Maybe early on. At this point now it is plain, Trump is there in part to cut the GOP's hedges and remove a Bush. However, Trump in a dilemma he has made a lot of enemies lately and he is forced by his ego to fight them. He needs an opening to drop out and save face, but first, let him continue to uproot the Bush. Hillary shall play right along into it surely, wrongly perceiving Bush as her main rival. However there is a drawback. Depending what Trump says and does it's possible the GOP itself could be widely viewed as a clown car and thus drive away key voters even if the GOP picked the best driver in the whole race.
Kasich is still chugging ahead, got a good record, good personality, fair-handed in his governance. If Trump and Bush are removed and more people can become aware of Kasich as the most qualified candidate of either party you may have a chance to beat Hillary.
