I know, right? It was pretty amazing for a sham LOL

Still, I only made it once :D
I didn't want to eat it again because of all the carbs and no fruit....I mean really what's the point except for more calories... Only tourist could afford to eat that....and he would really want the apples. lol

I've had the Ritz cracker pie and it is pretty good.

When a girl makes me a pie...

I don't expect it to be made out of something from last year's Superbowl.

I made 500 Kareelian pies to our wedding. It is a Finnish specialty. Rye filled with rice pudding, dipped in milk and butter and served with chopped boiled egg and butter.

The pies were more successful than my marriage.

Pretty lattice crust. I love cherry pie too. I had a strawberry rhubarb pie once and that was good so I'm pretty sure I would enjoy a cherry rhubarb too.

I made one of those once and found it seriously lacking in texture and taste. In other words, it was yucko.
we know it had to be the crackers, and no reflection on your pie making abilities. :)

(i'm not even kidding! mom used to make them, and no thanks, lol)

I like cherry pie also, though it is very sweet, and nobody else I know likes it, so it is dangerous to buy, because I would have to eat it all by myself (such a tragedy, I know!) :D

Inspired by Eric Clapton's fondness for chocolate.
