mastermind here. We are dealing with satanic warfare this case is causing hatred, tension, anmosity, and distrust between people.
Why are all of sudden cases like this are just springing up out of nowhere?
we need to remember that we don't wrestle with flesh and blood but spiritually we do there is no point in imprisoning the police men because the demonic spirits that were using them are just going to leave their bodies and jump and to someone else's and the real culprit behind this gets away scot free.
The people that are rallying and protesting are causing divsion with their emotions and feelings.Who are we to command justice when we don't even know what true justice is? It's only going to get worse if we don't intercede for each other and fight Satan and his Demons instead of each other because right now they're laughing at us because they suceed in putting us against each other.AGAIN! The same wisdom that was use to caused Adam and Eve to point fingers at each other when neither was right is the same that's going on.

Shawn Parcells’ credentials, role in Michael Brown autopsy questioned by doctors | fox4kc.com

Shawn Parcells’ credentials, role in Michael Brown autopsy questioned by doctors
POSTED 7:42 PM, AUGUST 19, 2014

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City man is now front and center in the controversial shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. Shawn Parcells owns a company that provides autopsy services, and some in the forensic community are taking issue with his involvement in this or any other case.

Parcells owns National Forensic Autopsy and Recovery Services. He says lawyers for the family of Michael Brown contacted him because of his expertise in gunshot wounds.

“I am a forensic pathologist assistant and medical investigator,” Parcells told FOX 4’s Shannon O’Brien.
However, that’s something of a dubious title according to forensic pathologist Dr. Erik Mitchell.
“That is a degree that does not exist in my knowledge, except in the mind of Shawn Parcells,” Dr. Mitchell said.
Dr. Mitchell takes issue with Parcells’ title.

“You cannot claim the title, because it is a formal, licensable position. You can assist somebody; in this way I can say, for instance, I have paid my taxes, so I am an assistant President of the United States,” Dr. Mitchell said.

Parcells admits he has no certification as a pathology assistant, but says his qualification comes from experience.

“I worked there as a forensic assistant for about a year. And if I remember correctly that was 2005 to 2006. That was under Dr. Young,” Parcells said.
That’s Dr. Thomas Young, the former Jackson County Medical Examiner.
“And that’s honestly where I gained a lot of my experience,” Parcells said.
Parcells says his training began in 1997 when he interned with Dr. Young, until he was hired in the mid-2000’s.

Dr. Young responded with this statement:
“Shawn hung out at the Jackson County Medical Examiner’s office but was not trained by me.”…. “He has been representing himself in a way that is not appropriate by giving forensic pathology opinions when he is not qualified to do so.”
“He has none of the qualifications that are required. He has experience as a morgue technician, somebody who would move bodies around, clean up after an autopsy,” Dr. Mitchell said.

Parcells says he has detractors because of a competitive system.
“A lot of this was started because I have competitors who I was taking business from. And the coroners, also, is a very political system. It’s buddy-buddy, who’s your buddy?” Parcells said.
Dr. Mitchell doesn’t agree.

“Jealousy has nothing to do with the issue with Parcells. Parcells is practicing medicine without a license,” he said.
Parcells says he and Dr. Baden are offering their services for free to the Brown family. Only their travel and related expenses are being paid for.

The circus movie plot continues.
what is it now, 4 autopsies? Local County, private autopser, "Justice" dept, FBI? If it ever gets to trial, that could be interesting. This thing even seems to have a magic bullet. Maybe someone will claim there was a 2nd shooter behind a grassy hole (the hole has MJ in it).

Police came under “heavy gunfire”: Ferguson's ninth night of violence sees two shot and 78 arrested | Mail Online

^ The leftards are in full bloom. Molotov cocktails, shooting at police, injuring innocent people, looting and robbing innocent store owners, vandalizing and destroying innocent people's property, etc...
There are two problems with that article. First, last nights protest was by far the calmest, though there were many arrests. On the main street, near the McDonald's, only four canisters of tear gas were shot into the crowd. The crowd mostly complied with the officers. The officers seemed far calmer than they have in days. The second is that its combining pictures from Monday and Tuesday in an article about Tuesday nights protest. Monday was violent, Tuesday was tense. No matter what, tense is better than violent.

That article was published on August 18, 2014 not today.

Obviously I'm glad the leftards have calmed down some since then as that means fewer innocent people are being victimized by them.
