This thread started like a hundred years ago. Oh about 1 Corinthians 11:
2*Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.
3*But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
4*Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
5*But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
6*For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
7*For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
So I do not see haircutting guidelines in 1 Corinthians 11 anywhere. Because literally it doesn't make sense & I notice that literalness is unnecessary when your heart reaches for Him.

Honestly, I absolutely love long hair on a guy. It is one of my items on my list. LOL. Yes, my very short list and the last item, definitely negotiable, but it has remained through the years. Long hair and he has to be older than me are the two last items on the list. First two: He has to be completely in love with God, more than he loves anyone else, including me, and God has to be absolutely and completely first in his life. I won't settle for anything less. Then I say that he has to be older than me...and, it would be nice if he had long hair. LOL. Yup.
Personally, I believe the Corinthians portion of Scripture can become a legalistic tool. I think that if a man wants to grow his hair long, he most certainly can. If a woman wants to cut her hair short, she most assuredly can. Basically it's saying that men are to represent God and His glory. In the day that this was written, men and women in Corinth were getting caught up in the local trends and these trends were a spoken testimony to something. A woman's unkempt hair in those days meant she was a Jewish adulteress and attempts for long hair on men and short hair on women was a way of 'evening out the sexes'. Well, feminism has already produced that here, in effect. I don't look at a man with long hair and think, "Oh, how feminine." If the hair is well cared for, I think, "Wow. Look at his hair!" Yeah. Just my thoughts.

I don't like long hair on a guy. I often find long hair too effeminate looking on most guys and most of the guys who have long hair don't really take care of it. Their hair looks greasy, tangled and they don't understand to concept of CONDITIONER. Split ends don't look good on girls and it doesn't look good on guys! Of course I'm talking past the shoulders here.
I think the longest I like on a guy is chin length. Ear length is crazy cute! On the other side I don't like super cropped hair either. If a guy has lovely locks then he should have it at least four to six inches long for some texture and body! Also... a beard is okay. I like hairy men... yes I do.

I've got short hair and I God never turned away from me because of it.
Some girls like long hair, some like short, some don't care. We all have different preferences just like men...
Do what feels comfortable to you and you'll attract people who like who you are (unless you want to try and fake it the rest of your life- probably no fun.)

I wish I had seen this a few years ago. Anyway, photographs are actually automatically considered copy-written in the U.S. as it is the photographer's creative genius, also known as intellectual property. So technically you can't just take a photo and use it anyway you want without risk of a potential law suite.

Long hair on a guy can be gooorgeouz.
And fun hair does or plats, tails or shaven sides or experiment and play with it.
I think you should have the hair you want to have and feel good with.

Ive never chosen a partner based upon his hair or lack of hair or what style of hair he likes to wear.
If you were to have a partner who is so picky she annoyed or dislikes your hair then you could talk to her about it and its your hair your choice.
Have seen the most amazing hair cuts on men.
If I had a male body to play with or own, possess such fun things I would be up to with hairdressers.
Finding the hairdresser would be th problemo perhaps.
Not all are nice or helpful.... ha ha ha might frighten the or threaten the in the chair while you sit there and they hold the scissors.
