I'm going to ask you this question,
and I need you to take it serious,
take time to think about it, consider it carefully.
no games, no mocking or making fun,
because it's a major life decision
on my part, but I am an adult,
I make my own decisions.

Do you want me to be there
for you?

I could wait till later on another time for you,
if you wanted me to, as long as it takes,
however long you needed.
You are worth it.

Just say yes or no,
but don't take this lightly because
it is my life in your hands.

just a heads up,
mocking or making fun of what I said counts as a no,
and remaining silent also counts as a no.
You can't use other people to say it for you,
it has to come from you.
I'm serious about this, I hope that you are too.

I don't want to rush anything, it's just
with the short time span that I have,
I think I can afford at least one.

of course if he said no,
or didn't say anything at all,
that would be okay too..

This way he can't ever say I
didn't try.
It might not be a big deal for most people,
but it is for me.
Not as easy as most think, at
least for me.
It would be nice to be in another persons shoes
where it was easier to do..

this is in no way going to be romantic,
