I enjoy a conversation about nothing in particular but not so much talking to myself. Think I'll make my way to the Bible Discussion Forum and possibly stir things up a bit. I did have a good nap though so it's not all bad.
What a horrible place! My faith in God was questioned, called obscene names, and threatened with bodily harm. People saying that I was going to hell and they were thanking God that they were not like me.

Never had catsoup but blue lady bug gave me some lovely nutritious cat spit the other day for my cuppa tea I kid you not man she is so helpful I'm going to PM her too lol :D

In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will avoid persecution, - April fools!

In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, (2 Timothy 3:12). Welcome to the Life of Christ.

G'Day to you HUFL, I'll sure say a prayer for your 'puter. If you are using Windows 10: their upgrade keeps messing with my apps. You'd think after all these years they should be able to put a less buggy software.

I used to develop apps with Clipper using a dBase III+ language subset. It had some C and C++ routines. The backbone of the software had a memory problem and it kept erasing data. I had to quit using it and it eventually bankrupted my computer business. I didn't sue, I just gave it to the Lord and claimed Rom. 8:28.

Can't even stay in word - but I can stay in the Word hardihaharharhar No weapons formed against me etc etc :D

"I do, I do" ... Wait - I didn't make too much of a commitment there did I? LOL:rolleyes:. I do know you by now!
The last time I said "I do" was on Thanksgiving Day was in our hotel room on the strip at the Hilton in Las Vegas. My wife had arranged beforehand to have a local minister affiliated with her church to marry us. My wife told me that he was hesitant to do so seeing that it was to be on Thanksgiving but could hear on the phone his wife saying "Go ahead and marry those kids. You can watch football when you get back". We were very grateful and gave him a sizable tip for doing this.

There were two bellhops and a maid for witnesses. They were very excited to be part of a wedding ceremony. The Hilton gave us a free Thanksgiving meal in their dining room for getting married in their hotel. Nice peeps there.

Before this happened I asked my soon to be wife if she would like us to get married at the Little Wedding Chapel a block away and have Elvis perform the ceremony. She said "I don't".

Getting married is a calculated risk but after all, we were in Vegas and taking risks is what happens there.

This was one of the best decisions I have ever made and have no regrets.

My wife just walked down the stairs. Game on. Will be imbibing on freshly squeezed orange juice in a few minutes. Actually it comes in a cardboard container but it was squeezed though. On second thought, maybe it was squished. It has a nice orange color, probably from the food dye. I will have to shake well.

Imbibing is a good word- very particular! :D

For some reason, the word "imbibing" reminds me of the sound one makes when bobbing for apples............:p

Imbibing - is cool! "How dry I am; how wet I'll be; if I don't find the bathroom key; I'm imbibing now and it is so eloquent, but I can't find my ride - the Elephant!" So let the sun shine in faces all aglow I'm imbibing so ...Yada yada yada
