Halloween?

It's not a religious holiday at all.
It's named after the famous explorer, Captain Halloween, who, for the record,
never even made it to the mainland...
he just landed on some islands, where he killed a lot of natives, and then stole their pumpkins.

Where does the "great pumpkin" fit in to all of this? Thats what I want to know!

I enjoy Halloween :p I celebrate it every year :p

And I think the claim that its a pagan holiday is kinda weak. Like, pagans and wiccans will tell you its "their" holiday, but honestly Im 100% sure its really just a holiday made by the candy manufacturers in the US created for the sake of selling candy, and the whole being based on witches thing is really just used to make the day seem more spooky for the sake of making excitement for the holiday. But in all reality it has little to nothing to do with that holiday :p

And besides, that group of people, they call EVERY holiday their holiday, its more of an attention getter for them than anything else, Id say :p If were worried about celebrating a pagan holiday, ask yourself. How much do you know about that pagan holiday that some people claim it to be? Little to nothing? Haha I am not worried about it myself :p

Wait... So you're saying Black Friday is about materialistic things? I would have never guessed. I just thought people fought to save half off over a flat screen TV just for fun.

What's patriotic about celebrating a thieving genocidal maniac?..maybe we should celebrate by " discovering" someone's house then forcing them to move.
He was a cruel man! How dare he slaughter natives? All they were doing was raping their women, sticking them in a hut for nine months until the babies were born for a nice banquet of baby legs for the boys. How dare he import his religious beliefs to those innocent men?

Yes, we must wipe out all vestiges of anything that sniffs of WASP and lift high the alternative pagan cultures. ROFL
***********************
in·dig·e·nous

inˈdijənəs/

adjective

originating or occurring naturally in a particular place; native.

"the indigenous peoples of Siberia"
****************************************

The term is good for evolutionists, not creationists, since the only place man originated from was the Garden, all else are occupiers of God's earth.

Or we could call it man who didn't really discover America day. I grew out of celebrating imaginary things as a child does

Yes it is certainly hard to get the real facts behind Columbus. As the article itself said he wasnt a perfect person by a long shot. The problem is you cant get down to the facts about him because of so much revisionist history.Almost everything I looked up had a liberal slant to it. And as the article said there are two reasons far left liberals would want to revise his history,he was a Christian and no one want to tell the truth about Muslims.Far left libs will defend Muslims at any cost. So where you you find the unvarnished, not revised truth about Columbus? I dont know. The first three pages on google were far left slanted. Almost impossible to find the truth about anyone anymore.
If anyone wants to find out the truth about Columbus, start by researching that "red cross" painted on the sails of his ships.

Many "such people" had their history "rewritten" to make them heroes. They are rarely known for their true missions & motives..... That information would blow your mind.

Columbus called his discovery "The New World" ..... even then, they already knew the great plan of the missing fourth word.

Yep..... that's a hint of how dangerous Columbus really was..... Dude653 was only scratching the surface.:)
