What a messed up day.

Has anyone else here been in a huge hurry and tried to sharpen their pen by mistake?

You like ALL the Star Trek series? Hmph! Any real nerd would debate you for a while about some of the more questionable Star Trek spin-offs. :p

The real question is can you reformat a hard drive and configure Debian?

I am a closet nerd. Lol! Not really, it's pretty obvious that I am. :D

Nerds are awesome though.

While I would fit right in with most of the responders here, I would self-identify as a geek, not a nerd. That was middle school for me. Geeks are cool. Sort of. Well, we like to think we are. Among ourselves. In our online communities which accept us without judgment.

Nerd, geek, whatever; these handles originated as insults from people who were typically more popular, more physically coordinated, better looking, richer, and had lower grades. Now that we have all grown, and some of us have matured, we recognize the inherent jealousy in the insult and accept it as a badge of honour.

I'll see you all at the next Comic-Con! I'll be the one in the Master Sergeant getup.

Blessings,
Dino

I went into an entire discussion about tires over dinner.

I also do this about things like valves, computers, and refineries.

There may be hope yet.... there may be hope.
