it's good he is keeping himself pure as well. I found the "he doesn't mind" language kind of confusing, as if a double standard or something. perhaps I'll start another thread. glad you cleared it up. :)

I had my date and it went really well. :) He was a perfect gentleman and he even said Grace over the food. We did hug goodbye. He is already talking about taking me to see a movie at the end of the month. Praise God it went well!

I am so happy for you! I was on a date once, let's see, in 1988. I do praise God for you. It does seem that the two of you are off to a 'God' start.

I keep praying that God remains in the middle of our relationship and continues to guide us. Craig is taking me to a movie in a week and wants to meet my family before the movie. It's hard getting to know someone over the internet especially where your family is concerned. So he wants to put them at ease about us dating.

You are both on the same page and are doing positive things. You two are not building a straw house but something of intrinsic value and substance. It is an exciting adventure.

I've tried to fall asleep for hours now, but I've had no success. I have my own special someone on my mind. Someone whom I absolutely love, but I do need my beauty sleep.

Okay, so here are some pictures of me in that purple dress I will wear for Tintin and my first date! I do realise the pictures become increasingly less focused the more silly I was with my posing. Hahaha! Plus, please don't judge my face. I woke up not long before taking these photos, I hadn't brushed my hair yet and I'm currently sick.

(Also, the dress is a size of two too big. It was the last dress at half price. It's a bit frumpy in some weird places, but I like it!)

The purple dress is lovely, but I'm glad you're wearing it to complete the picture. I feel so humbled and excited. You're too good to me, my love! If I wasn't anticipating your visit enough already, I sure am now. I love the added touch: the Sailor Moon pose in the final photo. :) This first date is going to be awesome.

Guys, this is what I have to contend with. This incredible woman of God was on my mind so much last night, I didn't get to sleep until 5am. I just woke up about 30mins ago.

Again, may I say Wow.

I never really believed I would find someone to love, let alone love someone I fully enjoy. God truly has really blessed me. I'm in awe of Him! You've done a pretty fantastic job yourself, Arlene. ;) Thanks so much. :)
