I have two dogs that I did not name myself. The first one is a tiny black dog called Rain (גשם), she was an abandoned 9 months old dog that a charity organization picked up. She received that name at the organization, and for lack of creativity I kept it. Five years later I adopted my second dog who was three months old at the time, called Snow (שלג) because he was white. He received the name from the people who found him locked in a trash bin, but they already had two dogs so they couldn't keep him and we took him. They are complete opposites in every way, and the names are such a coincidence!
